“At the risk of never being able to book her again because she is so popular, Ponyo is the best dog sitter on this site! She is like a dog whisperer, she will text me and tell me 'Aspen or Stella is trying to tell me something I know it they are doing this or that, do you know what they want?' She is always right, I don't expect the sitter to do everything I do for my pets (just happy when they're taken good care of) but my dogs still have expectations lol so they are wanting their usual mid afternoon treat or something crazy. Once she even went to the store because I forgot to pack one of these snacks. My most recent visit was for my daughter's wedding and I was still in town but was going too be busy for my dog's needs so I booked Ponyo well in advance. Coming up to the date my older dog got cancer on her arm and it was not pretty! I asked her if she would still be comfortable watching her, knowing it wasn't necessary but preferred, she said she was really okay with it. Well in that week it grew to an even uglier mess and bless her heart, she took care of her like she was her own pup. After my Aspen had her arm amputated, Ponyo came to my house with a little get well gift and to visit her, even bringing her children which was special treat for Aspen. You just don't get more love from a sitter than this!! I cannot recommend Ponyo enough, 100 stars!!”

Our French Bulldog, Bobo, is our child, and this was the first time we had left him since he suffered an IVDD flare earlier this year. Needless to say, we were incredibly nervous. Because of his recent health issues, he has a number of restrictions and special considerations to help prevent another IVDD flare, and Kevin and Kandice were so attentive and conscientious about following all of his care instructions. They immediately put us at ease and kept us updated throughout our trip with messages and photos, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. Most importantly, it was obvious that Bobo wasn’t just being watched—he was genuinely cared for and loved. When we picked him up, he was happy, comfortable, and clearly had been very well cared for. As pet parents, that’s all you can hope for when leaving your dog with someone else. Kevin and Kandice are trustworthy, compassionate, and truly exceptional. We are so grateful for the care they provided and will absolutely be using them again. In fact, if they’ll have us, we’d love for them to be our permanent dog sitters. About: I grew up with pets, from large to small. My sibling and friends always rely on me fostering their dogs and cats. I work from home and won’t leave your pets alone. My husband and I work full time from home, so your pets will always be attended to. They will pretty much hang out with us while we go about our day. My husband starts walking all of the dogs at around 8am. I will open my fenced yard at midday for a midday pee break. My husband will come back at around 6:30pm to give all of the dogs another walk. We usually feed the dogs their morning and evening meals after they come back from their walks. We will open the yard again before bed for a late night pee break.

I'm fortunate in that my work schedule is very flexible so I'm avaiable whenever you and your pet need me to be regardless of when it is. I study from home a lot, which means I have plenty of availability throughout the day for midday drop-ins, flexible potty breaks, or just keeping your pet company. I am also totally focused on hitting my 10,000 steps every day, so you can count on your pet getting some excellent walks. Whether your pet needs a structured routine during the day or just a reliable buddy to break up their afternoon, I can easily fit them right into my daily routine! When it comes to caring for your pet, my top priorities are safety, trust, and following your routine or schedule. I really appreciate clear, detailed instructions, so if you need things done a specific way, I will follow any rules and schedules exactly as they are written. I am a big believer in communication, so you can expect regular updates and photo check-ins from me so you always know how things are going. If I am house-sitting, I will treat your home with total respect.
About: I’m a proud cat mom to two adorable cats, an adult cat I’ve had for two years and a playful kitten I adopted in January! I absolutely love them to death and treat them like family. From daily playtime and cuddles to keeping up with feeding schedules, litter box maintenance, and giving them lots of love and attention, I’ve learned how to care for cats at different stages. I’m very attentive, responsible, and patient with them. I would treat your pets with the same love, care, and attention I give my own! You can trust that they’ll be in safe, loving hands while you’re away :) I’m available Monday through Saturday starting at 10:00 AM. I have good flexibility for morning, afternoon, and evening services (drop-ins, walks, or overnight stays). I’m usually not available on Sundays, but I’m happy to discuss special requests! I care for every pet with the same love and attention I give my own two cats! In your home, I follow your exact routines and instructions for feeding, medication, playtime, litter box care, and any special needs. I send daily photo updates so you can relax knowing your pet is happy and safe. I’m very responsible with keys, locks, and your home!

“At the risk of never being able to book her again because she is so popular, Ponyo is the best dog sitter on this site! She is like a dog whisperer, she will text me and tell me 'Aspen or Stella is trying to tell me something I know it they are doing this or that, do you know what they want?' She is always right, I don't expect the sitter to do everything I do for my pets (just happy when they're taken good care of) but my dogs still have expectations lol so they are wanting their usual mid afternoon treat or something crazy. Once she even went to the store because I forgot to pack one of these snacks. My most recent visit was for my daughter's wedding and I was still in town but was going too be busy for my dog's needs so I booked Ponyo well in advance. Coming up to the date my older dog got cancer on her arm and it was not pretty! I asked her if she would still be comfortable watching her, knowing it wasn't necessary but preferred, she said she was really okay with it. Well in that week it grew to an even uglier mess and bless her heart, she took care of her like she was her own pup. After my Aspen had her arm amputated, Ponyo came to my house with a little get well gift and to visit her, even bringing her children which was special treat for Aspen. You just don't get more love from a sitter than this!! I cannot recommend Ponyo enough, 100 stars!!”
