About: My mother has always been the friend that would take care of everyone's dog or cat ever since I was little. So, I have been surrounded by animals my whole life and learned how to take care of many different breeds, ages and personalities. Once I got my license, my friend's and family friend's entrusted me with taking care of their dogs at their home and had many experiences of house sitting with them. Before joining Rover, I was an employee through the Fetch! dog walking and pet care agency over the summer of 2025. I had my own clientele for which I would walk their dogs' multiple times a week. I also provided extended stays for house sitting in which I frequently took care of multiple dogs at once. Since moving to Whidbey Island 11 years ago I have worked professionally to care for animals on a number of levels from Dog Runner to Veterinarian Technician. About: I’ve had two different dogs in my family since I was born. I have been responsible for feeding and cleaning up after my most recent dog. I graduated from the University of Denver and have spent 2+ months in the last year staying overnight to care for clients’ pets and homes. I am young and in fairly good shape, so I can run with dogs if requested! I have experience walking not only my dog, but various friends’ dogs. I get along well with all kinds of animals, but I am most familiar with dogs. Both of my family’s pets have been medium sized dogs, but I have done some dog sitting for both larger and smaller breeds. These span from Shih Tzu to Pitbulls to full sized Poodles. I can’t wait to meet your four legged friends!! I am looking for a furry friend to join me on my after class walks! I typically walk 1.5-3 miles, so hopefully your pup will be tired out I make sure when I come in that there is enough water and/or food in the bowl, then promptly take them outside. I will make sure all doors are completely shut before leaving those sneaky dogs alone!

Depending on your dogs training and ability to self entertain I do have a large size kennel available for use.

In my home, pets are welcome on the furniture and treated like members of the family. Paws are wiped off when we come back inside, and everyone has free roam of the house. When necessary we have gates to seperate upstairs and downstairs areas, so if your pet needs some private time on their own couch, it’s available to them! At your house, I treat your space with the same level of care I give your pets. I’ll make sure the mail is brought in, your plants are watered, the house stays tidy, and the locks are triple checked. Because I work with rescued animals, I’m also very intentional about maintaining your pet’s routine to minimize any anxiety while you’re away. When we’re out, I’m hyper-vigilant about leash safety and harness checks. If your dog is a flight risk or just easily spooked, I have the experience to keep them focused, happy, and secure. I know I need lots of updates when I’m on vacation, so you’ll get plenty of photos from me from each visit! No judgement if you’re a helicopter pet parent, I promise 😉

Once I got my license, my friend's and family friend's entrusted me with taking care of their dogs at their home and had many experiences of house sitting with them. Before joining Rover, I was an employee through the Fetch! dog walking and pet care agency over the summer of 2025. I had my own clientele for which I would walk their dogs' multiple times a week. I also provided extended stays for house sitting in which I frequently took care of multiple dogs at once. I have owned cats my whole life, but dogs have always been a constant in my life as well through these dog sitting experiences and briefly fostering a chihuahua who eventually went to a family friend. I would be so delighted to take care of your dog or cat! Whether that be for walks, check-ins or house sitting, I have a flexible schedule and would love to spend my time with your pets. Their happiness and safety will always come first! I am currently a student at WSU, but I have a flexible schedule to take care of your furbabies. Please reach out to me if you have any questions. I promise to always keep a close eye on your animals and monitor them on their behavior, and eating or drinking patterns to make sure nothing is out of the normal for your furbaby. I will always set a side a, if not multiple, chunks of time to ensure they are enriched with playtime. Please also let me know your pet's quirks, triggers, and/or medications that they might have or need, so I can be well equipped while they are in my care.
About: I am very good with creating a calm, safe environment and my calm, relaxed demeanor helps to alleviate any stresses the dog may be experiencing I am off work by 1pm so I’m able to get outside and go for walks or to the park, there are many options near my home I give them lots of love, plenty of potty breaks, and of course I take care to make sure the water bowl is always full
About: I grew up in a household full of cats, dogs, birds, reptiles and fish. My first pet as a wee one was a Tarantula name Suzie. Since moving to Whidbey Island 11 years ago I have worked professionally to care for animals on a number of levels from Dog Runner to Veterinarian Technician. Though I don't have any fur-babies currently, my husband and I heartbreakingly lost our two beloved fur-kids to cancer since moving here - a Husky mix and a Pitbull mix, I still find joy in caring for others' pets. From cuddles & cookies (if diet allows) to exercise & basic training (if warranted and wanted) I am here for you and your beloved pet. I can also administer medications if needed. I am primarily offering dog walking and drops-ins at this time. I am open to discuss any house sitting needs, if my schedule is open to accommodate them. I know pets are more comfortable being in their own home with familiar surroundings, sights and smells. I am respectful and mindful of your property and will treat your home as I would my own when providing drop-in visits, walks with your dog(s), as well as over night stays with your pet(s) in your home. When on walks I will provide as much energy as your dog needs, slow leisurely walk around the neighborhood or a run around the block. If you are near a hiking trail I would be happy to provide a hike with your dog(s) if that is ok with you. More details to be discussed at meet and greet or before service is provided.
About: Lifelong dog lover with years of hands-on experience! I grew up with multiple dogs and have spent years walking and caring for pets, including overnight stays. I’m comfortable with different routines, energy levels, and personalities—and I always make sure every dog feels safe, happy, and cared for. Mondays–Wednesdays are my off days and my most flexible time. I work Thursday–Sunday afternoons starting around 2, and my mornings are usually reserved for staying active—walks, workouts, or anything that gets me moving. I don’t have pets currently, but I’ve grown up caring for family and friends’ dogs and I’m comfortable with most breeds, prioritizing calm, safe, attentive care.
About: Ive grown up with cats and dogs my whole life. I spent a lot of time with my cousin being a breeder taking her dogs to shows, I have learned how to take care of dogs and how to approach the ones that can be a handful at times. I work a full time Monday- friday job but on my lunches I can stop by for check ins and walks and after work as well. Weekends are always open too. If doing check ins I can clean up any accidents and make sure they are fed and have water(depending on feeding schedules) and I always have local parks and routes pre planned for a good walk

About: I have had my own cats and dogs from pup to senior age. I have worked with pets that need high level of attention and exercise to very low level. I enjoy working with both! A little about me: My name is Connor, which fittingly means "hound lover." I work at a psychiatric hospital with twelve hour shifts. I help those that are unhoused and getting them back into the community. I work M,T,W and S,M,T - 12 hour shift schedule. So working end of the week works really well for me doing Rover. I love being active myself and running with dogs. I’ve only been able to have one outdoor cat in the past. They usually like being inside. In the house I can snuggle and keep them good company.

About: I have been dog walking for friends and families for about 10 years now with a variety of dogs! My experience with different breeds of dogs has shown me that all dogs have different needs to be met. My own dogs has taught me to always be aware of everything and to always be there for them.
