Our girls usually don't eat much/if at all when staying with a dog sitter because they get separation anxiety being away from their family but they ate with Margaret which told me everything. Our girls were happy, safe, and comfortable. Margaret's other dog Mochi was a sweet heart too who was patient with our nervous pups. One of our dogs is scared of any dog bigger than her but Mochi gave her space and was gentle during our meet and greet. The pictures I received showed me how relaxed the pups were, which is exactly what they needed. We have definitely found a go-to dog sitter :).”

“Caitlin has been amazing with Nai’a! Though Nai’a is an anxious pup, she liked Caitlin instantly when we met the first time. Since then Nai’a has stayed over at Caitlin’s a few times and once Caitlin watched her at our house. One of the biggest challenges with Nai’a is that she runs away from her sitters. But, with Caitlin it’s finally been working out well and I feel so relieved to have found a regular sitter! Caitlin sends photos regularly and Nai’a seems to have fun at her house with her pups. I am currently going to school to be a vet technician and I volunteer at the animal shelter in the cat and dog rooms. I have experience handling all different types and sizes of dogs. Im a college student and currently working part-time in the late afternoons. So I have plenty of time to walk, play and give potty breaks! I have a fenced yard suitable for small to medium dogs. I have a large room that I can close off that has tile flooring and access to the backyard and also have pens if dogs need to be separated.

I mostly work from home, so for daycare your dog(s) would never be alone and would have access to my fully fenced backyard whenever they want. During the week, I can do a long walk during my lunch break, and another after work. Weekends I tend to go hiking, so if your pup enjoys nature, they will for sure have a great time. Due to my variable work schedule, I cannot accommodate recurring appointments. My yard is fully fenced, and I have 2 friendly dogs. Safety is paramount, so dogs would be supervised while in the yard together. If your dog requires a crate, I have both a plastic and soft sided kennel for indoors.

“Our worried whippets had a wonderful first stay with Margaret! Our girls usually don't eat much/if at all when staying with a dog sitter because they get separation anxiety being away from their family but they ate with Margaret which told me everything. Our girls were happy, safe, and comfortable. Margaret's other dog Mochi was a sweet heart too who was patient with our nervous pups. One of our dogs is scared of any dog bigger than her but Mochi gave her space and was gentle during our meet and greet. The pictures I received showed me how relaxed the pups were, which is exactly what they needed. We have definitely found a go-to dog sitter :).”
