It was clear he had a fantastic time playing with Janessa's dogs and the other dogs she was boarding. When we picked him up the next morning, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly comfortable in her care. The biggest sign of how much fun he had came afterward. As soon as he got in the car, he completely crashed from all the excitement and activity. Once we got home, he slept for several hours and seemed incredibly content. In fact, we felt so good about the experience that we've already booked her to care for Sagan for two weeks while we travel to China later this summer. About: I love cats. I've only owned a few during my life, and had to stop after I acquired an allergy. But I put up with it just 'cause I love those little critters. So I don't have as much experience with them as I do dogs, but I will love them dearly and give them the attention they deserve.

About: Not just a dog lover, but a leader of the pack! Dog sitting feels like such a meaningful opportunity for me. It’s not just about caring for someone else’s pet; it’s also a way for me to reconnect with something that brings me peace and helps relieve stress. About: I was raised with dogs since I was about 5 years old, and had cats since I was 10. I currently own two beautiful cats that I've had for about 5 years now. I have pet sat for others while in the military, and am excited to do so again! I quit my job so that I can attend college full-time. Until I start classes, I am completely free and available to care for animals. We are available to set up FaceTime so you can see and talk to your pup while away. ***I prefer weekend drop offs and pick ups between 8am to 10am or 6pm to 10pm. Weekdays are flexible.*** *All dogs must be current on vaccinations and flea preventive. Please provide proof of vaccinations either with a hard copy or a photo through email.* *All dogs must be non aggressive. No exceptions.* I am home much of the time during the week. My husband has a quiet home office. Dogs are welcome to come and go from my husband’s office if they want a quiet break or a change of scenery. Dogs can go outside in our fenced backyard for potty breaks as often as they would like. I generally let them outside, regardless, every 2 hours. We have a fully fenced backyard so they get to run, sniff, and explore off leash. They will be supervised by an adult during backyard fun time. We have a variety of fun dog toys and treats. You are welcome to bring your pup's favorite toys or lovies but we can provide those if you forget or would prefer not to. Our home is 2400 square feet. The downstairs is mostly hardwood floors with rugs and the living room is carpeted. They have full access downstairs. They are welcomed on furniture and there are plenty of nooks and crannies for nap time. My husband or I will be home most of the time to care for your pet. We are usually gone no more than 3 hours. I may have an opening.*** ***Independently insured through Pet Sitters Associates*** There is usually at least one adult home during the work week. Dogs are let outside for exercise and potty breaks as often as needed. We occasionally have family outings on the weekend. We generally are not away for more than four hours. I have a fenced back yard. An adult is outside with dogs at all times during potty breaks and exercise. I put a baby gate on the front door for the duration of your pet’s stay with us.

“My wife, Dongmei, and I recently boarded our Golden Retriever, Sagan, with Janessa for an overnight stay. In fact, we felt so good about the experience that we've already booked her to care for Sagan for two weeks while we travel to China later this summer.
