My dog is a little terrier mix who has lots of energy and also some separation anxiety, so I am always a little nervous about new sitters who don't know my dog's personality. Also, my dog and I just moved here so this was the first time I'd be away from her, so I was even more nervous! But Tobi was great! She was very assuring about it all, and her fenced yard and her other dogs were great for dog Sadie. She was very attentive to Sadie's routine, and while I was gone sent me photos and videos of Sadie throughout her stay. She even gave me print-out photos when I picked my dog up! About: I’ve always had animals in my life since I was little. So I’ve learned at a young age how to care for animals. I currently have two dogs, a Goldendoodle named Ollie (4) and a senior dog Bella who is 17 1/2! So I’ve had experience with both the puppy stage and now the senior stage. I’m also a mom of 3 kiddos. They’re all in school so I’ve been looking for something to fill my time while they’re in school. So what a perfect way to do that and do what I love and hang with animals 😊 I drop my kids off at school by 9am everyday and pick up around 2:30. So I have that time in between for walking dogs etc I have two friendly dogs at home and kids who love animals too. I don’t have a fenced yard but I can always keep a close eye on the dog when they go potty or play outside. If they need to be leased at all times I can do that too.

When you are away, you don’t want to worry about your fur babies. I know all too well the pain of losing a pet in the hands of an inexperienced or irresponsible care taker. My schedule is flexible; especially with advance notice. Whether it’s walks and potty breaks or overnight sitting I can usually accommodate any schedule, including the holidays. About: I moved from Mi to Wa in 2015 and decided in 2018 to be a dog walker. That was in King county and after moving to a house in 2021, dog boarding turned into my new side job. Last year I also enrolled in Victoria Stilwell’s Academy for positive training. So I am very aware of dog’s body language and needs. I absolutely love dogs and they are truly my life now but when I was 8 that wasn’t the case. I was bit in the face by a family friend’s dog. He was old and on medication, I startled him awake which led to him biting me. From this incident, I watched Victoria Stilwell on animal planet to get over my fear of bigger dogs and here I am today with a certification in dog training and starting my career with human’s best friend. My goal is for you and your dog to be as comfortable as possible. I only treat dogs/pets as I would want someone to treat mine (and believe me I am a high maintenance pet mom 😉) Dogs are my job. Whether it is boarding, sitting, or walking; this is what I do full time. Sometimes I do Instacart to get out a bit but will do that when my boyfriend is home. I am starting up my bath bomb business again so to have a companion working alongside with me is my ideal work day. My boyfriend works from home majority of the time, so there is always someone home. His kids do come over 50% of the week and are very kind and helpful with dogs that are boarding with me. They are 12 and 11 so they aren’t little kids. I have lick mats, Kong Gyro, and plenty of space for your dog to have fun at my house. My house is fenced in, we are updating the property all the time to make sure it is safe as possible. For larger dogs, I have a bell on a ziptie to put on your dog’s collar just so I can hear where they are at all times when I am outside with them. For smaller pups, I always go outside with them due to being in an open area so they are safe. I also have a 30’ leash that I can hook them to for extra safety. Inside, I make them as comfortable as possible. Whatever they like at home I try my best to provide at my house.

“Roxana and Nathan were wonderful with our girl, Maggie. They didn't hesitate one bit when I needed them on such short notice. With this being Maggie's first stay with them, they walked us around their large and very dog friendly piece of property and introduced Maggie to the other pups. By the time I left, Maggie was happily in Roxana's arms ready for her stay. The communication was excellent and I even received pictures and video of Maggie throughout her stay. At pickup, Maggie had been bathed and was clearly exhausted from running, playing and exploring the area. I will definitely use Roxana and Nathan again! Added bonus -- their two sweet daughters enjoyed playing with Maggie as well.”
