Indiana can be very loud and barks a lot when playing with other dogs but she set up a meet and greet to ensure her dogs and our Indy all felt comfortable. She sent photos everyday which we really appreciated. Most importantly she went above and beyond when our flight home was cancelled, offering to extend our stay and being flexible when Indiana’s “aunt” picked him up instead!”

“Andrew’s care of Charlie, our Australian Shepherd, far exceeded my expectations when we went on a long overseas trip. Andrew sent pictures and gave input about what Charlie was up to and how he was doing. Charlie had an unexpected issue pop up which Andrew dealt with calmly and effectively. Andrew is an Eagle Scout, an engineer, and tunes into the dog. His skills helped Charlie have a pleasant visit. Charlie doesn’t play much, but w/Andrew and his dog, Mollie, he discovered he likes to play rope tug-of-war w/another dog. I hope Andrew and Mollie are available the next time I need care for Charlie!”

“This is the first time we have used Rover and have never left our dogs with anyone but family members. My three dogs (one of which is still under a year) were well so cared for and I felt so comfortable knowing they were with Zichao and Xiaomin. As the other reviews stated, we were sent pictures every day of our happy pups. We were travelling in Costa Rica and my cell service was not great at times, and my family was treated to pictures of the dogs each time we were back online. We were also gifted the cutest drawing of our dogs when we picked them up! My daughters could not have been happier and debating who gets to put in their room. I highly recommend entrusting your dogs to these caring sitters.”
