“We couldn’t ask for a better experience with Chad. Our family stayed in Smugglers’ Notch/Stowe area and our resort (if you do timeshare, you understand) doesn’t allow pets. We still wanted our dog close and finding Chad is awesome. He took the time to discuss ahead of boarding all necessary details about Pakun. He even asked for written notes and sent daily pictures and videos. We are kept updated especially with important details about our dog’s behavior. We could tell our Pakun was treated so well. Our English Springer’s hair was not tangled and he was clean when we picked him up. It is hard to believe since our dog has videos of walks, playing in the park and playdates with other dogs,he even did enrichment activities. Our dog is used to group boarding when we go on vacation, he usually comes back smelly and all tangled up. We are so pleased with our experience this time and we are so glad we brought him to have his own vacation with Chad.”

About: I have always been around dogs and other pets since I was a baby, and have always loved and cherished them. As an adult we have raised and taken care of three cats and dogs. While in the military for 10 years, I was responsible for taking care of many other pets, especially dogs, for other service members while they traveled or deployed. My dog Nigel and I tend to make fast friends with any other dogs we meet! I recently got out of the military, and moved back home to Vermont. I am currently not working, and will be working on online college courses from home for the foreseeable future. Therefore I have a very flexible schedule, and can make all the time necessary to keep any pets entertained and well taken care of! I have a very sweet four year old male English Cream Golden Retriever, named Nigel, who loves friends more than anything (other than treats) and will be my permanent doggie daycare assistant. We have a large 2.5 acre property that is partially fenced, with large yard space to run in, and wooded nature trails in the back for walks and lots of sniffs. We are also about 5 minutes away from a beautiful dog park and miles of nature trails that we try to go to every day.

About: I'm someone who enjoys being around dogs and I love being able to make them happy. I have experience owning large and small dogs. I make sure to get them the exercise, play, and attention they need (and deserve)! I currently work from home and have availability during the work day to take breaks and get outside (rain or shine). We currently have a senior chihuahua foster fail named Pig. Before leaving Philly, Jonny worked for Happy Tails of Philly as a sitter & walker for 8 years. I was formerly the GM and Boarding Coordinator for a chain of dog daycares in Philadelphia, working for them for 4 years-so it’s safe to say we are well versed with canines! I was a foster parent with City of Elderly Love in Philly and hope to foster again now that I’ve relocated to Vermont. All of our dog experience can guarantee that not only is your dog going to be safe and comfortable with us, but will have as much fun possible! Whether that’s playing fetch in the yard, going for a walk or lounging on the couch, we are happy as long as the dogs around us are! About: Been taking care of animals since I was 8, grew up with a cat and then got 2 dogs and 2 cats. Adopted a puppy 2 years ago and have been helping raise her. I'm currently in school right now and just trying to make a little extra money. Can walk or feed in between classes or come over after classes for a bit. I have taken care of young puppies and kittens as well as other small animals My weekly routine is fairly flexible now, I make my own schedule.so I can be pretty accommodating at the moment. I also have my own vehicle I can't board at my place presently but I hope to be able to do so in the future. I can pet/house sit anywhere in the greater Burlington area. I have a mini Aussie who can come play if your pets are comfortable with guests :)

“We couldn’t ask for a better experience with Chad. Our family stayed in Smugglers’ Notch/Stowe area and our resort (if you do timeshare, you understand) doesn’t allow pets. We still wanted our dog close and finding Chad is awesome. He took the time to discuss ahead of boarding all necessary details about Pakun. He even asked for written notes and sent daily pictures and videos. We are kept updated especially with important details about our dog’s behavior. We could tell our Pakun was treated so well. Our English Springer’s hair was not tangled and he was clean when we picked him up. It is hard to believe since our dog has videos of walks, playing in the park and playdates with other dogs,he even did enrichment activities. Our dog is used to group boarding when we go on vacation, he usually comes back smelly and all tangled up. We are so pleased with our experience this time and we are so glad we brought him to have his own vacation with Chad.”
