About: I have had dogs and cats in my life since i was a baby! They have always been my bestfriend! I currently have 1 dog (a golden retriever) and 2 cats. And I’ve house sat for many many fiends for long periods of time. In my eyes i don’t see them as just animals but another member to the family. And that’s how i would treat your fur babies! You should feel comfortable leaving your fur babies in the hands of someone else when life becomes busy or you just need to get away. and i promise I will give your babies all the love and attention they deserve! I work weekdays but i get off early almost everyday with very flexible hours and I’m off every weekend. My work schedule is pretty flexible. I have loads of free time! I have a fenced in yards. My dog is an inside dog (the house belongs to her lol) i have 2 cats that wants to sit on everyone lap. My dog has full access to the house when I’m home and only the downstairs when I’m gone. The cats roam the house as they please but they love to be by my side more than anything! My dog spends so much time outside playing and gets a long walk every day!
“Can’t say enough great things about the care that James C. & wife provided to our elderly dog while we were on vacation. They were willing to take Apollo at the last minute when our previous boarding reservations fell through. Our dog had recently experienced a spider bite with subsequent need for wound care & medication. Couldn’t have asked for better care due to their knowledge & experience. They provided updates & readily responding when we had questions. Would highly recommend!”

“Sent plenty of pics, bought treats and took great care of my big boy. Very informative, knowledgeable about dog care. Definitely will be sending my dog to her anytime she's available”

“What a wonderful home for my dog Pixie to visit. I think her time there was like being on vacation. Lauryn did a fantastic job. The home is cleaner than mine. The fenced in back yard is spacious. The whole family is attentive and loving towards Pixie. Highly recommend.”

“This was our first time leaving our little Golden doodle with Samantha. I will say, I was a bit intimidated by leaving him with a pit bull there, but upon meeting the pit bull he was the sweetest big dog ever. My worries immediately vanished! There were a couple other dogs there, so that was nice. There was one dog a bit too interested in my little guy, so I didn’t want to leave until he calmed down. Samantha never made me feel rushed to leave or weird. She was super patient and asking me if I wanted the dogs split up, or inside or outside. I really thought that said a lot about the person I was leaving our baby with and I really liked that. I say all that to say, you can’t always control how dogs will interact with each other, but you can control how you react to them and Samantha was very calm, kind and friendly. She never looked overwhelmed or nervous. She was a bit embarrassed I think because of the initial behavior of this other dog she was caring for, but I understood that wasn’t a reflection of her care. We left out little guy there 3 days and she communicated through the day with updates, sent photos and even went the extra step of boiling and egg to mix it with my dogs food since we do that for him at home too. I’m thankful we found someone to watch our guy for when we need it! Highly recommend! 10 out of 10!”

“Omaira & Isaac were awesome. They took perfect care of our boy Django. He has some anxiety issues and has to take medicine, and they didnt think twice about welcoming him into their home. He took to them immediately and we were very comfortable leaving him overnight. They sent us updates and pictures of him playing and loving on everyone. This was our first time using Rover, and we could not have asked for a better family to watch him while we were outta town. I 100% recommend and we will be using them again!”

About: I took a break from pet sitting for awhile due to moving, but I am back and available on weekends! I have loved and cared for dogs since I was a kid. Back in my home state I ran a doggy-day care and began grooming and shadowing at dog shows. I have mainly had Australian Shepherds, but have also had German Shepherds, Pitbulls, Poodles, Beagles, and Labs. I love dogs, honestly, more than people most days. In the past I have trained dogs and competed in dog agility trials. I currently have three dogs, an Australian Shepherd, who is my heart and soul, a German Shepherd Husky who is the sweetest girl, and a Rough Collie who lives up to his name, Taz. I can handle any size dog, any temperament, and ensure they get the care and attention they deserve. Dogs are such amazing animals that can help us overcome even our worst days, I want to make sure your dog is taken care of while you're away so you have less to worry about at the end of the day. I work full time, so I am only available on weekends at this time. My weekends are flexible to accommodate travel schedules, drop-in visits, and walks. I follow your instructions on how you want your dog taken care of. Thats your baby, and I am here to love them as you do.

About: What sets me apart is that I truly understand cats and respect their individual personalities. I don’t force interaction—whether your cat is playful, shy, or independent, I meet them where they are and earn their trust at their pace.

About: Cat sitting is a calm and rewarding experience. When I arrive, I make sure the cat has fresh food, water, and a clean litter box. At first, some cats may be shy and keep their distance, so I give them space and move gently around them. Over time, the cats become more comfortable. Some will come up for attention, while others prefer to relax nearby. I follow their routine and pay attention to their behavior to make sure they are happy and healthy. Cat sitting is about being patient, respectful, and making sure the cat feels safe and cared for while their owner is away.

About: I grew up with cats as a child and have rescued 3 within the last 5 years. One has unfortunately passed due to a heart condition. My other two came with some challenges that I worked with them on and they are now thriving. My one cat, we adopted as a kitten and was looked over by many people because she can be feisty. She’s since become the sweetest girl. My other cat i rescued as an adult at roughly 3 years old and he was extremely scared of people and noises. Since being in our home, he is cuddly, social, and so sweet.

“Kelsie did an excellent job while I was out of town for a week. My kitties experienced a bit more separation anxiety than usual, and ended up making a huge mess of the front room. Kelsie informed me of it immediately and was super understanding of it. Since I wasn’t around my phone during that visit and couldn’t tell her where the cleaning sprays were, she waited till I was able to tell her where the items were. Then came back the next day to further clean up the floors! One of my kitties is very weary of new people and she did great with making sure not to stress her out too much.”

“Melody has done a great job of taking care of Victoria. We are pleased to have her. I feel very fortunate to have Melody and Matthew taking care of our Victoria”
About: Ive always been an animal lover from such a early age. I got my first dog when I was 10 years old and it was the most memorable day. Whenever I see animals strolling down the street I just have to stop and give them some love. I would really enjoy helping out with giving your animals love and attention while their mom and dad are away. Currently I am a single full time working mother to a fun and loving 5 year old. I have free time a couple days during the week and also on weekends. If I can make it work in my schedule I most def will! I prefer to bring the animals to my home and dog sit, but I am flexible. I like to think animals have feelings too. They deserve to be treated as part of the family and if Im responsible for the care of someones animal I feel as if Im responsible for someones loved one and treat the animals how I would want mine to be treated with respect and appreciation for the wonderful loyal creatures that they are.

“Let's put it this way: my cats, who are sweet, followed Ashlee around like SHE was their owner. Ashlee did an amazing job loving on my boys, handling their medications (we have two cats with asthma, one with arthritis). She kept the house neat, watered the plants and fed the birds, and tolerate my anxious need for daily updates and photos to the point where I was actually able to crawl into bed on vacation only to realize I hadn't fretted over them because I knew they were happy and in good hands. I've never had my boys take to someone else SO well and SO quickly. Cats are finicky creatures, so when they approve, it means something. The meet and greet with D and Ash went amazing and I was instantly comfortable and they were both so kind and gentle and compassionate and really I cannot say enough good things. It was like entrusting my babies to a good friend. I am excited to have been introduced to them and look forward to using them in the future. Thank you guys so much for being such a breath of fresh air and for being so reliable. You rock.”

“Lauren took care of my sweet Bailey like she was her own. From the moment they met, Bailey was completely smitten, and I can’t blame her. Lauren has this calm, loving energy that dogs (and people) instantly trust. She made sure Bailey was happy, safe, and spoiled with attention, and I never once had to worry. She’s attentive, patient, and somehow knows exactly what a dog needs before they even ask for it. I swear Bailey was happier than ever when I came back from work... probably because she spent her days with someone who truly loves the animals she cares for.”

“Christian did a great job with our cat drop-in visit. He was on time, made sure their water was topped off, spent time playing with them, and sent plenty of pictures and updates while we were away. It was obvious he genuinely cared about making sure they were comfortable and cared for. We’d definitely book with him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable sitter.”

About: I enjoy fostering dogs to help get more information about their personalities and in turn help them get adopted. I have also been a dog sitter for family and friends for years. I enjoy practicing my dog training hobby. I believe the more training a dog has the happier they will be. They will know their boundaries and what makes their human happy thus creating a positive environment. I currently work full-time from home therefore daycare or walks are the most ideal services for me. If we have a good established relationship (human to human and dog to human) I am open to overnight says. I have a larger fenced yard however the fence is vertically challenged. I like and want to go for a couple walks a day. I have a daughter who loves dogs and is very good with them. She's a gentle and loves to help train, feed or just sit and pet them.

“They took the best care of my pup Georgia!! She played all day long which was apparent in how tired she was when we got home. Jessica has a great house and backyard for the pups. Your due child will be in good hands!”

“Michael and his wife took such great care of our puppy and made me feel such at ease being away! He sent updates throughout the day and the pictures he took of her were amazing! Highly recommended, he is now my go-to person!”

About: I’ve taken care of my dog and my aunt’s dog since I was nine. I’m twenty now and both of my fur babies are still kicking, barking, and happy. I’ve always loved animals, even helping to rescue some when I was little such as these two baby ducks and other little birdies and frogs too. In school, my teacher had a pet chameleon and turtle and I always was excited to help feed them. I actually started majoring in Biology at first in college to be a veterinarian or zoologist. I have a different path now to help children but I still have a passion for pets and other beautiful creatures of this Earth. I will take care of your fur babies just like I did mine and love them just as much. I am a college student as mentioned before so my current schedule is MWF and Tues and Thurs to be free after 11:15 am. However, I do live on campus in Norfolk at ODU so I can take business there as well but mainly for dog walking and pet sitting at your residence. I do rely on my mother, brother or friends for transportation but they are willing to help snd be available as needed. Please give me a chance and you won’t regret it. :) I make sure the pets first get to know me, smell me, and recognize me to be comfortable with me. Then, I interact with them more by playing with them and giving them rubs and cuddles so they can feel more connected and comfortable. Then, definitely make sure they eat and drink the right food for their health and nourishment. Then, walk them so they can do their business and get exercise and always make sure they have a leash on. Next, make sure they are groomed and cleaned well and freshen up from the outdoors. Then spend more time with them until our fun is over and they are returned with their beloved owners. I will have a whole day well planned and you and your fur babies will appreciate it. :)
“I have been taking my puppy Adaigo to Izzy for daycare for about a month or so and she does a great job with taking care of him and seems to enjoy being with Izzy and playing with the other dogs.”

His dogs were all great, too! Odin played the day away and we got updates and adorable pics, which were very much appreciated. We will definitely be sending him back! Highly recommend!”

I follow each pet's normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, playtime, medications, and any training routines provided by the owner. My goal is to make pets feel at home while providing plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. When caring for pets in a client's home, I respect their established routine and environment. “Nikolaas has been amazing with our two dogs. Both our boys are older (aka stubborn) and can have a lot of energy on a leash. Nikolaas’ energy calms them and he redirects them perfectly so they enjoy their walks stress free. They enjoy seeing Nikolaas when he arrives. They became instant friends. Nikolaas was very thorough in his interview with us and asked a lot of questions. We asked a lot of questions too and feel very happy we chose him as a walker and a friend to our dogs.”

I am also comfortable around cats and understand that every pet has their own routine and preferences. I know how important it is to find someone you trust with your furry family members, and I will treat your pets with the same care, patience, and affection that I would give my own. I look forward to meeting you and your pets! My availability is Wednesday evening through Sunday evening each week. I am available for walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting during that time and will do my best to accommodate your pet’s routine and needs. I don’t currently have a pet in my home, but I have spent my life around dogs and have experience caring for pets with different personalities, sizes, and energy levels. I understand how important routines are for animals, and I strive to provide a safe, loving, and comfortable environment while they are in my care.
About: Hey there! I'm a proud military member and animal shelter volunteer with 10+ years of experience caring for pets of all kinds—dogs, cats, and even the little critters! From playful puppies to sweet seniors, I’ve got the skills to handle it all. Need meds given or special diets followed? No problem! I’m all about keeping your pets happy, healthy, and stress-free. I’m big on communication, so you’ll always know how your fur-babies are doing. With me, it’s not just pet sitting—it’s personalized, loving care that gives you total peace of mind. Let’s make sure your pets have a tail-wagging good time while you’re away! Pet care is a central part of my daily and weekly routine. Each day, I dedicate specific times for walks, feedings, playtime, and any special needs such as administering medications or training sessions. I schedule my work and personal activities around my pet care responsibilities, ensuring that each pet receives consistent and attentive care. My flexible schedule allows me to accommodate various needs, whether it's daily visits, overnight stays, or extended care. This dedication ensures that every pet in my care feels loved, safe, and well-attended to throughout the week. In my home, I create a safe and welcoming environment for pets by providing a designated area with comfortable bedding, toys, and plenty of space to roam. I maintain a consistent routine for feeding, walking, and playtime, ensuring each pet feels at home. I also have a secure backyard for supervised outdoor activities. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow the owner’s instructions closely to maintain the pet’s usual routine. I ensure their environment is clean, provide fresh food and water, and engage in regular play and exercise. I also send daily updates and photos to keep owners informed about their pet’s well-being. My goal is to provide personalized, attentive care that meets each pet’s specific needs, whether at my home or theirs.
About: I grew up with and have worked with animals all of my life - dogs, cats, horses, guinnea pigs, hamsters, cattle, etc. I became a licensed veterinary technician 13 years ago and love seeing the furry faces that bring so much joy to so many. I have experience with all ages of animals, but have a special place in my heart for older kids. If you need help with your fur-child, I’m here! I’m between things right now, figuring life out. I’m pretty open besides when I have my daughter. I’m currently dog-less so seeing your puppy will really make my day! I want the time you are away from your pup to be as comfortable as possible. I will do whatever it is that will accomplish that. A schedule is so very important to them so let’s keep it!
About: For over 10 years, we've cared for dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities — each one holding a special place in our heart. Whether it’s mealtime, playtime, bath time, potty training, or giving medications, We make sure every tail keeps wagging and every pup feels safe, loved, and at home. With a flexible work-from-home schedule, I’m here to give your dog plenty of love and attention throughout the day. I’m usually only out briefly in the mornings for school drop-off and in the evenings for kids’ sports — My husband is home during the evening time to keep your pup company. It’s a team effort to make sure your dog feels safe, happy, and loved Our 1,650 sq. ft. home and fenced-in yard offer plenty of space for dogs to run, play, and relax. We’re happy to adapt our home to meet your dog’s unique needs during their stay, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved — just like part of the family. For added peace of mind, we have security cameras outside and cameras inside our home, so even if we’re away for a short time, we’re still keeping an eye on things to ensure everyone’s safety
“Robbyn was excellent! She was reliable and responsive. She would answer my questions at all hours of the day. She allowed my dog to go at his own pace and even picked up on his little nuances like wanting to carry his own leash. Highly recommended!”

About: Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and caring for animals is something I truly enjoy. I've spent years working with dogs of all sizes, personalities, and energy levels. I currently have a dog of my own, Wesson, and I understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy to care for your pet. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, active playtime, or relaxing at home, I'll make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, and affection while you're away. I'm comfortable caring for all breeds and temperaments, from energetic working dogs to laid-back couch companions. I also have experience with dogs that use training tools such as e-collars and prong collars and can follow your dog's established training routine and preferences. When your dog is in my care, their safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I'll treat them like one of my own and provide regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you're away. I look forward to meeting you and your pup! As a stay-at-home mom, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide attentive care throughout the day. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, and I enjoy incorporating walks, playtime, potty breaks, feeding schedules, and one-on-one attention into our day. Because I'm home most of the time, pets are rarely left alone for extended periods, and I can easily accommodate their individual needs and routines. My goal is to make every pet feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while their owners are away. When caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, comfortable, and structured environment. I have a securely fenced yard for supervised outdoor play and exercise, as well as a multi-level home that allows me to separate pets when needed. If a dog is crate-trained or requires their own space, I can accommodate that and ensure they have a quiet area to relax. I make sure pets receive consistent care, companionship, exercise, fresh water, meals, and any special accommodations they need. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners can feel confident their pets are happy and well cared for while they're away.
About: What sets me apart is the presence and care I bring to every interaction. With 15+ years of hands-on experience across a wide range of animals—dogs, cats, reptiles, fish, chickens, rabbits, and guinea pigs—I’m not just pet sitting, I’m attuning. I notice the little things: a shift in behavior, a need for extra cuddles, or when it’s time to give space. My calm, loving energy helps animals feel safe and understood. I don’t rush through visits—I show up fully, giving your pet the same patience and warmth I give my own. As a homeschool mom with a flexible schedule and a peaceful home environment, pet sitting fits naturally into my life. I’m home most of the day, which means your pet gets consistent attention, companionship, and care—not just quick check-ins. Caring for animals is something I genuinely love, and it brings joy and balance to our rhythm at home. Whether it’s daily drop-ins or extended stays, I have the time, space, and heart to give your pet the presence they deserve. Whether your pet stays in my home or I care for them in yours, my approach is rooted in calm, attentive, and loving presence. In my home, they’ll enjoy a relaxed, pet-friendly environment with plenty of snuggles, play, and quiet time—whatever makes them feel safe and happy. If I’m coming to you, I aim to keep your pet’s routine as consistent as possible, respecting their space and energy. I treat every animal like family and always follow your instructions with care and attention to detail. We have a fenced in yard, and plenty of walkable sidewalks.
About: Caring for and loving dogs has always been a passion of mine! I have a relaxed and jovial demeanor that they seem to gravitate to. I’ve owned 3 dogs so far of 3 separate weights, so I know how to cater to dogs of different sizes and personalities. I currently live in an apartment with lots of open spaces nearby for playing and walking. I always treat pets (dogs and cats too) in my care as I would my own, which is slightly spoiled but still disciplined. If you give me your trust, I will bring your pup or kitty happier and ready for more playtime! However, I do request that owners with dogs with behavioral issues notify me about them up front so I may work with them closer one-on-one. I'm currently working full-time in the Navy every 4 days, so I can watch pets on my off time. Four days a week on and off. I care for pets by learning their personalities, likes and dislikes, eating preferences, bathroom needs, what motivates them (toys, food, attention) and go from there.
About: I have 3 dogs of my own, varied ages, and even a pig! But I have been around animals as long as I can remember. My partner won’t let me get any more animals, so I would love to care for all of yours instead! I am a teacher and looking for summer, and break, work. I am practically available all day! I would be a fool to not do something that I love to occupy my days. I have a very energetic 1 year old, fully vaccinated, puppy that would love to run around with your fur babies. She has a bigger brother and sister, so size is not a problem for her. I also have 2 cats of my own so have experience with both.

“Michael responded quickly to our booking request and coordinated a meet and greet with his own dog. His yard is a great set up for dogs to run and play. with a high fence for those that may like to jump. He and his wife were great with our furbaby, Lizzie. He sent pictures and updates throughout the visit and I felt like my pup was just part of the family. So much better than any boarding facility! Looking forward to having her stay there again.”

“Our second booking with Kimberly—and a longer one this time. Her care of our dog has been most excellent—we know he’s safe and loved on while we’re away.”

“Emily is the best! She is so kind and caring. My dog is very loved while in her presence and i can tell she has the genuine heart for animals! highly recommend! 10/10!”
