I'm first time to found the sitter on this web, kinda made a little time to found the person to help me.When I contact few sitter that she is the first one to reply me very fast and then we make a schedule to do a quick meet on dog park. I went vacation one month on the different country, she still text me a few photo and message, I will say that is really helpful to make me not anxious too much. She take care of my big dog very well and her puppy very chill and friendly to play with my dog, I don't make sure if other people will choose her to be their dog sitter, but I will definitely work with her again in the future. About: I’ve pet sit for many family members (mostly small dogs) and used to own a few dogs as well. Also just really love animals! I’ll be home for spring break in NOVA from 2/28-3/6 and will have too much free time! I will be able to focus on the animals and go to and from houses often. I have experience watching many different kinds of animals; dogs, cats, reptiles, small rodents. I don’t have any pets in my home currently, have lots of walkable neighborhood, and furniture animals are allowed on if needed.

The one area I’d note is that she seemed to have a busy work schedule, as we all do… When I returned, Huku’s (senior) diaper was full, suggesting he had not been out for a while that day— something to keep in mind if regular outdoor breaks are important for your pups. But overall, Michelle is super caring and communicative sitter who genuinely looks after your dogs. I would certainly ask her again!”

Gus is five years old and we've had him since he was 10 weeks and he has never stayed with anyone other than family or close friends. Therefore, we were a bit nervous about leaving Gus with a stranger. Well Carlos was amazing! We cannot say enough good things about the way he not only took care of Gus but also reassured us on a daily basis through photos and detailed texts how great Gus was doing. What a relief! Gus interacted very well with Carlos’s dog as well as a couple of small dogs that came and went during Gus’s fun stay. We highly recommend Carlos and look forward to letting Gus camp out with him again! What a great decision we made to use Carlos!”

“Christy is everything you would want your Rover host to be. Logistically she checked all the boxes living not too far from major highway I took to my office. Easy to drop off/pick up and get back on the highway again. She responded quickly when I made an inquiry about a weekly daycare hosting for my shy miniature poodle. She demonstrated kindness and patience when our Meet and Greet began later than scheduled. During his stay, Christy texted pictures of Blinky going on a long walk or playing in the backyard. Lovely family took very good care of him. On the second day, I dropped Blinky off, he rushed through the front door without looking back. To me that said a lot because Blinky was not a social butterfly by any stretch of imagination. I can whole heartily give Christy five stars, just for that alone!”

They were very responsive from the beginning of the Rover process, and they continued throughout the four days I used their services. Rebeca greeted us every morning and afternoon with a smile. About: I was a devoted dog mom to my Pomeranian mix, Bear, for 12 wonderful years and have been caring for pets through Rover since 2023. I’m very comfortable caring for dogs, including those with health conditions that require patience, consistency, and extra attention. I understand the importance of administering medications, maintaining routines, providing gentle walks, and respecting when pups need rest. My husband, Michael, grew up with dogs and helps care for pups during their stay when he’s not working. We enjoy walks, playtime, and most importantly following your dog’s routine to ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I work from home on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, which allows me to provide plenty of attention, walks, and companionship throughout the day. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, I work from the office; however, my husband or a trusted family member is usually home, so your dog is not left alone while I’m away. We do not have any pets in our home, allowing your dog to have our full attention. Our space is comfortable and open, giving your pup room to relax and move around freely. If your dog uses a crate, we’re happy to accommodate it and have space to set one up as needed.

About: I have always had a love and passion for animals since I was a little girl. I started in elementary school by offering to walk my neighbors' dogs just so I could have the opportunity to play with them.
