I’ve had cats my whole life, I simply can’t imagine life without them. We knew our senior dog Ginger would likely be stressed: 1st from the trip, and 2nd to be left with a stranger, in an unfamiliar environment. Linda really seems to love the dogs, she had 1-2 fosters there when we arrived (not sure, as I think I only saw 1). While I'm sure it was hard on both of them, we do sincerely appreciate her taking on our dog for a few hours, so that we could attend the wedding of an old family friend. I try my best to be accommodating to last minute bookings and I can always adjust my prices to your needs! Daily updates are absolutely always included, I will always send pictures. I keep my phone on ring at all times so you can rely on me for a prompt answer. I take safety very seriously and will always accommodate to your pets needs.

About: I am a huge animal lover! I grew up with dogs and cats and almost every pet I’ve had was a rescue. I started pet sitting my neighbor’s dogs when I was 14. I took a break for a while then started back up about 3 years ago. I have several neighbors and family friends who’s cats and dogs I take care of when their owners are away. I do have experience in taking care of pets young and old. I currently work most weekdays but I’m typically available after 1pm. Anytime a walk or play date is needed, I’m available. I have no problem with overnights or extended stays. My weekends are open as well! I have a fenced in yard if I need to bring your fur baby to my house. I have three cats who are friendly but one is a little territorial. If you have a fenced in yard, I watch your pet the whole time they are outside. I can crate your pet if need be as well. If you pet loves to play, I take the time to play with them as much as possible!

“Leaving our dog with Kristen was the best boarding experience she'd ever had! We don't often take a vacation without our dog, but the handful of times we had in the past, she was traumatized when I picked her up. She isn't crate trained and hates the little kennels at the vet and other commercial boarding facilities. Kristen's farm was like a vacation for her while we were on vacation! She loved the big open yards, having the run of the house, and being around the other dogs. Kristen is a warm, caring, responsible animal lover.
