About: I grew up with cats as a child and have rescued 3 within the last 5 years. One has unfortunately passed due to a heart condition. My other two came with some challenges that I worked with them on and they are now thriving. My one cat, we adopted as a kitten and was looked over by many people because she can be feisty. She’s since become the sweetest girl. My other cat i rescued as an adult at roughly 3 years old and he was extremely scared of people and noises. About: I’ve taken care of my dog and my aunt’s dog since I was nine. I’m twenty now and both of my fur babies are still kicking, barking, and happy. I’ve always loved animals, even helping to rescue some when I was little such as these two baby ducks and other little birdies and frogs too. In school, my teacher had a pet chameleon and turtle and I always was excited to help feed them. I actually started majoring in Biology at first in college to be a veterinarian or zoologist. I have a different path now to help children but I still have a passion for pets and other beautiful creatures of this Earth. I am a college student as mentioned before but I have all online classes this upcoming Fall semester and I live on campus but can be at home when needed for boarding. I live in Suffolk, Virginia and do my boarding and doggy daycare there. My location says Norfolk but that’s only for house sits and drop ins and walking. I go to Old Dominion University so I can take business there in nearby area that is within 60 minutes of walking distance as I do not have a car or drive and rely on family and my boyfriend and friends for transportation. I do rely on my mother, brother or friends for transportation but they are willing to help and be available as needed. Please give me a chance and you won’t regret it. :) I make sure the pets first get to know me, smell me, and recognize me to be comfortable with me. Then, I interact with them more by playing with them and giving them rubs and cuddles so they can feel more connected and comfortable. Then, definitely make sure they eat and drink the right food for their health and nourishment. Then, walk them so they can do their business and get exercise and always make sure they have a leash on. Next, make sure they are groomed and cleaned well and freshen up from the outdoors. About: I have experience with dogs, cats, and bunnies. I currently have 2 cats, a boy Ronald and a girl Evelyn. They are very hyper and so sweet. I also had 2 bunnies for 6 years until they crossed the rainbow bridge. I love my babies and treat them like the family they are. I am a mom to a 1yr old baby as well and make sure he knows the importance of respecting animals boundaries and treating them with so much love and kindness. I’m currently a stay at home mom so I’m available 7 days a week, anytime unless I have prior commitments. Weekends would work best for me, but I’m sure I can make anything work. About: My first two pets were 2 doggies at 9 months old. I had them for 17 years until they left for doggy heaven October 2024 and February 2025… I am not ready to fully commit again quite yet so decided babysitting and loving on others’ furbabies will help the healing. Work from home all week. Will be able to take care of them in home and overnight if needed! I will accomodate to all requests and needs. Will appreciate details such as age, allergies, health, likes and dislikes. Will treat your baby/babies like they are my own. Otherwise I will walk your fur baby for a minimum of one hour and maybe even take them with me for small store runs in the area (with your permission ofc!).
