About: I’ve taken care of my own dog and watched my neighbors dog, making sure they are well fed, get enough time outside and feel loved while their families are away! I’m currently doing odd jobs over the summer and because of this, I am able to spend a lot of time with your pets! I will be out of the house periodically but will not be out longer than 3-4 hours at a time. I keep a clean and pet-friendly environment at home with plenty of space to relax and a backyard to run around and enjoy time outside. About: In addition to caring for my own dog and cat, I've also helped with my neighbor's dog, and my sister's dogs. I've got a fully fenced in back yard that's almost a full acre. And my german shepherd is incredibly sweet and gentle around other animals. I keep my weekends free so I can hang out with your pet! With school out my 15 year old daughter is home too and is eager to help love on some new pooches. My mother is also home most of the time working, and we are used to loud dog barks! In my home I have a German shepherd upstairs full time and a pit bull mix downstairs in the afternoon. Both are sweet and energetic and love new dogs! My cat does better with people, but she knows how to stay out of dodge when its needed. We do crate our dog when we leave the house but she free roams at night, alternating between the bed and the floor and the couch as she pleases. I would require your dog to be crate trained in case I need to leave the house during a boarding session. In your home, your rule is law. Whether its feeding your cat a carefully measured amount of wet food or keeping the litter box filled exactly half way, your standards are mine and I'm happy to go the extra mile. Likewise for a doggy drop-in to walk and feed. I always pick up after my pet on a walk so your neighbors have nothing to fear from me. And I'm used to reigning in a 90lb German shepherd who wants to make friends with every neighborhood stray cat so you can rest assured that I can keep hold of your dog on a walk.

I had warned her that one of my cats would most likely try to escape because my cats are indoor/outdoor when I'm home but while I'm gone I keep them inside. She didn't mind having to be extra vigil with them. She said the cat did try to escape during one of her visits but that she was able to stop him since I gave her the heads up. She followed all my instructions and provided pictures. I was nervous about using Rover and she put my mind to rest! She did great! I will definitely use her again!”

“Penny and Evan were great with our little “high anxiety” fur baby. During the “meet and greet” Penny had us come in and take him straight to the fenced back yard where he could sniff around and go to the bathroom. Knowing about his anxiety, once we went back inside, Penny never tried to pet him, she just allowed him to get used to her being in the room. She was a very calming presence for him. Evan likewise was patient with him and allowed him the time it took to settle and get comfortable. We are thrilled to have found Penny and Even and the bonus is that they live about 4 minutes from our house! We have already booked the next daycare appointment!”

About: I have taken care of dogs ever since I could remember. This beginning with family members or neighbors, and eventually turning into one of my favorite hobbies, voulenteering for local animal shelters. I have experience with large dogs and small dogs, and with my time spent volunteering and also with my families own rescue animals, I believe I am a great fit for any dog. “Zoe was great! She was always on-schedule and was very patient with my weird little girl. She does things like hiding when it's time to go out and then pulling a LOT once you finally get her out. But Zoe never complained and always hung around with the baby for a few minutes of love and play after the walk. About: I’ve taken care of my own dog and watched my neighbors dog, making sure they are well fed, get enough time outside and feel loved while their families are away! I’m currently doing odd jobs over the summer and because of this, I am able to spend a lot of time with your pets! I will be out of the house periodically but will not be out longer than 3-4 hours at a time. I keep a clean and pet-friendly environment at home with plenty of space to relax and a backyard to run around and enjoy time outside. My family will also love spending time with your pet and giving them lots of attention!
“Kim was great with our little girl Golden Retriever, Lexie. Kim and her boyfriend played ball with her and took her for a walk. Lexie also got to play with two Golden puppies. The fenced in backyard was wonderful for her to burn off that extra energy. Kim sent many pictures to let us know that Lexie was eating well and playing with the others. This was only a two day, one night stay but Kim and her boyfriend went out of their way to make sure Lexie was happy and that we were informed so we would not worry. It was a great experience.”
“Gretchen is an amazing person, loving and caring. She's great with our baby girl Star. Every time we need someone to watch Star we were happy to know that Gretchen was there, Star loves coming to see her, she runs and hugs her every time she sees her. Gretchen keeps us updated, gives Star her medications and that's something that we appreciate. Gretchen goes above and beyond for Star, she definitely works with us (one time we needed to modify the reservation and add days since I was in the hospital and she gladly took care of Star, she even went out of her way and got Star food and supplies that she needed). We trust her and are beyond happy knowing that our Star is well taken care of.”
About: I began volunteering at my local animal shelter at the age of 9 and have been caring for animals ever since. I have 20 years experience pet sitting for neighbors and I have my own 6 year old pitbull, Cleo, so I’m no stranger to energetic dogs. I’m a teacher, so my summers give me full flexibility to care for your animals! I love to walk dogs on local greenways and trails. I have a fenced in backyard where your dog can play. If they like to play with a buddy, my dog will be their best friend!
