Not with Katie! I felt that our furry friend was with family. It was clear that our naturally anxious dog has made a friend. She seemed happy and content and although she was excited to see me, she was not anxious or rushing to leave Katie's place. “Very highly recommended! Chantal and her husband were great caretakers for our two dogs for a week’s time — even more than we could have expected. They have a beautiful, spacious, safe place — both indoors and for when they had to go outside. My husband and I felt 100% comfortable leaving them there while we were away. From the beginning during our meet-and-greet through pick-up at the end of our trip, we saw just how kind and calm they were, treating our dogs just like their own dog and providing lots of interaction and play. Also, Chantal was extremely accommodating of our 7 month old puppy’s “puppy behavior” and attentive to the need to go outside more frequently. She provided updates every day (and was very responsive to other questions) and we could see just how relaxed our pups were, as if they were staying with family. We are definitely planning on using Chantal’s services the next time we need to go out of town.”

From housetraining puppies to caring for aging senior dogs, I have experience with a range of personalities/quirks and am very comfortable with large or hyperactive dogs and rescues. My older Beagle, who I cared for for more than 13 years, had a seizure disorder and in the final months of her life, we administered IV sub-Q fluids to her every 2-3 days, so I have experience with caring for pups with medical needs and I can administer medication. About: I am a fur mommy to an amazing little guy we call Charlie Brown! He is wonderful with adults and children alike! We would love to find him some new friends by watching your cute fur babies too! In my house, someone is always home, so your pet would never be alone! We love to go on long walks through the neighborhood and the local park. Our Charlie Brown loves car rides! My husband is great with animals and loves to play with them! We also have a 4 year old girl who is learning to play with our dogs as well and a full of life 7 year old boy who loves animals, so playtime is all the time here! There is never a dull moment, that's for sure! If you aren't comfortable with your pet coming to our house, that's ok too! I (we) can come to you! I'm a trustworthy, respectful, playful dogsitter as well. Transportation is not an issue. I can stay over night or just check in from time to time with your little one. It's all up to you! About: I am an animal lover that will care for your pets like they were my own fur babies.Lots of experience with all size dogs ,cats and even rabbits I can care for your pets, day or night. I am available for boarding on most weekends .Wake up with a nice walk and then eat breakfast followed by playtime. I do tey any walk every 3 to 4 hours or as needed My yard is not fenced in but I have 3 acers of land .Plenty of room for walking and no traffic around. I don't mind doing baths
About: I’ve taken care of dogs for over 3 years now. I can do various things including walking and bathing almost any dog. Taking care of dogs is my job and I love it! My work schedule is pretty flexible so I am able to do walks/drop ins pretty frequently throughout any day of the week. My best times would be before 12 and after 7 but I can typically do times in between as well with enough notice I would care for your pet in any way necessary by following any instructions you can give me. With my experience, I know how to keep dogs safe and happy!

“Katie was more than amazing! I have left our Doberman, Roxy, at various kennels, and other Rover sitters, but Roxy would seem anxious or would get sick after I picked her up from those places. Not with Katie! I felt that our furry friend was with family. It was clear that our naturally anxious dog has made a friend. She seemed happy and content and although she was excited to see me, she was not anxious or rushing to leave Katie's place.
