“Short answer: Ryan is the BEST petsitter/house sitter, definitely book them!! 5 out of 5 stars!! Long answer: Ryan was so kind and communicative from the start--we set up a meet and greet so they could meet our two kitties. Our cats have some quirks and also need a lot of quality human attention or else they become very strained/agitated. When we got back from our two-week trip, it was clear that Ryan loved/tended to our cats the way they needed to be. Our cats were happy, calm (as possible), and even well-brushed (we have a long-haired cat who becomes VERY easily matted)! Ryan frequently sent updates of our cats well-being, and cute pictures as well! Through Ryan's updates, it was clear that they were really understanding and "tuned-in" to our cats personalities/needs. Once we were already on our trip, we realized that we forgot to do a few important tasks before we left, but Ryan came to the rescue and was happy to help out! The house itself was in perfect condition, Ryan even washed the towels and bedsheets. I honestly couldn't write a better review, I am so grateful for Ryan--their presence gave us peace of mind even though we were an ocean away from our kitties. About: After I graduated college many years ago, I worked with an animal rescue before entering into a veterinary career. After more than 10 years in general vet, ER vet, and specialty vet -- when we moved back to VA, I decided to switch careers and I've worked from home ever since. I'm comfortable caring for dogs & cats with special needs and complicated medication schedules. I also have experience with exotic pets including guinea pigs, hamsters, bearded dragons, freshwater tanks, and saltwater tanks. I own a bearded dragon and have several fish tanks: 55g fresh, 30 salt, 10 fresh, 3.3 pico salt. I work from home (and have for 10 years). I have two in-home dogs - french bulldogs, one male, one female, both fixed, friendly, and ready to play! I have my own dogs on a pretty steady schedule. They go out around 4-5am (when my partner wakes up), come back to bed, out again at 8am, eat breakfast, another potty break around 10-11 am, out again around 1-2pm, 4-5pm, dinner around 8pm, out again, and one last potty break before bed usually somewhere around 10-11pm. When your dog stays at our home, they'll get regular potty breaks and their usual feeding routine. If they need alone time, we have the space to give them their own space, time in the yard, and time for cuddles by themselves. We have a 4' tall chain link fence around our yard. Our two dogs love to go out often and explore. We have dogs on three sides, so plenty of fun to be had. Non-dog-friendly dogs would not do well in my home at this time. At your home, I'll follow your schedule and details for what your pets are used to. If you have exotic pets or fish tanks, let me know! I offer exotic or fish tank rates, as well. I have a full time job, but it is very flexible and I work from home so I'm able to work with most requests with ease. In my home, I have a fenced in yard and am able to let your fur baby out at least every 2 hours. If I am in your home, during the week I might be working, but thanks to my flex schedule I can work around most anything up to and including walks and playtime every couple hours.

About: I will take care of as if my own. I tend to get attached and fall in Love fast with furry friends. It’s actually called baby kitty syndrome. Like when you want to squeeze them so hard you will hurt them. Lol I need something to do with myself and make a little extra cash. I’ve lived with dogs, cats, birds, fish and rabbits all my life. I rescued 2 dogs, brother and sister, from the woods when they were 6wks old. They made it to be 16. I do have issues with my left leg/foot and lower back. About: I am a dog lover who has a mini Bernedoodle. I have had senior dogs and dogs with extensive medical needs. About: I’ve had a medium sized dog for the past eight years. He has always been seen as “my dog,” even though he’s the household dog. I love to take him for walks everyday, car rides often, and play with/treat him! I’m a college junior home for the summer in Williamsburg, VA. I have a part time internship which only requires around 20 hours a week of me being out of the house, so my schedule is very flexible to take care of your babies! In my home specifically, I always ensure my dog is fed, comfortable, and taken care of. I treat my dog as though he has human feelings and speaks english, if you know what I mean. I walk him twice a day and take him for enriching activities often such as car rides. His health is my main priority.

In my senior year of high school, I took a veterinary science class where I did check-ups and grooming on all sorts of animals. I’m comfortable cleaning up after pets, changing diapers if needed, and giving medication. I work Mondays and Wednesday–Friday from 7 to 3, and Saturdays from 3 to 11pm. I’m free all day on Tuesdays and Sundays 😊 I adapt to each home and follow the owner’s preferences and routine for their pets. I make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for, whether that includes walks, playtime, feeding, medication, or keeping their space clean. I always adjust to each pet’s personality and needs.
About: I have loved animals all my life, and my experience has ranged from caring for my own pets, to short-term and long-term fostering for friends and military families. I have cared for dogs, cats, hamsters, lizards, bunnies, birds and small livestock. I love them and treat them all as though they are my own. I am currently a currently a stay at home mom, and my children are now all school-aged. I care for my animals at home, and I have an open schedule, heart, and home to care for other animals. I have a about 1.3 acres of land with a dedicated (vinyl) fenced in area for dogs so I have plenty of room for outdoor playtime. Indoors, a few of my animals are crated at night based on their individual needs but all walk freely during the day. In your home, I am open to whatever is most comfortable for your pet.
About: I genuinely love animals. I am the type of person who stops everyone and asks if I can pet their dog. I do have professional training in taking care of animals; I worked at an animal rescue and a doggy daycare! I am 25 years old and I have my own transportation and will work very hard to take care of your pet! I have experience walking dogs of all ages and sizes. I have experience in crating dogs if that’s what’s required for your pet. About: I have had dogs from puppies to seniors and they have all have been a part of my family. I have experience training puppies and even teaching old dogs new tricks. I have a wonderful home full of dog love. My family and I have boarded friends and neighbors dogs and they rely on feeding, bathing, walking and provide plenty of love and attention. I currently have a wonderful English Lab, so this requires me to feed, walk and play with him throughout the day. I welcome some friends to join us in this daily routine. I have a decent sized home with plenty of room. Dogs can roam freely in a safe environment and will enjoy nice walks in my small community. Water is always available from a gravity water bowl, treats available for training/tricks or just cause. Depending on how your dog sleeps at night, kennel is available or they can jump in bed with us!
About: Hi! I currently have a boxer/shiba Inu and a rescue puppy. My boxer/shiba went through an intensive training program where I was taught how to train a dog as well so I’m great with dogs. I love dogs (maybe more than people lol) and whenever there’s a dog around me my heart melts and I just want to play with them and take care of all the pups!! I am currently a teacher and work Monday-Friday. I walk and/ or feed the pets I’m worked with before work and then again after work as well as play time. In the weekends I’m home all day long as well as in the summer months. I care for all animals as if they were my own. All animal get attention, scheduled meals, and exercise. I also have gates to separate animals if necessary.
About: I'm a huge animal lover. I'm very outgoing and love dogs! I grew up with four dogs (all different breeds), so I am very used to taking care of fur babies. I love buying toys and playing various games with them. I love to snuggle with them and make them feel loved. I will take as good of care of them as I would my own fur babies. In both my home and a client’s home, I care for pets as if they were my own. I stick to their normal routine, offer lots of love and attention, and make sure they always feel safe and comfortable. I keep their space clean, give fresh water, follow feeding instructions, and make time for play, cuddles, and bathroom breaks. I also send regular updates so owners know their pets are happy and well cared for.

About: I have a few dogs at my house already but I've also been taking care of animals since I was a kid. I used to volunteer at rescues. My family also has many pets and farm animals I help take care of these include fish, hamsters, and budgies. I'm currently in college right now studying life science but I have plenty of free time. During that time I'd like to take care of animals. I like to take care of your pets however you like them taken care of. I'll wake up early for morning walks or stay up late to clean up after them.
