About: In addition to my Vet Tech training and work in vet clinics, I've been the proud "Mom" to many feline companions over the years. Until about 2 years ago, we had 5 adopted cats that grew up together until the last one passed at 21 years old in 2024! We have since adopted 2 senior cats who have brought a whole new dynamic into our lives. (Friends tell me they want to return in the next life as one of my cats because of the high priority and extraordinary love I give to each and every one.) About: I grew up taking care of my family dog and cats, and have cared for my own dogs and cats for the past 7 years. I have owned chickens since the beginning of 2022. Pets are part of the family, and if they stay with me, they will be treated as such! I’m currently working from home with a flexible schedule that allows me to take breaks throughout the day, which I use to take my dogs outside. I am also able to spend all day with my animals and any animals I would board. After getting off work, I love taking walks outside with my dogs. I have a fenced in park 2 minutes down the road from my house where I take my dogs to run unleashed. About: I’ve never had a cat until I was grown, my mom and grandma have always been scared of them and more of dog people. I went to the shelter and was determined to get over my generational fear of cats. Learning to care for a cat while being timid made me also learn how specific cats are some like to be brushed and some you can’t even look at the wrong way. During the “meet and greet” Penny had us come in and take him straight to the fenced back yard where he could sniff around and go to the bathroom. About: I have worked in a small animal hospital for 15 years. Did equine vet tech For 5 years before returning to small animal with limited exotic animal medicine. I have experience with cats dogs horses And most rodents and personally own a snake. Limited experience with birds and reptiles. About: Hello! I am a farm girl who grew up with dogs , cats , horses, cows and sheep. Over the past twenty five years I have adopted four rescue dogs taking dogs who were older and harder to adopt. If I could I would give every rescue animal a home. I have had success working with animals who others find daunting. I am skilled in basic obedience training and click training. I love puppies and elderly dogs equally. I am currently taking classes to start a new career and my schedule is very flexible. I can pet sit 7 days a week and will do my best to accommodate your scheduling needs I can come to your home and feed, walk, play or sit with your pet. About: We live on a farm with miles of hiking trails, a large pond, and a big deck to watch the world go by. We can run, swim, play, or just be lazy. The yard is not fenced but we can go for lots of leashed walks in the woods or around the pond. I work from home and am available 24/7. About: We've taken care of our own and family dogs for 20+ years, including dog sitting, outings, walking, and training/agility. I will treat your pets and animals as if they were my own, so there is no need to look any further! :) I am currently going to school, but I am able to commute on days other than Monday and Wednesday during the fall 2025 semester. I would appreciate listing any medications that you animals may need and when those ought to be given to them. While I cannot provide my own home for your animals getaway, I would love to make your animals feel like they are not far from home while you're away. We love hosting pets and will treat them like our own. Im always home so let’s can stay on their normal schedules and have someone around while you’re gone. When your pup comes to stay with us we ask that you bring; their food, treats, favorite toys/bones, bed or blanket, crate (if you use one), bowls, and a leash. Having experience with all kinds of animals, I know the importance of meeting the needs of each animal and giving it the love and care it deserves and desires. I have several families that reach out to me when they are planning a trip so that I can care for their pets while they are away. I understand the importance of maintaining the pet owners routine, commands, and affection with their pets to help reduce anxiety and stress while they are away. My goal is to love their pets as if they are my own. I have cared for our own dogs as seniors and have experience with failing body functions and know how to administer medications and assist the animal with getting up and moving around. I also have much experience with puppies since I breed Australian Shepherds and care for the puppies from the time they are born until they are at an appropriate age and health standard to go to their new families. I am so excited to meet many other pet families in our area and love on your pet so you can feel comfortable and at peace any time you need to travel and your pet has to stay behind. It’s hard enough to say good-bye, so having peace of mind on how they will be cared for while you are away can make a good trip a GREAT one!! I am available most days of the week for 24/7 care since we are a homeschooling family and I am a stay at home mom. Pets are allowed in our home as long as they get along well with other pets and children. I do have an in-ground fence and collars that I can use to teach your pet to stay in our yard. I also have two nice size kennels that give dogs plenty of room to wander inside and outside the kennel walls.
