About: Hi there! My name is Sam and I have experience sitting for all types of animals. From cuddly Pyrenees, and scary-smart German pinschers, to spunky chinchillas, their best cat friends, and curious pythons. I have been through partial behavioral training for dogs (and their humans), and have experience with animal hospice situations, as well as behaviorally aggressive dogs. I prefer to keep the animal's care as consistent as possible. The more details you have of your preferred method of walking, reward, or preparation habits, the better. About: I have always had a dog for as long as I can remember. I grew up with dogs and I love them. We currently have two dogs. I have a male Golden doodle named Bo and a female Teddy Bear named Annie. I like to walk the dogs for two 30 minute walks a day. I’m a stay at home, homeschooling mom. I have a 7 year old, 10 year old, 13 year old and 16 year old at home. Everyone loves dogs. We have a routine with the dogs and they are part of the family. I don’t have a fenced in yard but I am a firm believer that dogs need to be walked. I walk my dogs for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the afternoon on a walking path behind my house. I keep jingle bells on my door and my dogs ring them to go outside to potty. I have options to separate dogs if necessary. Dogs are separated at feeding time.

About: I have always had a soft spot for animals. I began working in the medical field but once I became a stay at home mom I realized something was missing.. my heart was in the place to care for animals instead. When my youngest was just under 2 I started taking on small dog walking jobs to get us out of the house during Covid and enjoying some fresh air and I really just fell in love with it. I have my own "misfit farm" of unwanted animals and in my down time I am taking on dog walking/pet sitting. I am knowledgeable in many animals including dogs, cats birds, small animals, exotics and farm animals. At this moment I am boarding dogs on a case by case basis so just reach out and we can chat! I am available for house sitting, however cannot accommodate regular overnight stays but can accommodate frequent and lengthy visits. I am a mom to 3, but am pretty much open and available for your needs. Hanging out with animals is a strong passion of mine and I often use the extra cash to do things with my kids. I cannot accommodate overnights in my house sitting but can offer lengthy and frequent visits I am available for walking, feeding, caring, loving and walking your babies of whatever species and breed. I also have dealt with older and sick dogs so I know how to be gentle and handle that. I have also had my own cat and watched others, I adore cats. Mine was sick for a while so i’m familiar with oral medication for cats and soothing cats’ anxieties as mine suffered heavily from unknown anxiety.

My youngest can be a handful at times, but Mary is extremely patient, caring, and truly just loves dogs. I received a message from Mary on the second visit that my dog threw up and was not feeling good. She asks me if she can boil chicken breast and rice for him to have something easier on the stomach. “Yoda spent 10 days with Seyla, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! She had such a great time that I’m pretty sure she thought she was on vacation. 😂 Seyla is an excellent animal caretaker, and you can immediately tell how much he genuinely loves animals. All of the animals in his care are incredibly well looked after—plenty of walks, good food, lots of attention, playtime, and fun. Staying at Seyla’s house is basically like going to a doggie resort! The dogs get to play, run around, swim, and just have the best time. One of the things I appreciated most was how communicative Seyla was. He sent me multiple videos of Yoda every single day, so even though I was away for 10 days, I felt like Yoda never really left me. I could see how happy, comfortable, and well cared for she was throughout her entire stay, which gave me so much peace of mind. Seyla is also incredibly accommodating. My friend was supposed to pick Yoda up for me, but his flight was delayed by a day. I contacted Seyla, and he had no problem extending Yoda’s stay for an extra night. I would absolutely trust Seyla with Yoda again. Knowing that she is somewhere safe, loved, well cared for, and having the time of her life makes traveling so much easier. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone who will treat their dog like one of his own. Yoda will definitely be back! ❤️🐶”
“We were in a bind since the dog kennel was booked. River app came in handy to find someone to watch our dogs. Aside from watching two mini- doxies for a day and a half, our dogs benefited from being around new people and new environment to help them socialize more. At first I wasn’t sure how they would do in a strangers home but they seemed very entertained and taken care of. Tiffany sent us photo updates as well which was nice to get.”
