I am always concerned about Eddie escaping to chase an animal, and they took my concerns seriously and took steps to ensure that wouldn't happen. Their fence setup was great too - the fenced-in yard wraps all the way around the house, so even if a dog slipped out of the house, they would still be in the yard. On top of that, they sent lots of pictures and were so kind to Eddie. He didn't want to leave!”

About: I love cats. I have adopted a cat who was abandoned when a neighbor moved. He has changed my life. He is such a sweet boy and petting and brushing him is one of my favorite pass times. He was wary of humans at first but he has warmed up to me as well as my family members.

About: Lifelong dog owner with decades of experience caring for dogs both big and small. I work from home and am able to provide maximum companionship and plenty of exercise. Boarders or daycare get 2-3 walks/day, dozens of photos, and lots of love of course! I provide toys, bowls, a dog bed, treats, poop bags and a backup leash. About: I’ve had pets my whole life. I love dogs and cats. I love animals and have no problem spending my free time taking care of and playing with some fur babies. I have a pug that I've had since she was 6 weeks old. I also have a cat who I took in after his old owner abandoned him. I currently work full time Monday-Friday 8-5pm in Charlottesville. I am more than happy to stop by after work if needed or if you want me to stay at your place I can take care of the babies before heading to work to make sure they are fed and worked. Can work with a lot of schedules. I do make and sell jewelry so there may be a few weekend days where my availability is limited due to already committed to a craft show In my house I try and take my dog out every 2 hours. In the summer my pug is sensitive to heat so we do short walks around our driveway. She is a bit spoiled and will not go outside in the rain so I do also have experience cleaning up puppy pads and encouraging their use. My cat is both indoors and outdoors so he goes to the bathroom outside but also have a litter box inside I clean every few days for him.

We dropped them off with Brooke and they were tired and happy when we picked them up! She worked along with us so we could make the most of our day. I highly recommend!”

“Jenny was great! This was our first time leaving our dog at someone else’s house for the weekend and I couldn’t be happier than having him stay with Jenny! She was very on top of responding to messages and sent plenty of pictures while we were away. Our dog has not yet learned to be off leash, so she had a great idea to let him roam around and play in the closed off barn with the other dogs. He came super happy and worn out. I highly recommend Jenny!”
