Hadley absolutely loves Jo and Cricket and he also came home happy!”

She has such a good time she can't wait to jump out of the car for her vacation with them. They treat her like one of their own, and it shows. We have used them several times, and they are great to work with. We won't leave our dog with anyone else. Knowing our dog is safe and loved is priceless.”

We totally recommend her!”

“Mike & Pam were wonderful and we felt good leaving our two fur babies with them. We had never used Rover before and this was the first time we had left them with anyone so we were very nervous about the whole thing, plus we were gone for 2 weeks. They put us at ease and every day we received text’s letting us know how they were doing as well as pictures and videos. We were very happy with the care they provided and will use them again.”

“Kathryn was fabulous! She was attentive to our pup, sent lots of pics of a very happy pooch and was quick responding to my texts! We will definitely be booking with her again!🤗”

“Speaking with them put me at ease for leaving Opie there for 5 days! He had the best time and was loved on like one of their own pups! He played all the time and has been sleeping a lot since I picked him up! Would’ve loved more updates without having to reach out, but still a 10/10 experience! Will def use again and strongly recommend them for anyone else.”

If your dog likes to visit a certain tree on all their walks, or your cat gets a treat at a specific time each day, let me know! Please also share any quirks, anxieties, medical problems, or anything else special about your pet so I can cater to their individual needs.
About: I have cared for animals since I was little. We have had all kinds of pets from (hamsters, ferrets, rabbits, guinea pigs, dogs, and cats). My 12 year old daughter loves animals and has worked over the years with dog sitting for hours at their house and walking the dogs in our neighborhood. I am a teacher. I am off during the summer and we are home every day. Even if I am not here for a few hours, I have two responsible tweens that are very capable of loving and caring for your pet. We live in a duplex with a mid size back yard. It is not fenced in, but I can put them on a long leash if needed for running. We also have a mile long road that makes a circle of our neighborhood. Even though our subdivision is under construction, we will have a pond and a play area for our dogs to play. We also are able to crate if needed. We have a small dog of our own that would love company and we have a guinea pig that stays in the living room in a fenced in area (which we can put in a cage in a bedroom if needed). Our dog is not crated and is allowed on the furniture and sleeps in our beds.

I currently have 6 dogs and my neighbors have entrusted me with their pets' care multiple times over the years as well. I have worked with as small as a 5-pound chihuahua to as big as a greyhound and GSD's and am open to caring for many more breeds and sizes. About: Although I don't have any cats of my own, my friendly dog gets along wonderfully with them! I've enjoyed helping friends care for their cats while they vacation, so I'm well-acquainted with their needs. I’m excited to extend that experience and ensure your feline companions receive the love and attention they deserve while you’re away!
About: I’ve been pet sitting for family, friends, and strangers since I was a freshman in high school. No matter the job and tasks required I’ve always been reliable in getting things done! I’m currently in graduate school to become an athletic trainer, so a full-time job doesn’t fit well with my class schedules. I would very much like to fit in some work or pet care between my classes and clinical experience! I’m a quick learner when it comes to new locations, different types of leashes, crates, etc. I’m willing to travel almost anywhere near me and have no problem making several visits a day or staying at the home to care for pets.
“Lidija was a great sitter for my two cats. They both have different personalities and she was able to adapt and provide care for both of them. She kept me updated throughout the boarding! Definitely recommend!”

“Brandy did a great job watching our dog Summer for the day! She provided us updates and pics all through the day, providing us extra reassurance that Summer was having a good time and settling in nicely. We will definitely reach out to Brandy again the next time we bring Summer down to Massanutten!”

“We truly appreciate Brandy! We booked very last minute with brandy. Being on vacation we brought our epileptic pup and he wasn’t coping well in a new place being alone. So we downloaded this app for the first time and booked with her while we went out. She responded when I checked on him, and sent me pictures of him while he was with her. We are even booked an extra day with her while we were here because he did so well in her care! Thank you Brandy !!”

“Jenesis was amazing! She made sure to take extra care of my pup and make her feel at ease while I was away. She was flexible with my late evening pick up time and even watched my dog longer than I had originally asked/needed her to. Please book with her if you need a sitter!!”

“Jo was really flexible with the times and helped me and my fiance have a great vacation. Thank you, Jo! They also updated me regularly on how my dog was doing, which is greatly appreciated. 10/10 experience, would have them watch my dog again!”

“Casper enjoyed his stay here. There is lots of room for the dogs to explore and have fun. Communication was great from the beginning, and she took great care of my dog while he stayed for day care.”

“Jani & Paul were able to graciously accommodate my puppy for daycare on very short notice. He thoroughly enjoyed his stay and will most definitely be booking again. The best!!!”

About: Energetic, up and coming dog trainer! I studied for two years at a shop with a dog nutritionist, have apprenticed with a dog trainer for the past year, and just completed a six month program with Highland Canine Dog Training in North Carolina. I have experience working with all different dog breeds and ages. I have taken courses in dog body language to help navigate communication with our furry friends to know when a little help is needed. I always check in with owners in food restrictions and keep a close eye on every pet I watch to keep everybody out of harms way!

“Beau was really part of their family for the week and had a wonderful time! So well cared for. We also got regular updates and pictures from Hillary. Highly recommend!”

“Our German Shepherd loved his stay. He was much more relaxed than in a kennnell with all the walks and one on one special treatment in a calm, quiet and spacious house with a fenced in back yard. I loved how caring they were and what terrific questions they asked ahead of time.”
“Danielle and her crew were great! She was very responsive to my messages and was able to watch my doggo on very short notice. I felt completely at ease knowing my dog was in her care. If you're ever in Harrisonburg, choose her!”

“Cynthia made sure my fairly anxious dog, Obi, was well cared for! This is the first time I’ve left him with someone he doesn’t know, so I was worried at first. But Cynthia kept me updated the whole time I was gone and her pictures and quick updates made me feel so much better about being away from Obi!”

“Jenesis has watched my dog several times now and he loves staying with her! Bentley and her dog get along really well and they play all day long and tire each other out. My dog has some special food needs and she accommodates those and keeps me updated with how he’s doing. I know Bentley is in great hands when he’s with her”

“Had a excellent experience with brand George had great time and sentbu wonderful photos of him during our trip. It was a real peace of mind given it was our first time using a outside dog sitter”

“Lina and family were amazing, they took awesome care of Bella and I would absolutely book them again to pet sit my dog. She sent a lot of photos and communicated with us.”

“They were excellent in taking care of my dog. They took her on walks and sent photos throughout the day so I could see how she was doing. They are reliable sitters and I look to utilize their services again.”

“Cory responded to my frantic request for a sitter after a last minute cancellation. He and his family took really good care of my dog, Rain, sending pictures and updates. I highly recommend them. Very reliable”

“Kara and her family were amazing with my husky! They had him for 5 days while we were out of town and I have nothing but great things to say about them. My boy was well taken care of, he was happy and communication was consistent (something I highly appreciated) They took him on walks, played with him and gave him lots of love.

“Rebecca was the best! She was so flexible in meeting me to drop off/pick up my dog, and I could tell that my dog loved spending time with her. She was smiling and wagging her tail when I picked her up and I know she had the best time. She sent photos throughout her stay and kept me in the loop. If I ever need someone to watch Willow again I know who to contact. Thank you!”

“Heather is the best pet sitter we've ever had. Quinn, our Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier fell in love with her and her boys and didn't want to leave. He actually stood on the porch and didn't want to come home with us! I recommend her to anyone who might be concerned about leaving their pet because the care is second to none.”

“Kara was easy to work with and flexible with drop off and pick up times. She truly enjoys dogs and cats, and her dog Bandit got along great with Fritz. I will be booking again with her.”

“Alexandra and Logan were wonderful with my (sometimes overly) curious terrier, Eddie! I am always concerned about Eddie escaping to chase an animal, and they took my concerns seriously and took steps to ensure that wouldn't happen. Their fence setup was great too - the fenced-in yard wraps all the way around the house, so even if a dog slipped out of the house, they would still be in the yard. On top of that, they sent lots of pictures and were so kind to Eddie. He didn't want to leave!”

“Heather did an amazing job with my rescue girl. I was a nervous wreck leaving her but had to travel for work. My girl settled right in and I got the cutest updates. Heather knows how to deal with my quirky dork of a pup. She was patient with her and made her feel like she was home. My girl is tired and happy. I will definitely use Heather in the future for my boarding needs.”
