About: I'm an experienced dog mama who's been loving these furry friends since I was a kid! Currently mom to two amazing humans and one ultra-sweet, goofy black lab named Finn. I work primarily from home, and have a very pet friendly home. I work mostly remote, so would most likely be with your pup much of the day. Depending on timing, I am available both during the week and weekends. I have an unfenced yard, and also easy access to walking. I do have access to a large dog crate if needed, although pets can have free reign in the house. I have one flight of stairs.

About: I’ve always been a dog person! I’ve raised multiple puppies and have years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages. I would be happy to hang with any and all dogs! I work 9-5 on the weekdays but I would be happy to pet sit, do drop in visits, and walks both before and after! I will make sure to spend all of my free time with your pup! About: New to Rover, but not to pet care :) I grew up with animals great and small. I've had dogs of all sizes, cats, horses, snakes, mice, chickens, and one skunk. All of my dogs are rescues, so I'm no stranger to reactive dog care and I'm well-versed in positive reinforcement training styles. I love all animals, but I've got a real soft spot for the senior babies. I recently lost my own 16 year old pittie, so I'm comfy in a space that may require a little extra effort. I'm a weightlifter in my free time, so I can easily help any size senior with any mobility issues 💜 I'm starting on Rover after losing my 13 year career in analysis to federal funding issues. My schedule is quite flexible and free, though I do have to be home at night to care for my own four-legged family members While I'd love to offer care in my home, I do have my own pets and introducing new babies to the mix can be stressful for all involved. In your home, I will love on your fur babies as if they were my own. They'll have a cuddle buddy (if they choose), engaging playtime, and treats (if you choose). I also spend quite a lot of time at the gym I own in downtown Charlottesville, so if you'd be comfortable with field trips, I'd happily take them out for some extra socialization.

I love going for walks around my neighborhood and make sure to give plenty of cuddles! I am in online school full-time, so I can your pet my full attention during the day. I am very active during the day and am never in the same spot twice, so there will be lots of activity if your dog needs it. I live in a gated community and can accommodate crated dogs. I also do not mind your dog being on the furniture! I do not currently own a pets and I live in a smoke-free household.

She treated our puppy like her baby and provided updates and pictures multiple times a day which made us feel so safe and secure. She even made scarves and necklaces for our sweet pup and made her feel like a princess. We had an issue come up where we needed to schedule extra days and she was so kind and accommodating. Our puppy was so sad to leave her. I’d recommend Nadia to anybody and everybody and I can’t wait to be able to book with her again in the future. She’s now my puppy’s godmother😅 and she’ll always be my go-to.”

About: I'm an experienced dog mama who's been loving these furry friends since I was a kid! Currently mom to two amazing humans and one ultra-sweet, goofy black lab named Finn. I work primarily from home, and have a very pet friendly home. I work mostly remote, so would most likely be with your pup much of the day. Depending on timing, I am available both during the week and weekends. I have an unfenced yard, and also easy access to walking. I do have access to a large dog crate if needed, although pets can have free reign in the house. I have one flight of stairs.
“Sofia kept me posted on what and how my dog was doing, Althea, a 4 year old Labradoodle (who looks like a chocolate lab) Althea was in great shape and happy when I picked her up. I would definitely use Sophie again, and highly recommend her!”
“Laura was so accommodating. My other sitter canceled the morning of and Laura was able to watch my pup the same day. She even came home from work during lunch to meet at my scheduled pickup time. She sent lots of pics during Rocky’s stay and even gave him a mini report card so I could see how he did. Definitely recommend!!!”

She was very on top of responding to messages and sent plenty of pictures while we were away. Our dog has not yet learned to be off leash, so she had a great idea to let him roam around and play in the closed off barn with the other dogs. He came super happy and worn out.
