About: I care deeply about the well-being, happiness, and comfort of every dog in my care. I understand how important it is for your pet to feel safe, loved, exercised and relaxed. You can enjoy worry-free care knowing your furry friend is in caring and attentive hands. I’ve owned pets my whole life and I’ve fostered dogs for the past 3 years. I work but I get up early enough to have ample time for morning routine of potty, feeding and playtime or walk. After work, it’s potty, feeding and playtime again with a walk. Your pet will have the freedom of the main floor until they have settled in. I have gates, play fences and crates if they are needed. Once comfortable, they are allowed upstairs (I had a few fosters that loved to hang out on my bed). I have a fenced yard for play and bathroom. I have multiple dog beds and lots of toys. I have my own small dog, who has never met a dog he didn’t like, and three cats.

About: I have always had a dog for as long as I can remember. I grew up with dogs and I love them. We currently have two dogs. I have a male Golden doodle named Bo and a female Teddy Bear named Annie. I like to walk the dogs for two 30 minute walks a day. I’m a stay at home, homeschooling mom. I have a 7 year old, 10 year old, 13 year old and 16 year old at home. Everyone loves dogs. We have a routine with the dogs and they are part of the family. I don’t have a fenced in yard but I am a firm believer that dogs need to be walked. I walk my dogs for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the afternoon on a walking path behind my house. I keep jingle bells on my door and my dogs ring them to go outside to potty. I have options to separate dogs if necessary. Dogs are separated at feeding time.

About: I have owned multiple dogs in my adulthood. I currently own a 4 year old golden who I have personally trained, and a 1.5 year old who I work with every day. I have worked at a dog day care for 5 months where I learned more about dog body language and how to diffuse any fights. I have walked and babysat dogs for friends. I consider all dogs to be my friends, because there is no such things as a bad dog. I work 12 hour night shifts Friday-Sunday. I am completely available Monday-Thursday. Because my weeks are so open then I can spend more time taking care of pups who may need extra walks. I have a friendly golden retriever who is 4 years old. She loves to play! I have volunteered with a local rescue for 4 years now and have fostered for that long as well and have experience dealing with many difficult behaviors like resource guarding, counter surfing and more. Here at Bark n Kuddles we are a husband and Wife team so our dogs are very rarely alone. I teach high school so during the school day my husband takes the pups on walks, and outings and provides play time and snuggle time. When I am home we share the responsibilities and our kids are trained so they love on your babies too but they know boundaries and are very good at being mini pack leaders. The only time your pet would be alone is if we had to go somewhere as a family where dogs could not come but we have two pups of our own to keep them company but again that is rare that someone is not home. We only take one or two clients at a time as we have a small home but we take the dogs out on walks (Distance depends on the dogs need but could be 2 to 3 miles easily) and I have access to a big fenced in yard that my family owns should dogs need off leash time and play time (under our watch at all times of course). We do crate dogs when home alone for their safety and to protect the house but they get yummy kongs with frozen treats and other treats as long as owner is ok with it. We love on them how the pups want to be loved on. If they want to lay next to us we let them. If they prefer to just chill off to the side that's all good too. We also follow all owners instructions whether in our home or yours and give your baby the attention they need to keep them happy and safe while you are gone.

With less than a week Charlotte was able to schedule an and meet and greet and add get us on her schedule. We were really in a jam and appreciate her so much. Charlotte has a lot of experience and with her background I felt very comfortable leaving our little ones in her care. Charlotte provided multiple daily updates and photos. Our girls had a wonderful time! We will definitely be using her again in the future!”

About: I’ve had pets most of my life, and I’ve taken care of friends and families cats and dogs while they’re away. I love love love animals and will do everything I can to make sure your pet is loved and cared for while you’re away. I also want to provide you a stress-free experience! I am currently working full time from 7am to about 2/3pm. I can stop by in the morning before work and in the afternoon after work! If you want to board your pet with me, they will have their own section of the house to ensure a calm day! Your pets care and routine will fit seamlessly into mine! I am very accommodating to how you choose to care for your pet. I follow instructions well and believe in keeping the same routine your pet is used to while you are away. I want to provide a stress-free experience for you so that you can enjoy your time away!
“Julie and her family took great care of our dog Penny and treated her as their own. She had a spacious farm to roam and explore and other dogs to socialize with. This was the longest that we have left our dog but Julie provided regular updates of her visit. Our girl returned happy and tired!”
