About: I have taken care of dogs for over 20 years- I am great with all breeds and have a knack for training puppies (and older dogs too!) I am working from home and live right along a beautiful pet friendly park! I go on walks and runs throughout the day so love taking pups out with me! I ensure dogs are well taken care of and have experience administering different medications to dogs (including allergy injections) and following dietary restrictions or other needs. I was a pet parent for many years and I remember the anxiety I felt during the rare times I had to leave my Holly with someone I didn’t know. My anxiety about leaving her got worse once she got older and needed meds that had to be on time and in the correct quantities. So I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust to take excellent care of your pet. The best way to ensure the best possible experience is by giving them my undivided attention. I am happy to accept last-minute first-time booking requests as well as accommodate late-night and early-morning appointments and drop-offs. Your pet’s day with me follows the schedule you provide—so meals, walks, and playtime are structured to match what they’re used to. I make sure they have plenty of interaction and downtime in a quiet setting. You can tell a lot about someone by how well they care for their pet, and I think of all my Rover guests like my temporary pets. Almost all dogs (and cats!) like me right away. I don’t know why, but it has been that way all my life. I think probably because they pick up on my naturally more positive personality disposition. About: I’ve grown up with dogs, and my whole family, including cousins, all have dogs! So it was natural that I finally would get a dog. I wanted to wait until I had the time and attention to do so. It was life changing when I got my lab, Baxter. I instantly fell in love! Not even two years later, I looked to rescue another dog. Daisy came along as a rehome and again, I had no idea how much more my love for dogs would grow. Baxter and Daisy loves other dogs. We have a huge yard that they truly enjoy and the neighborhood pups also love. I’ve watched other people’s dogs and have had other family members’ dogs for weeks at a time. Your pup(s) will have a great time with us! They will be treated as family! Currently I work from home and am available for daily long walks, but I do have a yard for those pets with less mobility. About: I’ve grown up surrounded by animals my entire life — from our childhood Irish Setter, Sadie, to our five cats and three birds. Beyond family pets, I’ve also cared for my own animals, including my boss’s elderly Chihuahua, Tu, who is now a sweet 15‑year‑old “little old lady” that I look after entirely, as well as my pony, Sea Star. I bottle‑fed Sea Star as a child, trained him to ride, and taught him to pull a cart throughout high school. I have hands-on experience that I believe typical pet-sitters do not hold. Some examples include dog-sitting for our neighbors for two summers in middle school, managing their eight rescue dogs with no issues and also volunteering to feed and care for a friend’s 13 horses once a week, morning and night, throughout an entire winter. I also just completed a 2 month house sitting job for a family this summer. I maintained their home, their many, many plants and also took detailed care of their 3 adorable cats. Over the years, I’ve taken responsibility for all of our family pets as well when parents or siblings have gone away on trips (canaries, parakeets, 2 dogs and 5 cats.) “Trinity was amazing! Cash and her did well at the meet n greet. She informed me of the walk schedule, sent plenty of pictures and even noticed he needed a little extra TLC and jumped right on it. She was patient with his anxiety and even took him to the dog park daily. I look forward to working with Trinity again. Cash loves her!!”
