About: I’ve taken care of dogs all my life and I’m looking forward to taking care of yours. I have a dog of my own who is a 28lb mini labradoodle. She's super sweet and social, and part of the reason I like to dog sit is because she likes having a buddy around to play with. I work from home every day so Sage and I will be with your dog all day! I live in an apartment building but I am near a walking trail and dog park. I work from home so I'll be home during day! In case I have to run out for errands I would like to know how you board your dog when you're away. I will be available if you have any questions/concerns. **Please ensure that your dog comes fully groomed/clean!** I take my dog on a long walk once in the morning (8 am) and once in the afternoon (5:30 pm) with a short potty break mid day and right before bed. I can adjust my schedule to ensure your dog feels comfortable! If I go to a dog park but I typically go early in the mornings or mid day when it is empty. If you don’t want your dog at a dog park at all that’s 100% fine with me!

About: I used to be a manager at a dog shelter which I absolutely loved before moving to a new state. I’ve also grown up on a farm and handled all types of pets from goats, pigs, cows to dogs, cats, hamsters, and fish. I believe every animal deserves to be treated as family not just a pet. In general, for client visits, I will always check in with your pet by giving them pets and/or scratches if they prefer. My job involved daily care, enrichment, behavioral training, observing body language and behavior, and helping ensure the animals were healthy, comfortable, and safe. One of the most rewarding parts of my zoo career was training animals to voluntarily participate in their own care. Depending on your dog's (or dogs') usual schedule, we'll wake up, have breakfast, take a walk, and then I'll keep an eye on your pup while I apply for jobs. Hopefully, my pup and yours will enjoy some playtime, and we'll have a midday potty break. In the late afternoon or evening, we'll take another walk, have dinner and enjoy some play time and/or snuggle time. We'll take another potty break before bed. How the fine details of that plan emerge depend wholly on your dog, where you live, and what your preferences are. Additional information: All animals in your home must be included in the Rover booking. I house sit, and I selectively allow dogs to stay in my own home. I do not do drop-ins for the same fee as housesitting or in-home boarding, and I do not adjust my house sitting fee for a cat-only household. We can discuss the more expensive rate for drop-in service, if that is your preference.

About: My whole life, I looked after my dog until we sadly had to put her down. She was very active even when she got older, she loved walks, treats and lots of cuddles. I truly believe dogs are mans best friends. I'm extremely active and love playing with dogs and running around. They're so incredibly pure and sweet. I have a little more experience with senior dogs, as I was a little older when my dog herself became a senior, but I still have experience with jumpy puppies as well, as I've made many friends over the years with puppies as well as senior dogs. I'm currently unemployed because I recently graduated high school. My daily schedule is completely free. I just need notice of the time and day in advance, at least 1-2 days prior, as I like to plan out my day and make sure I can arrive on time to care for your pets. Whether I am at my home or others' homes, I do my absolute best to follow any instructions provided by the owner, whether it's medication needed for their dog, their food schedule, crate necessity, or simply commands they follow. I follow any strict rules and boundaries you may have so that both you and your dog feel safe and comfortable. Although my home doesn't have a backyard, there are lots of parks within walking distance. In addition, I love walking and being outdoors just like your fur babies. Whether a dog needs more activity and play or simply love and cuddles, I'm here for them! During the summer especially I carry water and a bowl with me to keep your baby cool, as well as treats only if allowed by the owner, of course! Additionally communication and updates are super important to me, I'll always send updates, photos and any concerns I may have about your pets!

“This weekend was our first experience using Rover for a sitter for our pup, Maisie, and we couldn’t have asked for better than Alyce and her family to watch her! Alyce hosted us for a meet and greet beforehand to make sure that Maisie and her dog would get along, which really put our minds at ease. Over the course of her stay, we received several photos and videos of Maisie playing with the other dogs and with Alyce’s sons, and you could just tell she was having a fantastic time.
