About: I've been taking care of dogs regularly for about 4-5 years. My family likes to joke that our house is like a hostel for both pets and people (most of our guests are reoccurring). Many different breeds and ages have happily boarded at our house. We will be able to accommodate any specific requests as we understand each pet owner has their own preferences on care. I am currently working part-time at a restaurant and have taken the days off that I won't be available. I will be able to fully fulfill any requirements and bookings. I plan to make your pet a priority. If something happens to come up I will make sure to let any client know in advanced to not inconvenience anyone. I have a large fenced in yard and a beautiful bernedoodle named Stella to help keep any pet company. Cuddles and couch-time are a very big thing in my family so no pet will go without lots of love and attention everyday. We also prioritize positive reinforcement and treat giving to ensure happy and obedient dogs. There are multiple dogs parks near the area that I love to take guests to. One is a free roaming fenced in dog park and the other is a fun pond where dogs and swim and play. I always prioritize pet needs and make sure the animal is content at all times. If any if these ideals do not align with your pet care please let me know and I can make the proper adjustments for your pet.

Most recently, I cared for a two-year-old mini Golden Doodle (while housesitting in Northern California) that unexpectedly developed an unfortunate "hot spot". Through diligent communication with her owners (who were vacationing in Europe), we coordinated how best to proceed. This included several visits to a vet, where she also, as it turned out, had double ear infections. Treatment protocol required both topical and oral medications twice daily. I recorded an audio of the summary diagnosis from the vet and shared this with her humans, as well as regular updates and photos of the healing progress. Simultaneously, I was asked to move her to a balanced raw diet (like that of my own dog), and which required more effort but that was entirely inline with what I'm already accustomed.

About: We recently said goodbye to our best friend of 9 years (Rustler) and now we're looking to meet some new friends and have some extra joy in our home. Both of my kids love dogs and would be eager to play, walk or cuddle them at our home as needed. I work from home, so there will be very little alone time. We'll be donating everything we earn to Nuzzles & Co, a local non-profit shelter. I work from home so other than kid activities we're around. During ski season we ski Sundays so try to avoid that day to prevent too much time alone We have a large but unfenced yard. We can crate your dog if needed, or are happy to give lots of room to play. I like to first ask what schedule or routine your pet is used to and see how closely I can match that and their temperament. I'm used to an easeful morning, getting sun during lunch, and then some other kind of outing later in the evening even if it's just a walk. I like to try to make it to a team meeting Thursdays and Fridays in Salt Lake. I can time it so I'm not gone for long, or I can reschedule meetings depending on the circumstances, commute, animal temperament, etc. I'm happy to come to your place or host your pet at mine. I'm in a condo so I'll limit my boarding services to one pet at a time. If it's possible for me to come to you and get acquainted with your pet before overnight stays, I'd prefer that for more easeful transitions. If you come to my place, my apartment complex has green spaces and waste bag dispensaries distributed throughout the property where I walk my dog-niece in the evening. But during the day the dog is away with my sibling and I'm all alone. So your pet will have my attention. I'll ensure pets have their own separate, undisturbed sleeping space. If I come to your space, then of course your pet will be most familiar and cozy.
About: I've been around animals my entire life and have had pets since I was 4 years old, from horses and cats to tiny Chihuahuas and larger dogs. At one point, my family had 10 cats at the same time, so I'm very comfortable caring for multiple pets and understand that every animal has its own unique personality and needs. About: I've been taking care of dogs regularly for about 4-5 years. My family likes to joke that our house is like a hostel for both pets and people (most of our guests are reoccurring). Many different breeds and ages have happily boarded at our house. We will be able to accommodate any specific requests as we understand each pet owner has their own preferences on care. One is a free roaming fenced in dog park and the other is a fun pond where dogs and swim and play. I always prioritize pet needs and make sure the animal is content at all times. About: I work from home 3 days a week, your pet will rarely be left alone. I can handle all types of breeds and can cater to their specific needs. We are a very active family who enjoys the outdoors and going on walks. Work 3 days a week from home, would rarely be left alone.
