About: I have had dogs for 25 plus years caring for my beloved fur family. I’ve had a German Shepherd, Sheltie, and currently have a Scottish Terrier. In the past I’ve worked with obedience training and I performed agility with my Sheltie. Your dog would be cared for as part of my family. I’m retired and my schedule is very flexible. I make my own schedule which leaves me time for potty breaks, walks and play. Your dog would be provided with lots of snuggles and my Scottie loves to play. Your dog would be cared for as part of my family. I have a fenced in yard and a Scottie dog in my home who is very friendly. Your dog will have room for fun and play. I can easily crate a dog if needed in my home. I only take 1 dog from the same family at a time.

About: I grew up with cats and dogs since day one. As I got older I joined a local rescue as a pet foster parent and eventually rescued a few of my own outside of the rescue. I have had many types breeds of dogs in my care and have also watched ferrets, guinea pigs, goats, and cats. I have experience from newborn puppies/kittens/ chicks to senior care. I went through multiple puppy training classes with both my Dane and Shorthair. I am a stay at home human/pet mom so I have a very open schedule. I am able to watch pets in my home or drop in. I am typically always home. My backdoor opens into a 6 foot fenced, fully gated, dog run. They have 24/7 access to this, unless it's raining. We then have the "big back yard" or 1/4 acers, which has no shade and a chicken coop. So, I have to be a with them and it can'tbe blistering hot, that we work our some energy. We love outdoor time, so as long as the weather cooperates we are outside! When inside they are able to roam as they please, sit on the couch, sleep on the bed and get all the pets. I only use a crate if that is what they are used to.

About: I have been caring for animals most of my life! I've cared for dogs, cats, goats, chickens and even falcons! My favorite is caring for dogs. I grew up with my dog, Porky, our family Terrier. As I raised my own family, our dog, Lady, became a significant part of my children's lives. Now I often care for my children's pets, and that is where the cats, chickens, goats and falcons come in. I love them all! Occasionally I care for my children's pets; however, I don't have pets of my own. I am typically home most of the day, and if I do go out, it's only for a few hours. About: I have taken care of dogs since I was a kid but I have watched other’s dogs on and off for the past 20 yrs. I love all dogs of all breeds and sizes. I’ve worked in a Veterinarian Clinic as a kennel tech/bather and in a dog daycare/boarding facility that at times could have an upwards of 100 dogs. I have some knowledge of dog health care, administering medications and tending to wounds. I am very good at reading dog body language as well. I do require some things. Your dog must be up to date on all vaccinations and I do suggest doing a meet and greet before hand. I also live in a fourplex so I can’t have dogs that bark excessively unless you have a vibrating collar of some sort that can manage it. That being said, caring for dogs is not a job to me but something I love more than anything and just an absolute privilege! I’m currently working part time so I still have plenty of time to play with your pups! I also live very close to my work so I can come and let the dogs out. I live in a cozy 3 bedroom apartment fourplex. There’s a ton of green grassy yard to play on. I do have to keep dogs on a leash since it’s not fenced in. I also have a couple very long cable lead outs. Inside they’re more than welcome to come cuddle on the couch.

About: I’m Taysha! I am a professional dog groomer though I am taking a break from that to be a stay at home mom. I have always grown up with pets, dogs specifically and usually had 3-4 at a time. I currently have 3 dogs, a cat, 2 bunnies and a reptile collection! I’d love to sit your small animals and reptiles! I am a step mom to 4 humans with no less energy than my Aussie/Heelers. I have a lot of experience with senior dogs as well as puppies and I have owned a special needs (deaf) Great Dane so I know some basic hand signals for commands if needed. I talk to my own dogs like humans otherwise they freeze and cower so if any corrections are necessary I just use an “uh uh” or a “no” but no yelling or loud noises. If your pet responds to anything specific, just let me know and I will do my best to replicate the routine they have at their own home. I really try to make it as stress free as possible. I am a stay at home mom so I have a lot of extra time to spend with your pets! I have my human children part time so if your pets aren’t comfortable with children just ask me for more info on that schedule! I don’t have a fenced yard but I do have a 10x10 dog run if that makes you more comfortable. We use it for our dogs sunbathing. I spent every day meeting new animals and making them comfortable in my care when I’m grooming so that comes easy to me. I have hands on training because of my job and can recognize any concerning/critical signs of stress to keep your pet safe and happy! I go walking with my own animals so yours can tag along as long as you’re comfortable. I have an appropriately sized vehicle for any transporting if we field trip together, whether that includes a crate or a seatbelt compatible harness. (I also have pet car seats). I live next to a church that we use to play ball and I have a small dog pool that I keep in my yard for drinking or cooling off. I allow pets on my furniture and in my bed so as long as I’m not breaking any of your own house rules, your animals are included! I have a giant sized crate that is set up permanently so if your pet is crate trained I can provide that per your instruction. I don’t leave home for long periods of time (mostly just errands) so we naturally take potty breaks every 2 hours or so as well as before I leave and after I get home if I have to go anywhere. “I was very nervous about leaving my lab, Hank, with anyone. Ashley provided confidence that he would be fine and would do well. Ashley provided photos and messages each day which helped me not to worry. Hank was in great spirits when he got home, which had not been my experience when leaving him with a different dog sitter. I have a GPS tracker on Hank and he received more active time than normal so I know he had a good time playing during his stay and had plenty of exercise.
