“Ashley is such an amazing pet sitter! I had to go out of the country for a bit after my cat Cosmo had hip surgery. Upon meeting Ashley, Cosmo immediately loved her- something that is unusual for him when he meets strangers. Given Cosmo’s recent surgery and history of urinary blockages I was really worried about leaving him. The day after I left, Ashley noticed that Cosmo was in some distress and notified me right away. She took him to the emergency vet for me and stayed with him all day while they ran tests. When they sent him home with medication, Ashley made sure he got his medicine every 12 hours and kept a very close eye on him. She gave me plenty of updates, and kept him very comfortable. Her care and attention to my baby eased my stress tremendously! She will definitely be my go-to petsitter in the future.”

“Darius was a god sent. I was visiting Houston from Dallas with my husband and puppy. I stayed at a dog friendly hotel but even going for breakfast made my puppy very anxious alone in the room we decided to use over for the first time and I urgently contacted Darius. He was very prompt to respond and accommodated everything. He was very vigilant for for example I feed my dog fresh food, which I forgot to tell him, but he had already put the food in the fridge. He has a very sweet and loving puppy, and I could visibly see mylo happy. If I ever returned to Houston, Darius is my guy. Milo has never been around strangers, but he was extremely comfortable with Darius. He also sent updates every so often and was prompted to answer anything I asked. I don’t think twice.”

About: My family owes there own ranch and I’ve been around animals since I was born I loves dogs and monkeys I know it’s a odd combo but there my favorite I’m a full time pet sitter me and my wife have personal clients that come to us to watch there pets and they love our service and you pet will always be taken out 3 time a day and they will have play time with other dogs depending on your dog’s behavior and I also feed all pets on the owners schedule because it’s always different depending on the owner I am in a apartment complex and I keep all boarding dogs with me there but we have a daycare that we take the dogs to and they play with other dog who might be there for daycare but it all depends on you as the owner i will always ask you for you pets schedule

About: I always loved animals, particularly dogs. My parents had an "outside dog" and my college roommate had a Yorkie. I didn't get to fulfill my dream of having my own until I was in grad school. Being said I've had my Lola girl, a four year old maltipoo, since she was a puppy. I promise your dog will be safe and have fun. I will send plenty of pictures and updates :) Currently my job is hybrid. I go into Mondays through Wednesday from 10am to 3pm. I work from home Thursday and Friday, perfect for long weekend trips. As mentioned my apartment complex is gated, but I will keep leashes on for safety, unless you indicate your dog is good without a leash. If you crate train I will happily accommodate. I'm always down for meet and greets. I’m on a hybrid work schedule, so I’ll be home 2/5 days of the work week. I usually work from home on Thursday’s and Fridays . I’m overall flexible with scheduling. I have a balcony where your fur baby can spectate and sunbathe. There is also a dog park at my complex. I also have a fur baby to keep yours company.

Administering medication: If the pet requires medication, the I will be able to administer it as per the instruction provided by the owner 5. Observing and monitoring the pet's behavior: I will observe and monitor the pet's behavior for any signs of illness or distress, and report any concerns to the pet owner. 6. Maintaining communication with the pet owner: I will maintain regular communication with the pet owner, providing updates and sending photos of the pet, if possible. 7. Providing companionship: I will provide companionship and affection to the pet while they are in their care. Just as I do with my own. It's important to note that I am not just about providing food and shelter, but also providing emotional support and companionship. A good pet sitter should have a genuine love and care for animals, and be able to provide a safe and comfortable environment for the pets in their care.
About: If you have specific directions of what you want, I will do it how you will tell me! My own dog has to take a daily pills, so I understand how to administrate pills. I am very friendly & understand how important animals can be to a person. I will treat your dog as it is my own! Your dog will be loved unconditionally in my home. I live with my family, so it will get constant attention. Just a little heads up as well I am a summer college student, so I wake up at 6am & will be home by 1pm. So if needed, I can wake up earlier to walk your dog if they enjoy morning walks. If you choose me, I can’t wait to meet your little pupper!
About: Hello pet parents! My name is Destiny and I am a newly grad. I am the daughter of a veterinarian and I have pet sat through my local Next Door app for 5 years. I have interned under my mom and some of the finest veterinarians in Texas. I can assure you of your dogs safety and comfort as your dog will be in a large home of trained professionals and experienced sitters with a huge backyard and an attentive, caring, and active caretaker- me 😁! As a newly grad I have lots of time on my hands to be an attentive and active caretaker, ensuring quality care with your pups and cats! The way I care for each pet is entirely based on the owner’s preferences. As your pet sitter, my role is to step in as the primary caregiver and maintain the same routines, rules, and level of care that your pet is accustomed to at home. All dogs receive daily walks, plenty of outdoor time, backyard play, and are fed and, if needed, medicated exactly as instructed. Your dog may be crated or free-roam in the home, depending on your comfort level. Our home is kept extremely clean, and we follow strict sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a healthy environment for every pet in our care. Please note: I only board unneutered male dogs if they are under 1 years old or under 30 pounds.
About: I have grew up with dogs since I was 6! I have fostered dogs in the past year and have loved it! I am always helping close friends and family with their pets and watching them when they are away. I’ve also walked dogs every summer for the past 4 years, helping older people, friends, and family with their dogs. I live with 5 other people who love dogs too, so your dog will get all sorts of love! I am a current student athlete at Rice University. I am in season during the months of August-December but out of season during January- April and also available during June- July! I mostly have free time during the months January-July! I live in a duplex with 5 other roommates who all love dogs as well. I don’t mind having the dogs sleep with me or in a crate if they are given with one.
