We have a gate in between the kitchen and the rest of the house so that the Chihuahua can have free rain to walk around and not have to be in his cage when we are not home. In the event that we have another animal in the house we can keep the Chihuahua in his cage. We also have two bedrooms and two baths that can be used to separate animals.The Chihuahua is very friendly and gets along great with the cat. He is also a bit skittish at first with strangers but once he gets to know you all he wants to do is give you kisses. He is very non-aggressive and barely ever barks. He is also very friendly. I feed my cat both wet and dry food twice a day in his food dish and he has water out constantly. I feed the dog twice a day, sometimes dry food, and sometimes refrigerated dog food. I let the dog out several times a day and we go for a daily walk as well. I clean the kitty litter box once a day. I snuggle and cuddle with both of them as much as possible, and play fetch with the dog at various points throughout the day.

He is also a bit skittish at first with strangers but once he gets to know you all he wants to do is give you kisses. He is very non-aggressive and barely ever barks. He is also very friendly. I feed my cat both wet and dry food twice a day in his food dish and he has water out constantly. I feed the dog twice a day, sometimes dry food, and sometimes refrigerated dog food. I let the dog out several times a day and we go for a daily walk as well. I clean the kitty litter box once a day. I snuggle and cuddle with both of them as much as possible, and play fetch with the dog at various points throughout the day.

About: I’ve lived on a ranch all my life so I have tons of experience with animals. My dad trained horses and dogs, I’ve grown up watching him. When I’m sad my dog brings me joy. Animals have never let me down. As of right now I have no job this summer but I did apply to be a day care worker from 8:30 to 5:30 Monday through Friday. I live on a ranch. About: Since I was a young girl, I have always been fascinated by animals—particularly dogs. I begged my parents to get me my first pet—Jasper, a rescued Labrador retriever—at age 7. Taking care of Jasper was my main focus as well the odd assortment of fish and hamsters we had. When Jasper passed, and I graduated high school, my next door neighbor had a litter of golden retriever puppies. I was ready to have another animal, and that’s when Kensie came into my life. Kensie was my soul dog, and she passed away two years ago. Unfortunately, her last few months on earth were extremely challenging. I was up with her three to four times a night (sometimes more), administering multiple medications, and helping her stand/walk. When the time came to say goodbye, I could barely make the decision to let her go. I miss her so much, but because of my current living situation, don’t have the opportunity to get another dog. That’s where Rover comes in. I love animals, and am extremely responsible when it comes to taking care of someone’s pet. This will give me my ‘fix’ and also be a productive side hustle for me. It will be an honor to walk//watch your pet. I will give the very care and concern I gave my own pets. Not only have I had my own pets, but I have experience with a variety of breeds—including catahoulas and boxers.
