About: Since I was a young girl, I have always been fascinated by animals—particularly dogs. I begged my parents to get me my first pet—Jasper, a rescued Labrador retriever—at age 7. Taking care of Jasper was my main focus as well the odd assortment of fish and hamsters we had. When Jasper passed, and I graduated high school, my next door neighbor had a litter of golden retriever puppies. I was ready to have another animal, and that’s when Kensie came into my life. Kensie was my soul dog, and she passed away two years ago. We did everything together—going to dog parks around town, Zilker park, and even red bud (before the algae), and going to dog-friendly establishments in Austin. She was my best friend. Unfortunately, her last few months on earth were extremely challenging. I was up with her three to four times a night (sometimes more), administering multiple medications, and helping her stand/walk. When the time came to say goodbye, I could barely make the decision to let her go. I miss her so much, but because of my current living situation, don’t have the opportunity to get another dog. That’s where Rover comes in. I love animals, and am extremely responsible when it comes to taking care of someone’s pet. This will give me my ‘fix’ and also be a productive side hustle for me. It will be an honor to walk//watch your pet. I will give the very care and concern I gave my own pets. About: Give your dog a vacation! :) Your dog won't have any lack of attention in a home of two dog-lovers and an adorable little mutt named Tiger! We both work from home so we’re able to give attention throughout the day. I've grown up with dogs my whole life, and being from the country, we'd usually have six or seven in our family at a time. Tiger loves all dogs, big or small - he's a real dog's dog. Whatever your dog's temperament may be - whether chilling on the couch, or going for a walk or run, we will be happy to accommodate. We only board small and medium sized dogs, up to 40 pounds. If your dog is larger, we are open to house sitting at your residence. Your dog will have lots of room to play and relax in our two bedroom, dog-proofed home. We are lucky to have a fenced in back yard and to live in such a walkable neighborhood (less than half a mile from town square). Since we work from home, I'm able to do multiple walks (or jogs, if you are so inclined) a day. I will also send you updates and photos so you can relax and rest assured that your canine friend is in good hands. Let me know if your dog prefers to be crated at night or sleep with us. We also have several plush dog beds throughout the house, but feel free to bring any bedding or toys that will remind them of home.

About: Give your dog a vacation! :) Your dog won't have any lack of attention in a home of two dog-lovers and an adorable little mutt named Tiger! We both work from home so we’re able to give attention throughout the day. I've grown up with dogs my whole life, and being from the country, we'd usually have six or seven in our family at a time. Tiger loves all dogs, big or small - he's a real dog's dog. Whatever your dog's temperament may be - whether chilling on the couch, or going for a walk or run, we will be happy to accommodate. We only board small and medium sized dogs, up to 40 pounds. If your dog is larger, we are open to house sitting at your residence. Your dog will have lots of room to play and relax in our two bedroom, dog-proofed home. We are lucky to have a fenced in back yard and to live in such a walkable neighborhood (less than half a mile from town square). Since we work from home, I'm able to do multiple walks (or jogs, if you are so inclined) a day. I will also send you updates and photos so you can relax and rest assured that your canine friend is in good hands. Let me know if your dog prefers to be crated at night or sleep with us. We also have several plush dog beds throughout the house, but feel free to bring any bedding or toys that will remind them of home.
