“We have a long-haired Persian Himalayan cat who requires special care. This was our first time using a sitter and the Rover app, and we were very nervous since we were leaving for three weeks on the other side of the country. Erica was one of the first to respond to my message, and right away she put me at ease. I really appreciated her initiative to meet us and our cat beforehand. She was always punctual and friendly, carefully listened to all the details we shared, and followed the detailed instructions I had written about our cat’s habits and needs. Our cat is very timid but also affectionate and loving. It took Erica about five days to earn her trust. After that, she played with her, cleaned the litter box, refreshed the water, gave probiotics, brushed her fur, and wiped her eyes - everything was done with great care. At first, she checked in with us about some steps, but soon everything ran smoothly. Every visit included lots of photos, occasional videos, and a short description of how things went. We knew we had made the right choice leaving our cat in her care, and our little one was clearly content. We will definitely reach out to Erica again for our next vacation.”

Abbie & Patrick are very kind and responsible people with a great fenced yard, 2 sweet poodles, a designated indoor space for dogs, and a nice home. During Koda's 1st Day Care stay, Abbie & Patrick were great! Easy drop off and pick up, they sent lots of pictures and updates, Koda had both inside and outside time, and even a short walk. Our pup Koda is well trained for his age, but he is only 1 year old, so he is still learning and easily distracted. Abbie, Patric, and their 2 poodles were very patient with Koda during his stay and we hope we can continue to work with them.”

About: I have been pet sitting for about five years now and have experience with many different sizes and breeds of animals! I raised a lamb, goat, and a guide dog in high school and personally, I have owned a Cavachon, and a Labrador. I used to work at a dog daycare for about a year and I volunteered with Animal Defense League! Currently I am on summer break and so I have full availability! In the fall, I will only go to school on Mondays and Wednesdays. I never take my eyes off of a pet, especially if we are outside. “We recently used Steve and Randi to watch our Lab for five days while we went out of the country, and we are glad that we did. It was readily apparent upon meeting them that these were true dog people and that their own dog, Mika, was loved and well cared for. They welcomed our pup, who is by no means small and can be a handful, with open arms. Mika was thrilled to have a friend. Their home is very dog-friendly, both inside and out, with plenty of room in their fenced back yard for exploration. While we were away, we received daily updates and plenty of pictures. When our returning flight was delayed a day, Steve and Randi were very understanding and accommodating.
