“We have a long-haired Persian Himalayan cat who requires special care. This was our first time using a sitter and the Rover app, and we were very nervous since we were leaving for three weeks on the other side of the country. Erica was one of the first to respond to my message, and right away she put me at ease. I really appreciated her initiative to meet us and our cat beforehand. She was always punctual and friendly, carefully listened to all the details we shared, and followed the detailed instructions I had written about our cat’s habits and needs. Our cat is very timid but also affectionate and loving. It took Erica about five days to earn her trust. After that, she played with her, cleaned the litter box, refreshed the water, gave probiotics, brushed her fur, and wiped her eyes - everything was done with great care. At first, she checked in with us about some steps, but soon everything ran smoothly. Every visit included lots of photos, occasional videos, and a short description of how things went. We knew we had made the right choice leaving our cat in her care, and our little one was clearly content. We will definitely reach out to Erica again for our next vacation.”

“Alix was very sweet to me and Bodie. She is very good with communication and kept me updated with pictures. Bodie was happy and healthy when I picked her up and I was afraid she wouldn’t want to come home. She made new buddies with Alix’s dog and family.”

We worried about finding a sitter for a week while we went and got married, and with Coacoa not being socialized it was hard, but Skyla and her dog thunder welcomed Coacoa and they got along so well! We were surprised, she sent daily photos and videos and communication was constant. I highly recommend her we will be using her in the future.”

“Performed an initial visit so dogs can become acclimated to environment and anyone in her family are very friendly. Her elderly dogs are very patient. Reserved Annie’s services for six days during new years and she did a wonderful job with updating us daily with pictures and checking in to make sure certain behaviors were normal versus anxiety. She really put an effort in making sure the dogs are comfortable.”
