“I could not have chose a better Petsitter than Kaylynn or a better environment. The 32 positive reviews and rebookings did not lie. When I first booked Marble for my work trip, I thought cool. Marble will love her home. She has a private room with a view and a loving family. Two nights prior to marbles stay, she got really sick and had to spend a day and a half at the emergency vet on deaths door. She got dx with lymphoma. This was a shocker as was her tiny body Wt 7.9 lbs, her constant hiding and no appetite, and the amount of medications she was put on: 7 of them. I prayed and and was anguished at my marbles situation and that I had to leave the state for a week on a work trip the next day. Well Kaylynn sent me daily updates, photos, and even a FaceTime video. My cat marble looked so happy and at peace there. She loved Kaylynn. Marble is a better judge of character than I am. Kaylynn knew how to handle marble very well, and to top it off, she managed 7 medications for her all while managing two kids and some dogs. When I picked marble up 6 days later,(yesterday) marble gained half a pound - thank God!!! She started eating again, and Kaylynn had gotten her to easily take all her medications - what had been a terrible struggle for me. I will definitely rebook Kaylynn. So I knew I could not leave my dogs in fenced backyard while we rearranged furniture. At the very very last minute I thought oh I should hire a dog walker. N9t kidding I need someone under an hr . She respond immediately and was able to he flexible when I actually need my dogs out of the house. She very friendly took Tate and Daffy with no issues. I currently give 2 injections in house between our crew, we also keep all animals separated due to personality quirks, and we stay vigilant to keep everyone medications, separate foods, ect on the correct track. What that means: I hope that after explaining my own wild household, you don't think I run a zoo. What this means is that I am happy to be as accommodatable as possible! It is so hard to find someone trustworthy with your loved ones, especially when they each have their own special needs. I personally have struggled to find the right fit in a pet sitter for my own, due to the special needs we have in our home. Though this path, I have learned to have patient with the pups because each one of them is different, personality and character wise, to understand them. I have time as long as it’s scheduled at least with 3 days in advance and only on weekends given I have a full time job during the week. Depends on client’s preferences and instructions. Most of the time, I keep them inside and go outside with supervision only. If able, I can walk them with my 2 huskies so they get to socialize, or maybe dog park if nearby.
About: I’ve taken care of family and neighbor dogs for a while. I’ve owned pets all my life and have worked at a professional facility for dog boarding and daycare for a while. I’m capable of working with large dogs, senior pets, and I can handle energetic fur babies as well. I can administer medication if needed, and can keep puppies and kittens entertained. I have plenty of time right now to care for pups, and will still have plenty of time when school starts. I’m very flexible and tend to be very easy to reach. About: My beloved shih tzu passed recently after long and adventurous 14 years. I've had him since he was 8 weeks old, so I’m very well familiar with puppy stage as well as senior years. I was very attached to my doggie and know a lot about small breed needs and temperament. I’m also available to care for medium size dogs on case by case basis. About: I can't wait to meet your furry loved one! I absolutely love spending time with animals, especially dogs and cats. After losing our first born 'child,' a pit bull mix named Bella, I was finally able to adopt again in May 2019. Shelby is a blue heeler mix, and she loves playing with other dogs. My husband and three young kids also share my love of dogs. If you choose to allow your dog to stay at my house, it will be spoiled and snuggled and treated like a king or queen!
