“This was out first time to leave our Mochi under someone’s care , of course separation anxiety was there , even my dog felt it a few days before we left , we did not know where to get a sitter, a boarding home, Johnny W took our request that was a short notice , Mochi had never been to a place where she saw goats , horses , chickens ( you see them freely before she gets to the dogs quarters ), Johnny met us and Mochi was quick to get attached with him. Daily updates and pictures was shared with us , we are so happy that she is in good hands and Mochi smiling and jumping . The anxiety I had slowly paced away seeing our baby girl taken cared of , picking her up was quick too as long as you communicate with them. In 2 wks we are out of state again , will surely rebook .”

About: I nearly constantly had cats while growing up - our house never felt complete without a cat in it 😺 Until recently, I hadn't had a cat in many years for a variety of reasons and settled for feeding the outdoor cats wherever I lived and rescuing and re-homing any strays. However, I stumbled upon a sweet, stray, tortie kitten last Fall and won her trust. I was able to bring her home and she has wiggled and purred her way into the whole family's hearts 💖 I love cats with my entire heart and will do anything I possibly can to keep them happy, healthy and safe. A neighbor, whom I had never met before, flagged me down Spring of 2024 and asked if I could help her catch a Momma cat and two kittens in her bushes. I took on the job and spent the majority of the day out in the rain catching these babies. Caught the kittens that day and the Momma later on that night and reunited them all at Animal Control the next day. I confirmed beforehand that they had the space for the kitties and for them to please call if they weren't adopted after they were made available. This has been a bit long winded and all over the place, but the point is, I LOVE CATS and I would love to care for your cat or cats while you are away. They will be greatly loved 💖

I currently have a one year old Golden Retriever that is very friendly and playful with lots of energy. I live on 1.6 acres with the immediate backyard fenced in. Your pup will have lots of room to roam and play. I will only care for one set of family's dogs at a time to be fully attentive to your pets needs. I am a stay at home mom of one and I have a one year old Golden Retriever. We all love spending time in the backyard. I live in a house in Alvin with a fenced in backyard on 1.6 acres excellent for walking your dog without the danger of a stray or aggressive dog. A leash would be used if going for a walk and dog seat belt would be used if you wish if being transported in a car. My dog is up to date on all his vaccines and has his rabies shot. He is not yet spayed. My home is baby and pet proof so there won't be any choking hazardous toys/ objects or dangerous chemicals that your pet can get into or be around. I will care for your dog the same way I would want someone to care for mine.

I can sit late afternoons or evenings as well. I also do overnights and weekends. If you need drop-ins or walks I can arrange that too. Inside animals are welcome as I have an extra room with bedding, toys, leashes, and crates. If your animal does not use a crate for sleep that is fine also. It started with me taking care of my aunt’s dogs while she was away, to my aunt’s neighbor’s dogs, to dogs of my professors, and so on. However, I began to professionally pet sit in 2018 receiving most of my clients through word of mouth. Through moving to New York city, I lost the network that I built back home. Through pet sitting I gained experience for caring for dogs, cats, and even birds. I also have knowledge in caring for animals with special needs and administering medication to animalsof all ages and sizes. I love to play and run around with dogs, so they will definitely be in for a workout! I would love to be able to provide the love and care that your dog needs and deserves while you’re away from home. I’m currently working varied hours, so my schedule can be flexible to your pets! No time is too early for me to rise to ensure that your pet’s routine is maintained. My number one goal is to ensure that your pet is comfortable in their own home. This means maintaining their schedule, reassuring their social needs, and most of all giving them love. I will do safety checks throughout the day to ensure harmful objects are out of reach. As a pet sitter, it’s important to provide a trustworthy and reliable service. While you’re gone, your pet will be undergoing a stressful time. So although you may not be present, it's important that your pet’s day to day life remains the same.During this time they’ll also receive love and nurturing. Communication is key during your time away, so you should expect a daily update on how your pet is doing. Lastly, I only take one client at a time to ensure that I can spend ample time with your pet.
About: I’ve had 4 dogs since I was 6 years old. Two pitbulls, a pit lab mix, and a mutt. I was in vet med during high school. My grandma tried to make a dog grooming business for me out of her friend's, and I also used to work at a doggie day care as someone watching the dogs 24/7 and as the bather I am currently unemployed, due to a misunderstanding about a 3rd degree burn, so I have unlimited free time to take care of y’all’s pets. About: I have a catahula that is now 8 years old I stayed up with day and night caring for him at 7 months old from parvo. I have grown up with multiple dogs at a time throughout my life. I have also saved many dogs off the side of the road and made sure they were given to a forever home. I don't have a preference in a size of dogs I enjoy all sizes and personalities I believe every dog is important and I think of them as children. My mom has 2 dogs that I keep when she goes out of town for business but they don't get in the way of my scheduling. I love all dogs the same I just prefer to not work with aggressive dogs. If pick up is after 8 pm will be charged a extra night I am a stay at home mom so I have open availability. I’m always home unless taking my kids to and from school or out running errands I have a fenced yard and 2 other dogs to keep your company. I also have 2 toddlers and 2 babies to keep them cuddled and loved!
About: I’m a responsible young adult who’s been taking care of pets for 8+ years. I’ve been caring for all kinds of dogs, from German shepherds to teacup golden doodles. I’m currently an online college student and will have plenty of time to play with your pups! I will be available to work weekdays and weekends. About: I have been a dog owner for 8 plus years. Currently I have 4 rescue dogs. Dogs bring me joy and I love their different personalities. I enjoy playing with them, walking and having cuddle time. I currently have older kids that don’t require much time thus available during the week and weekends to help out with pets. My schedule is flexible. “This was out first time to leave our Mochi under someone’s care , of course separation anxiety was there , even my dog felt it a few days before we left , we did not know where to get a sitter, a boarding home, Johnny W took our request that was a short notice , Mochi had never been to a place where she saw goats , horses , chickens ( you see them freely before she gets to the dogs quarters ), Johnny met us and Mochi was quick to get attached with him. Daily updates and pictures was shared with us , we are so happy that she is in good hands and Mochi smiling and jumping . The anxiety I had slowly paced away seeing our baby girl taken cared of , picking her up was quick too as long as you communicate with them. In 2 wks we are out of state again , will surely rebook .”

“LEAVING MY BABIES AT HOME WAS NOT AN OPTION. So I started looking for dog sitters in Hoyston, TX. Karen was awesome. I had an instant connection with her just talking to her on the phone. She is laid back and very easy to know. She LOVES her job and she is Full Time. She isn't someone who has a full time job and does this on the side. This is her life. I had a hard time finding someone to watch my babies while we were in Houston in our motorhome for the 2018 Rodeo and Garth Brooks concert. Nobody wanted to drive over to the park. So I searched Rover.com by zip code and I found Karen. She came over and visited with us. She took pictures and sent them to me of my babies and kept me updated on if they were eating drinking using the restroom..etc.. Anytime during the evening if I sent her a text she answered immediately. I felt very SAFE with her and I do not trust my babies with anyone except myself so that speaks VOLUMES.
