Smokey can be very nervous and anxious in new situations, and he initially refused to eat, but Alexus was patient, caring, and determined to help him feel comfortable. She showed him so much love and attention, and before long he was settling in and doing much better. One of the things I appreciated most was the daily updates, photos, and videos she sent. They gave me tremendous peace of mind and reassured me that Smokey was safe, happy, and receiving excellent care. It was clear from every update that she genuinely cared about his well-being. Honestly, Smokey had a better experience with Alexus than he has ever had at a traditional boarding facility. In fact, when we came home, his greeting was surprisingly underwhelming because he had been having such a great time! About: I grew up with friends who had cats and always wanted one of my own. I finally got my own cat in 2020, and she’s the best! I understand that each cat has their own personality and that some just need space. They are so different from dogs, and I love getting to know how each cat prefers to be cared for.
About: I’ve taken care of my weiner dog for 7 years now. I treat like she’s my real daughter and will take care of any furry animal the same. I have so much love I want to give to them! I have a lot of time that needs to be used up. I can do after 5pm on weekdays and ANY time during the weekends! On Mondays I can do earliest as 4pm! I walk a lot so if you need long walks for your energized dog, that is no problem! I also spend hours throwing the same toy and think of it as exercise for me AND the dog!

“We needed a last minute sitter for a week long vacation and a friend recommended Rover. Having never used Rover before, we were nervous about leaving our pup with a “stranger”. Lovanna was very understanding and even agreed to meet with us before finalizing the booking. She took great care of Ruby, picked her up from our house the day we left and when our flight home was pushed back she even brought her back home - which wasn’t the original plan. We are new to the area and really appreciated finding such a caring, understanding and flexible sitter on such short notice.”

“Our Max seemed to have had a wonderful stay for the week! The family sent pictures & videos while I was gone and even taught him how to 'shake' before receiving a treat.
