“Sarah is so amazing with our dogs! One is super high anxiety and he gets very comfortable at her house! It’s a blessing to not have to worry about him as much when we are gone.”

“Our dog had a health flair up right before her vacation at Kristina’s and Kristina took such great care of her while we were gone. We could see how happy our dog was when Kristina sent us daily updates. We are so happy to have found Kristina. We will definitely book with her again.”

“Lynn and family loved on my out of practice/un-social girl and she came home actually wanting more interaction with more pups! We’re a fan and she’ll be a regular to come and enjoy some time away from home and have some interaction with other pups and humans to enjoy her need for socialization. Thank you for letting her warm up to the thought of being part of another pack for the week!”

“Sherron took such amazing care of our sweet pup! She gave nice updates that made us feel great about how she was doing and allowed us to have a stress free trip knowing she was in great hands! We felt like Nala was treated as one of her own and taken on walks and given scratchies and lots of love/attention! We would highly recommend Sherron as a safe place for your fur babies to stay!!”

“Courtney and her family were really awesome with Caramel while I was traveling for the weekend. They provided her lots of cuddles and hugs. Courtney shared some photos of Caramel over the weekend and that was nice to see my pup happy and well-adjusted. Caramel ran around the backyard with their golden retriever, and she even got to use the kiddie pool in the backyard. When I picked up Caramel, everything was gathered together and she got a treat bag to take home! I would definitely book with Courtney again in the future!”

“Our dog, Baxter, enjoyed his day of play at Susan’s house. The setup was great, wonderful large backyard. Baxter is one of those guys that just doesn’t like going to a kennel (shakes like a leaf). We felt completely comfortable leaving him and have already booked additional stays. Thanks, Susan for taking great care of him.”

“Amanda was absolutely amazing! She was very communicative throughout the entire two weeks and kept me updated, which gave me so much peace of mind. I could tell my dog really liked her and felt comfortable in her care. Amanda took such great care of her, and I’m so glad we found her. Highly recommend!”

“Our 2 girls had a great time at Manny’s for boarding. Manny was professional from our first meeting and was well organized and answered all of our questions. During the stay, Manny sent us daily updates proactively with pictures, which gave us peace of mind that the girls were doing good. He also took care of my dog’s eye drops daily with no issues, which was a relief. Looking forward to our next booking!”

“Guiselle and her family took great care of Simba. Communication was excellent and I received regular updates and photos. Simba came home happy. I highly recommend Guiselle and will definitely book with her again.”

“Again Melissa and her family took great care of my Oldman Dublin. I never have to worry about him and she always keeps me updated with photos. He loves spending time at their place.”

“Shane took care of my two dogs for 2 weeks while I was out of the country. He sent me pictures and updates of the puppies every single day. He was just amazing and my dogs love him now. I highly recommend his service. He is great!”

“Isabella was fantastic with our big nervous Great Dane! We loved the pictures and updates as he braved being around her own fur babies. I would absolutely trust her with your own, and will definitely be rebooking!”

“Maddison and Wesley B. are our first Rover experience. As a single mom with my family living far away I came to Rover.com in search of a solution for my sweet Bella dog over Thanksgiving Break. When we brought Bella to them for our first meet and greet, I was nervous that she would be anxious. I couldn’t have been more surprised at how wrong I was. Bella, our mini-bernadoodle, walked strait into their home like we were visiting an old friend. Their dogs greeted all of us as if we’d known one another for years and Bella instantly felt right at home. On drop off day, I was like a mom ar daycare for the first time, sad and nervous. Bella, however, hardly noticed I was leaving. We received one to two photos every day. Bella always looked happy and cared for. When we picked Bella up, she was very happy to see us. The love rush was amazing. Maddison and Wesley are excellent communicators. They were reasonably flexible with the drop off and pickup times. Their home was well cared for. And above all, we felt safe and comfortable leaving our furriest family member with them for a week. I would recommend them to my friends and I would use them again.”

“Andrew did a wonderful job sitting our two dogs. One of our dogs is elderly and needs regular diaper changing while our other dog took some time getting used to being away from us. Andrew provided frequent updates, photos, and videos. My elderly dog needed emergency medical care and Andrew didn’t hesitate in taking the dog to the vet where he received prompt treatment and recovered quickly. It’s easy to see that Andrew really loves dogs and enjoys looking after them. He has a calm, kind demeanor and was able to constructively handle a few difficult situations caused by my dogs. I would certainly have Andrew sit my dogs again. I trust Andrew and he treated our dogs as if they were his own.”

“I’ve left my dog with Chaiochih multiple times, and I’ve always had a wonderful experience. She is reliable, caring, and takes great care of my dog. I feel completely comfortable leaving my dog with her, knowing she is in good hands. It’s clear that Chaiochih genuinely cares about the dogs she looks after, and I really appreciate the attention and care she provides. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dependable dog sitter!”

“Kate was great. She sent me updates with photos and was very flexible with our schedule since our flight got delayed coming home! I felt very comfortable leaving my little guy with her.”

“I can't say enough good things about having Joshua as our cat's pet sitter while we were away on vacation. He's very professional, prompt, communicative, and gave our boy lots of attention during his check-ins. We enjoyed reading through his entertaining Rover cards each day too!”

I’m very patient as well so I will have your animals best interest in mind.

About: I’m a lifelong cat lover with experience caring for cats of all different personalities. I currently have a 9-year-old cat of my own and have also cared for friends’ cats while they’re away. I’m comfortable with independent cats who prefer their space as well as social cats who want plenty of attention, playtime, and affection. My goal is to make your cat feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in their own home, while keeping you updated with pictures and messages while you're away.

“Linda is absolutely amazing. She has taken great care of our cats while we were on vacations. She was in constant communication with us sending multiple pictures every time she was home. Outstanding service and person, not only I will definitely will call her again, but I will also recommend to my friends.”

About: I’ve cared for animals my whole life—dogs, cats, reptiles, small mammals, birds—you name it. I’ve spent a lot of time around cats of all ages, breeds, and personalities—from playful kittens to independent seniors and everything in between. Whether your cat is a snuggly lap lover, a curious explorer, or a shy hider, I know how to meet them where they are and make them feel safe and comfortable. I typically work evenings, but my schedule is pretty flexible during the week. At the moment, I’m not taking requests for Saturdays or Sundays, but I can sometimes make exceptions—just ask! I’m very attentive to routines and details. I’ll clean litter boxes regularly, administer medication if needed, and make sure your cat’s environment stays calm and clean. If they have special diets, play routines, or favorite nap spots—I’ll keep everything just how they like it. I also send plenty of photos and updates so you can stay connected while you’re away.
About: Since I was a young girl, I have always been fascinated by animals—particularly dogs. I begged my parents to get me my first pet—Jasper, a rescued Labrador retriever—at age 7. Taking care of Jasper was my main focus as well the odd assortment of fish and hamsters we had. When Jasper passed, and I graduated high school, my next door neighbor had a litter of golden retriever puppies. I was ready to have another animal, and that’s when Kensie came into my life. Kensie was my soul dog, and she passed away two years ago. We did everything together—going to dog parks around town, Zilker park, and even red bud (before the algae), and going to dog-friendly establishments in Austin. She was my best friend. Unfortunately, her last few months on earth were extremely challenging. I was up with her three to four times a night (sometimes more), administering multiple medications, and helping her stand/walk. When the time came to say goodbye, I could barely make the decision to let her go. I miss her so much, but because of my current living situation, don’t have the opportunity to get another dog. That’s where Rover comes in. I love animals, and am extremely responsible when it comes to taking care of someone’s pet. This will give me my ‘fix’ and also be a productive side hustle for me. It will be an honor to walk//watch your pet. I will give the very care and concern I gave my own pets. Not only have I had my own pets, but I have experience with a variety of breeds—including catahoulas and boxers. As mentioned above, I have extensive experience working with senior dogs and administering medication. I’m currently in a transition phase in my life, and am looking for something productive and rewarding. I have pretty much limitless availability to cater to whatever your dog may need. At the moment, I can’t accept any dogs into my home, but if given the opportunity to stay at a client’s house, I would follow all instructions given while simultaneously respecting the space and showering your dog with love and attention.

About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats for over 15 years through being a pet parent myself. I currently have two dogs and two cats, so I’m very comfortable with different personalities, sizes, routines, and energy levels. While I’m newer to professional pet sitting, caring for animals has been a huge part of my everyday life for years. I’m dependable, attentive, and will treat your pets with the same patience, love, and care I give my own.

About: Hi! We’re Maddison and Wesley, cat parents who know who really runs the house. We’ll keep meals on schedule, litter boxes fresh, and you updated with photos of your little boss. Our home includes friendly dogs, a cat, and young children, so we chat beforehand to make sure it’s a comfortable fit for you and pets. We’d love to meet your favorite feline!

About: Hi! I’m Chelsea — proud dog mom to Gouda (a goofy mini golden doodle) and Noodle (a sassy miniature dachshund). Around here, dog care is a family affair — my 8- and 10-year-olds help with walks, cuddles, and making sure every pup feels like part of the pack. Every guest goes home with a custom bandanna sewn by my kids (yes, they take orders — future entrepreneurs in the making 😂). Our home is warm, playful, and full of tail wags, belly rubs, and lots of laughter. Whether your pup’s a snuggler or a zoomie expert, they’ll fit right in with our crew! I work fully remote, so your pup will never be left home alone wondering where the snacks went. I’m here all day for walks, snuggles, potty breaks, and the occasional deep conversation about who’s a good boy (it’s always them). I also know that separation anxiety is real — for both pups and humans — so I send frequent photos and videos to keep you in the loop. Expect daily updates featuring tail wags, nap poses, and occasional cameos from my kids or my own dogs, Noodle and Gouda (a.k.a. the welcoming committee). Our home is a ranch style home with a fenced in yard in the back. Unless otherwise requested, your pets will have full roaming abilities of our home, just like our own babies. Our home is safety proofed and free from any dangers.

“I was very lucky to find Katrina, who sat for my dog on very short notice. I even needed a couple extra hours, and she graciously kept her for longer than agreed upon, which I am very grateful for! She responded very quickly to all communications including initial sitting request, and seems like a very nice and straightforward person... she gave me every reason to highly recommend! My dog was very calm and relaxed when I picked her up as well.”

I have a flexible schedule and can accommodate a variety of pet-care needs throughout the week. I’m available for drop-ins, walks, and other care with plenty of flexibility, including weekdays and weekends! I know how important it is to feel completely comfortable with the person caring for your pets! I’ll always follow their normal routine as closely as possible, from feeding and walks to playtime, medications, and all the little things that make them feel at home. I’m very attentive to safety, will keep you updated, and will treat both your pets and your home with the same care and respect I’d want for my own.

About: I grew up on a 100-acre ranch with 13 dogs, so caring for animals has been part of my daily life for as long as I can remember. I helped raise numerous litters of puppies, which taught me everything from feeding schedules and socialization to house training and keeping a close eye on the little ones. Today I regularly watch my friends’ pets and care for my grandparents’ two dogs — feeding, walks, playtime, and lots of attention. Dogs are my favorite people, and I treat every one like my own. I can’t wait to meet your best friend! I’m a stay-at-home mom, so I’m home the majority of the day and your pup will rarely be left alone. My schedule is flexible, which means plenty of time for walks, potty breaks, playtime, and sticking to whatever routine your dog is used to. The house is quiet and calm, which works well for dogs who prefer a low-key environment. My home is a safe, pet-friendly space where your dog is treated like family. We have a large fully fenced backyard with plenty of room to run, play, and sniff around safely. I have a mini blue heeler of my own who’s great company for social dogs, and I’m happy to keep visiting pets separated if yours does better solo (only have her occasionally). I stick closely to the feeding, medication, and walking routine you provide, keep dogs leashed on every outing, and send photo and video updates so you always know how your best friend is doing. If your dog is crate-trained, I’m comfortable using one for rest or bedtime.
About: A safe, clean home away from home, where every dog is treated like family. With lots of love, personalized attention, and help from my loyal German Shepherd, assistant, Lucy, your pup will feel right at home! But sets me apart from others is I can help crate dogs, potty train, to giving them their meds and walking them with a ginger lead for those elderly ones. I am currently working less than part-time. And for me, there’s no better way to spend that free time than with dogs. I also include them in my daily tasks. Every Dog’s comfort level is respected. I have both large and small crates available for dogs who are crate trained or whose owners prefer scheduled crate time (up to 90 minutes per day). I also use an indoor playpen and separate areas within the home to create healthy boundaries. Allow for quiet rest periods and ensure all dogs remain comfortable and safe. My goal is to provide personalized care, maintain each dog routine as closely as possible, and create a calm, loving environment, where pets feel secure, happy and part of the family while you’re away. It might be cliché, but I treat every dog as if it was my own.

About: I’m very passionate about pets. I have a few of my own! I would say I connect with pets more than humans, they are so much more calmer and fun to play with. They make life so much more easier and God’s blessings. Pet care fits into my daily and weekly routine due to my availability is very open. I love animals so much and it brightens my day to be with them. I would treat anyone’s pet like it was my own! I love getting my steps in and I believe a pet should be healthy and active as well. So tons of walks will be done! I can chill or play with them for hours. As well as feeding of course and if they need a bath!

About: Hi! I’m basically the kind of person who will ask to pet your dog before I ask your name. I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and personalities, from tiny Chihuahuas to Huskies and Anatolian Shepherds, and I genuinely love getting to know what makes each pup unique. Whether your dog is super energetic, shy and nervous, obsessed with playing, or just wants a cozy nap buddy, I’m happy to match their vibe. I also have experience with fearful/anxious dogs, including pups who get nervous during storms or around new people, so patience and making animals feel safe always comes first for me. I work from home, which means your pet gets lots of attention, supervision, potty breaks, playtime, cuddles, and companionship throughout the day instead of being left alone for long periods. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, and I’ll always treat them like they’re part of my own family 🐶🐾💛 I am full-time work from home, so I have plenty of time to give your pet attention, cuddles, potty breaks and walks throughout the day! I have a fenced in back yard, allow pets on my furniture and beds, and a very dog friendly neighborhood for walks! Prefer to have pets at my home but willing to do short stay overnights or stop in visits at clients homes.

About: I’ve grown up training dogs, learning about their behaviors, and researching the best ways to care for them. They’re my all- time favorite animals, so I love spending my time with them :) I live on a few acres in Liberty Hill, with a few intact male dogs on the property; along with poultry, livestock, and other livestock guardian dogs. I currently work in the mornings, so my own dogs are let outside to play in my yard while I am out. They’re not destructive or escapees, so they have the special privileges now :) I have a very large fenced in yard with lots of toys and extra space outside to walk, with the entire property fenced. There are a few intact male dogs, so I don’t accept any intact male dogs for safety reasons. I have two extra crates to use if necessary while I am running an errand.
About: I love taking dogs on hikes, long walks, or to the dog park if the owner prefers, ensuring your pet gets plenty of outdoor time. My goal is to provide personalized, attentive care that keeps your pet happy and healthy no matter what age. Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine because I’m a stay-at-home parent, available 24/7 to care for your pet. While I’m tending to my little one, I can also provide dedicated attention to your dog or cat, ensuring they receive the care and companionship they need each day. When caring for pets in my home, I offer a dedicated and comfortable environment. Your pet will stay in a separate guest house/game room, giving them their own space to relax. They’ll also have access to a giant yard where they can run and play. I tailor my schedule to match your pet’s routine, ensuring they receive the care and attention they’re used to. I check on them hourly to make sure they’re happy and well taken care of. If I’m caring for your pet in your home, I follow a similar approach, adhering to your pet’s schedule and providing regular check-ins to ensure they’re comfortable and content in their familiar surroundings.
About: I’ve always had dogs and cats my entire life. I have taken care of dogs for a while as well. I am very reliable and love to see animals happy, so I try to give them the best experience possible. I currently work part time at a doggy daycare, I am available for drop in’s in the morning and afternoon. Otherwise I’m fully available in the afternoons. I have plenty of time on my hands to make sure your pet has a great time! I have a spacious house with a big backyard for your pup to run and play. I have a 4 year old pitbull who loves meeting new friends and zooming around!

“Kate was great. She sent me updates with photos and was very flexible with our schedule since our flight got delayed coming home! I felt very comfortable leaving my little guy with her.”

“Jose and Danny were wonderful with Waco! They took great care of him over the weekend and kept us updated throughout his stay, which gave us great peace of mind. Waco seemed very happy and comfortable with them. They were both kind, attentive, and clearly love dogs. We would definitely trust Jose and Danny with Waco again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for caring and reliable pet sitters!”

“We loved Nia!! She sent us so many updates and pictures , and took amazing care of our dog! I highly recommend her and will use her in the future for sure! She was so cute with our dog and took him on many walks. Thank you!!”

“Heather took incredible care of our puppy, Dobby, for two weeks while my wife and I were on vacation. From day one, it was clear that she treated him like one of her own. She was attentive, patient, and clearly very experienced with dogs, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Dobby got plenty of playtime throughout the day with her two dogs and the other dogs she was caring for, which he absolutely loved. He came back happy, well-socialized, and clearly well cared for. She sent us daily photo updates that we genuinely looked forward to and that reassured us Dobby was safe, comfortable, and having a great time. Knowing he was in such loving hands allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation without any worry. We’re extremely grateful to Heather and would trust her again without hesitation. We couldn’t recommend her more highly to anyone looking for someone who will truly care for their dog like family.”

“Cynthia and Roy are wonderful! We needed someone on short notice to board our 7 month old berniedoodle Duque for 11 days. I’m so happy we found Cynthia and Roy. They took great care of Duque, and even twice a day walks.! It looked like Duque was in summer camp and completely enjoying life with Cynthias 2 beautiful dogs. She sent daily updates and pictures. I was afraid Duque wouldnt want to leave. It turns out our travel plans changed and we needed to extend it 6 more days. Cynthia and Roy were super accomodating and understanding and didnt think twice on extending Duques' stay. I highly recommend Cynthia and Roy. They are incredibly professional, friendly and made the whole process feel safe and secure. We will definitely use Cynthia and Roy again!”
