Daphne can be high energy and she fit in so well with her family and had the best time! I initially needed to board her for about a week and then our plans changed towards the end of Daphnes stay. Kacie had no problem keeping her longer! This was the first time I used Rover and Daphne is a farm dog so I was weary on the whole process. About: I have taken care of dogs for at least 22 years as my pets. I have had a Yorkie, Sharpei, and now a Boxer. I have taken care of puppies and senior dogs. Hands down, dogs are better than humans. I am the resident dog sitter for my fiends and my friends love to watch my dog because she is so well mannered and trained. About: I have owed cats and dogs my entire life and see them as family. They add such joy to my life and I make sure that all animals are happy, well-attended to and comfortable. I currently have 4 cats and an Irish Wolfhound and they all get along surprisingly well. We typically watch our friends dogs when they are out of town, so my cats acclimate well to other animals in the house. They typically keep to themselves and stay in their cat room most of the day. My Irish Wolfhound, Pepperanne, is the sweetest, most gentle giant. Although she's no spring chicken (8 years old), she LOVES playing with other dogs, and yet, also doesn't overwhelm other dogs and gives them their space. I will love your pet like my own and make sure they feel comfortable during their stay. Although 5 animals might sound like a crazy household, I have a very calm home and everyone is respectful of their space and others. I work remotely and am home all day during the week and have lots of time to love on your pet. Weekend plans are typically local and I don't venture far to ensure your animal is comfortable, especially for any animals with separation anxiety. My home has plenty of space both inside and out. I have a very large fenced in back yard with plenty of space for your pet to explore, a very zoomies-friendly area. I live in a nice neighborhood, also, with plenty of non-busy streets to walk your pet when it's not too hot. I live close to the Bush Airport (IAH) (about 20 min away), so if you ever need a last minute sitter, I’m on the way to the airport and makes for an easy drop off and pick up!

I have built a small but great little facility in my home that has ac. This allows my dogs and yours to have play time or simply lounge around in a temperature controlled environment. Making sure our pups stay safe from this summer heat. Pet careis some thing that falls naturally within my schedule. Currently, I am off for summer vacation as I am an elementary school teacher. When I work, I typically wake up to two hours before hand to feed and give my dogs some playtime. About: I’ve had cats and dogs in my life since I was born. I adopted two cats of my own and lived on and off with my dad and his dog since he was adopted five years ago. I love to let pets (but especially dogs) come to me which has made me friends with some of my friends most skiddish protective dogs! I am in an evening program for my graduate school so I am home throughout the day. I used to work in aviation (24/7/365 industry) so I am familiar with and can accommodate a variety of care schedules and needs! In my own home with my cats I clean the litter box daily, feed my cats twice daily, and in general you’ll find us hanging out in the office or living room where they’ll typically have one paw on my leg to know I’m there but have their space. I like to let them (& anyone else’s pets) come to me first and guide how much interaction they would like while staying cognizant of food, medication, and walk schedules.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life went from being a pet owner to dog breeder and everything in between. My life revolves around dogs at this point. I have built a small but great little facility in my home that has ac. This allows my dogs and yours to have play time or simply lounge around in a temperature controlled environment. Making sure our pups stay safe from this summer heat. Pet careis some thing that falls naturally within my schedule. Currently, I am off for summer vacation as I am an elementary school teacher. When I work, I typically wake up to two hours before hand to feed and give my dogs some playtime. About: I’m Destiny, a previous mini schnauzer owner for 5 years until I had to move states and ultimately couldn’t afford his travel and care. I love dogs so much, almost more than humans sometimes. I have experience potty training and teaching basic commands(no professional). I taught my puppy to sit, speak(when he needed to potty & just for entertainment/discipline purposes), and stay while I had him (he was also highly food motivated so it was super easy). I’m very active and love outdoors. I take runs at the park occasionally, so walk and play time should be fun for puppy with me. I have two boys, age 3 & 5, they’re full of energy to play as well with puppy. I currently work from home so my day is very free especially while my boys are at school during the day. Daphne can be high energy and she fit in so well with her family and had the best time! I initially needed to board her for about a week and then our plans changed towards the end of Daphnes stay. Kacie had no problem keeping her longer! This was the first time I used Rover and Daphne is a farm dog so I was weary on the whole process.
