About: I am the designated pet care taker at work and I wanted to extend my services to busy families. I grew up with a dog my whole life then I moved out on my own, adopted 2 dogs and 1 cat since 2020. I am familiar with reactive dogs as I own one myself, dogs on seizure medicine (since one of my dogs is epileptic), and I groom my own pets. I am currently in the Army so I know the importance of a routine and taking care of our family which includes pets. I currently work full-time (I’m in the Army) but I can work around that; I work Monday thru Friday 8AM-2PM. Weekends I am flexible all day. I can only do drop-in visits, and walks at the moment. I was referred to her by another dog parent in my apartment complex, and I was hesitant at first because my Diva is my baby and I was nervous about leaving her with someone I did not know. However, Juliana took all my worries away from the start. I am going to book with her again because I have an overnight work event in about two weeks. I wanted to start with doggy daycare first so Diva could get used to her. Diva took an immediate liking to Juliana, her family, and her two dogs. I was also worried about my small dog being around two bigger dogs, but they were so gentle. If anything, my dog was the one picking on them from the videos I saw. All in all, I will be a returning customer. I trust Juliana with my baby. Diva was safe, well cared for, and I loved that Juliana kept me updated. “This was Allison’s second time watching Scooby, and once again she did an excellent job. She’s attentive, patient, and truly caring—making sure he’s well-fed, exercised, and, most importantly, happy. Throughout our vacation, she kept us updated with pictures which we really appreciated. Scooby loves to cuddle, and Allison made sure he got plenty of attention and affection. It’s clear he enjoys his time with her—it’s like a vacation for him too. She’s also very responsive and keeps us well informed, which gives us peace of mind while we’re away. We already have another trip planned and will definitely be using her again.”
