“Where do we begin? Rowena was BEYOND AMAZING when she babysat our Pomeranian for almost a week. She went ABOVE & BEYOND anything we could have expected, and treated our dog like he was her own. The pictures and videos she sent us throughout the week showed him being spoiled and adored by her, and totally eased our anxiety about boarding him (for the first time ever) while we were on vacation. We can’t say enough good things about Rowena. She is absolutely the best sitter we could have ever hoped for. She was kind & loving to our dog (child) & she even catered to some of his high maintenance needs (like helping him eat more slowly & taking him out in the yard to run around, to let him get his “zoomies” out, etc). Her house was immaculate & clean, which was even more comforting to us, because we were anxious our pup might eat something off the floor, if able (he wasn’t able to because her house was spotless). We really can’t say enough good things about our experience with Rowena and how well she cared for our dog while we were out of town. I have become extremely enthusiastic about this app as it has given me the opportunity to meet and get to know new families, individuals and a few different dogs. My childhood growing up with my dogs i feel has given me a good amount of knowledge when it comes to walking, looking after, raising and potty training. About: I’ve had animals my whole entire life, I grew up with a lot of siblings which meant even more animals. My love for animals goes beyond, I will say I’m terrified of insects but I like to be kind to ALL and will do everything to protect them and get them somewhere safe. my animals are my absolute world, all my animals are rescues, I’ve always had a hard time saying no to an animals asking to be loved/cared for. I have done several successful TNR’s for cats in neighborhoods I’ve lived in, along with taking dogs/cats to vets and animal shelters and trying to help them be reunited with family/finding a forever home, always trying to help save as many as I can. I currently have one pup, 5 cats that live inside and 2 outside cats. “Esmeralda has been exceptional with her patience and willingness to be adaptable in working with our 2 dogs. Both have big trust issues and are very nervous to allow new people around them. She has devoted a lot of her extra time to make sure they get and feel comfortable with her. That being said, she has relieved a lot of stress and concern on my end for I want my dogs to feel as little anxiety and fear as possible as well as benefit from having the ability to go outside and go for a walk and get some fresh air. I hope Esmeralda can be a part of our household as long as possible and enjoys the dogs as much as I enjoy having her help.”

About: Growing up in the country, I cared for pets and farm animals. My experience and love for all creatures began there! Interacting with them has always been the highlight of my day. From cats, dogs, small animals, aquatic life and reptiles, to horses, dairy goats, birds, pigs and chickens, I have you covered! I've owned most, and cared for the rest. No matter what, I keep critters close! As a child was rarely seen without an animal or flock in tow. I raised pigs, chickens, dove, rabbits. As well as trained dogs and horses. Later on In Edna, I was a ranch hand on a small dairy farm. Now living in the city, I care mostly for cats and dogs, but I still love them all! I wouldn't imagine my life any other way! I have a very open and movable schedule. I can pretty much work with anything. The safety and care of your pup is always at the top of my list. I have a fenced yard with a large shaded area. Indoor and crate training is also great. I will make sure they are comfortable and safe.
