We have an older Doberman that has lived with us her entire life, in the same house, and sometimes requires a little more attention and care (meds, e.g.) so we were a little nervous about leaving her somewhere else for a few days but that nervousness was completely unwarranted. About: I have been petsitting for over 15 years and still sit for my very first client ever. One thing I know is that my clients and I have a good basis for trusting one another, and I think it's the most important aspect of our relationship, really. Pets are so forgiving. I've put halters on wrong and certainly have not been able to duplicate their owners exact routines, but they seem to enjoy the attention and don't mind the silly mistakes. I'm looking to add clients who would like me to drop in and take care of simple stuff. I no longer walk bigger dogs....but I'm great at ball tossing and hanging out if you have to be away all day. I have experience with cats, too, of course. And I know that they are a lot more sociable than people realize. They get lonely, too. My biggest strength, I think, is that I am mature and reliable. I currently am working only a few hours a week at a retail job. I'm really retired, but I enjoy the job still......so long as I am not really, really working too much. My employer is very accommodating, so I can work one shift a week, and they are happy. I will drop in, spend half hour or an hour or two..whatever you wish. Take the dogs out for potty breaks, spend some time with them so they get some stimulation and attention. Feed them, water plants. Really, I'm pretty flexible.

About: I have had my pet for 14 years , I would bathe her , feed her , clean the kennel , walk her and play with her whenever needed we adopted her at 6 weeks old and gave her a loving family until old age took her from us. I do have experience with having to take care of multiple dogs at a time and have more than enough room for an extra pet guest in my house . About: I’ve been taking care of dogs and surrounded by them since I was a kid, my mom loved having our house full of animals and that she did! When any family member or friend goes out of town I’m the first person they call because they know how much i’d love to be around their dogs. A few years back I worked full time at a dog hotel in my area and was solely responsible of 30+ dogs in a day. Playing with them, feeding them, making sure certain dogs got their medicine, anything you could think of! Most of my free time is spent with my brothers 2 dogs that I live with as well. About: I will treat your dog like my child, with the utmost care and attention. I have a 1.5 year old Englisj labrador and he is my world. Dogs are members of the family and so i give them my undivided attention and utmost respect, oh and tons of hugs and kisses! My current 1.5 year old labrador has alot of energy so i start his day with a long walk or break it up into a few walks a day. We do go outside often for water and play breaks but will limit under ten minutes when its too hot in this texas heat or we will go out at cooler times of the day.
About: I’ve been pet sitting since I was 16. I have experience watching dogs and cats as well as rabbits and chickens. I have watched young puppies all the way up to dogs that are 15. I have experience taking care of pets that need medications or medical attention from surgery. I work full time, but have a very flexible schedule. I am able to take your furry friend on walks, car rides, and to the park. I am available all days of the week to pet sitting as long as I have about a week’s notice of the days I am needed. I do live at an apartment, but we have a dog park and a ton of trails near me to walk. If you choose to have me come drop in at your house, I am very trustworthy and reliable. I have references from not only past pet sitting but also from clients whose houses I clean. I am okay with pets on my furniture and bed, but if they prefer to be in a crate I can make sure to accommodate.
About: I’m a huge animal lover and have had pets my entire life. Right now, I have my own little zoo — two dogs, Arya the bully and Rocky the Rottweiler, along with three cats: Bear, Queso, and Sammy. As other reviews have mentioned, she was not only incredibly loving and attentive to our dog, she also did an amazing job of keeping us informed of how our dog was doing. We have an older Doberman that has lived with us her entire life, in the same house, and sometimes requires a little more attention and care (meds, e.g.) so we were a little nervous about leaving her somewhere else for a few days but that nervousness was completely unwarranted. She really did treat our dog as if she was her own. We couldn't imagine leaving our dog with anyone other than Abby going forward and obviously we highly recommend using her to anyone else looking for a a reliable, loving pet sitter.”
