We’ve boarded our dog on several occasions and it’s always been a tough experience because she doesn’t eat very well and has seemed depressed while we’re gone. Our experience with Heather was the complete opposite; our dog was content and happy the entire time, something we didn’t think was possible while boarding 😅. Heather was very communicative and sent photos and videos of our dog every day while we were away. Her facility is also very clean and well kept, and feels warm and inviting as opposed to the large dog crates we’re accustomed to with other boarders. Heather obviously loves dogs and we were so grateful that she took such good care of our dog while we were gone for 10 days. I can’t recommend her and her services highly enough, this was hand down the BEST boarding experience we and our dog have ever had.”

About: I nearly constantly had cats while growing up - our house never felt complete without a cat in it 😺 Until recently, I hadn't had a cat in many years for a variety of reasons and settled for feeding the outdoor cats wherever I lived and rescuing and re-homing any strays. However, I stumbled upon a sweet, stray, tortie kitten last Fall and won her trust. I was able to bring her home and she has wiggled and purred her way into the whole family's hearts 💖 I love cats with my entire heart and will do anything I possibly can to keep them happy, healthy and safe. A neighbor, whom I had never met before, flagged me down Spring of 2024 and asked if I could help her catch a Momma cat and two kittens in her bushes. I took on the job and spent the majority of the day out in the rain catching these babies. Caught the kittens that day and the Momma later on that night and reunited them all at Animal Control the next day. I confirmed beforehand that they had the space for the kitties and for them to please call if they weren't adopted after they were made available. This has been a bit long winded and all over the place, but the point is, I LOVE CATS and I would love to care for your cat or cats while you are away. They will be greatly loved 💖

About: I have had pets my whole life ranging from cats to birds to fish. I also love dogs and so does my 9 year old daughter and my husband. I have cared for family members, neighbors and friends animals (cats and dogs) for many years. My cat is 19 years old and I have also had to say goodbye to my baby, Daphnie who I had from the time she was a baby until she passed away, and my other baby Willow, who we rescued when we lived in Hawaii and was a part of our family for about 10 years. I am therefore familiar with senior care for animals. I’ve administered oral, topical and iv meds (yes I did that home with one of my cats near the end of her life). I love to walk and run and have always enjoyed taking dogs for a walk when I’ve cared for the pets of others. I have even cared for a few rowdy young dogs that were still in puppy training school. I have been pet sitting on River for about 3 years. I’ve done many drop in visits, boarding and dog walks for my clients. I am currently a home maker so I have a flexible schedule to care for your babies. Most weeks I am able to do mornings, mid day and evenings I have a fenced in yard. I have one cat, who has been around dogs, lived with a dog and is used to the occasional dog being boarded in our home. He is fine with dogs as long as the dogs are calm towards him. I would not be able to host in my home any very young dogs that may want to “play” with my cat as he is older and also has no interest in being friends with a dog. He is very non-aggressive and tends to mostly avoid them whenever I board.

I currently have a one year old Golden Retriever that is very friendly and playful with lots of energy. I live on 1.6 acres with the immediate backyard fenced in. Your pup will have lots of room to roam and play. I will only care for one set of family's dogs at a time to be fully attentive to your pets needs. I am a stay at home mom of one and I have a one year old Golden Retriever. We all love spending time in the backyard. I live in a house in Alvin with a fenced in backyard on 1.6 acres excellent for walking your dog without the danger of a stray or aggressive dog. A leash would be used if going for a walk and dog seat belt would be used if you wish if being transported in a car. My dog is up to date on all his vaccines and has his rabies shot. He is not yet spayed. My home is baby and pet proof so there won't be any choking hazardous toys/ objects or dangerous chemicals that your pet can get into or be around. I will care for your dog the same way I would want someone to care for mine.

About: I have been a dog owner for 8 plus years. Currently I have 4 rescue dogs. Dogs bring me joy and I love their different personalities. I enjoy playing with them, walking and having cuddle time. I currently have older kids that don’t require much time thus available during the week and weekends to help out with pets. My schedule is flexible. I have a large fenced in yard and a doggy door that allows my fur babies to go in and out as they please. I also watch the dogs as they are outside.

“I would give Heather 10 stars if it were possible! We’ve boarded our dog on several occasions and it’s always been a tough experience because she doesn’t eat very well and has seemed depressed while we’re gone. Our experience with Heather was the complete opposite; our dog was content and happy the entire time, something we didn’t think was possible while boarding 😅. Heather was very communicative and sent photos and videos of our dog every day while we were away. Her facility is also very clean and well kept, and feels warm and inviting as opposed to the large dog crates we’re accustomed to with other boarders. Heather obviously loves dogs and we were so grateful that she took such good care of our dog while we were gone for 10 days. I can’t recommend her and her services highly enough, this was hand down the BEST boarding experience we and our dog have ever had.”

“Timothy was so great, made me feel comfortable the whole time about being away from my pup. I have an 80lb German shepherd who can be a little too much at times and he handled it so nicely! She was comfortable the whole time and he sent daily pictures and videos of her playing with the other pups. He had open access to where the dogs could go outside and use the bathroom as needed and was super helpful with all of my questions. I will definitely be booking again in the future!”
