We have one 8 year old, and 5 month old mutt, and they have very different personalities and we weren't sure what type of environment would make them feel most comfortable and at home. But after reading reviews and seeing pics of other dogs who stayed with Victoria and Michael, it was an easy decision! It was literally as if they were at summer camp for dogs. They played with the boys, ran around the expansive and beautiful farm, and played in the creek with the family. About: I have extensive experience with pets of all shapes, sizes, ages, breeds, types, colors, and temperaments. I have owned dogs, cats, turtles, frogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, and a lizard. (I once had a pet worm in an animal cracker box. I thought he would like living in a little zoo.) For 7 years I took care of my disabled mom as well as 5 dogs and 2 cats. During that time, I also worked as a foster volunteer for Music City Pug Rescue–most of which were geriatric surrenders whose owners had passed away or moved into a nursing facility. While I questioned my own sanity at the time, looking back now, those were some of the very best days of my life! Today I only have one dog, Marley, (my lucky charm rescue–a Tibetan Terrier who was just hours away from euthanasia when I saw his picture online) and I am renting my home. So while I can't board your pets, I am happy to take care of them at their own home! Sadly I have lost pets to terrible chronic illnesses like cancer and diabetes. I've been through two torn ACL surgeries, one hip surgery, blindness, deafness, and incontinence. My current pup, little Marley, has been paralyzed twice. The first time, I was able to afford an expensive back surgery. But when it happened again six months post-op, I rehabilitated him myself. Now, 6 years later, he's still walking! I thank God every morning and night for giving me another day with him. My experience caring for all of these dogs and their health problems means that I know how to care for their special needs. Whether it's taking a dog to weekly chemo treatments or giving him two shots of insulin each day, I am capable of caring for your pets and promise to do so just like they are my own. About: Hello! I’m a single mother currently looking for some extra income and I can’t think of a better way to do that than to do it with furry friends! I work from home, so that makes it really easy to care for an extra pet when I can. I currently have two cats in my home, and they have their own space, so if your dog is unsure with cats, that would not be a big issue. I grew up in a home that always had multiple cats and at least one dog at a time. I have experience working with dogs with special needs (blind & feeding issues), small dogs, large dogs, young dogs, puppies, and senior dogs. I currently work from home, so my days are pretty flexible for walks and drop-ins. Working from home also leaves great flexibility with boarding, and helps ensure that your dog(s) will never be left for long amounts of time! I have a small fenced in yard, though it does not include grass, I do have a very big field nearby, which I’d be happy to run around with a dog (leashed). I have two cats, both of which are friendly with other animals. I do have a young son, but he is very respectful of pets and is with his dad every other weekend.

About: I’ve had pets my entire life and grew up helping care for dogs of all sizes and breeds. My dad owns a farm, so I’m very comfortable around larger dogs, including our Bernese Mountain Dog and two German Shepherd mixes, while also caring for smaller breeds like my Yorkie. Over the years, I’ve helped with feeding, walking, grooming, playtime, and everyday care, so I’m confident handling different personalities, energy levels, and routines. I’ve also dog-sat multiple times for family friends, many of whom have continued to use my services year after year, which I believe speaks to my reliability and trustworthiness. In addition, I have experience caring for multiple pets at once, including senior dogs and households with different types of animals, such as dogs and birds together. About: I'm a big dog person, and I frequently take care of my family's dog while they're away. While I was in college, I often dog-sat for a family friend, staying in their home and taking care of their pet. I'm home for the summer before heading to graduate school, and would love to spend some time with animals! This summer, I am home for a while with completely open days. I'm happy to take on summer holidays or help with mid-day walks, etc. I love to let animals spend their time outside in a safe way, either with a fence or on a leash. We have one 8 year old, and 5 month old mutt, and they have very different personalities and we weren't sure what type of environment would make them feel most comfortable and at home. But after reading reviews and seeing pics of other dogs who stayed with Victoria and Michael, it was an easy decision! It was literally as if they were at summer camp for dogs. They played with the boys, ran around the expansive and beautiful farm, and played in the creek with the family. It warmed our hearts to see daily photos and videos, and they truly treated them like their own. We will absolutely book with them again in the future!”
