About: I have had cats most of my adult life and have been fostering cats and kittens for the last four years through a shelter organization. From pregnant moms, to newborn and neonate kittens, bottle feeding to senior cats, post operative care and palliative care. My experience in working for a fear free shelter has helped me better understand cat behavior and boundaries. I have direct experience with dosing and administration of oral and injectable medications if necessary.
About: I have always been an animal lover and have grown up with dogs in my home. Neighbors, family and teachers/professors have relied on me to walk, feed and tire out their pets when they are out of town or gone for long periods of time. I have 2 dogs of my own and know how easy it is to worry about if they are okay when they are home for long durations of time without a check in or walk. I'm available after 3:30 Monday through Friday and anytime on Saturday and Sundays. Can also be available for lunch breaks on Monday, Thursday and Friday if needed. I've had dogs and cats all my life, and also rode horses starting just before I was 4. I have 9 years of experience on Rover and another 2 independently dog walking and sitting before that. I’ve cared for many kinds of dogs and cats, fish, turtles, donkeys, a family of racoons, and more. And I have a lot of experience caring for older animals and animals with medical conditions. I also used to volunteer with my mom transporting rescue dogs with Echo Dog White German Shepherd rescue. I am a homebody for the most part, so once I'm there I'm probably not going anywhere. My capital W Work is writing - I'm 13 years into an elven magic realism epic screenplay/novel series, it is my passion project and pet/housesitting gives me the time to tend to that vision, and fur babies to keep me company! About: I have taken care of dogs of every kind (including special needs) since I was very young, from having my own to walking and feeding neighbor’s dogs or caring for them when they went away. My first job was at a Doggy Daycare and I have worked as a groomer and had my own Pet Care business for 10 years in Massachusetts up until I just moved to Nashville in June. I currently have open availability for all your pet care needs! Any days and times needed I can fit into my schedule with no problem. I have many former client’s numbers I can always provide for recommendations if needed. I stay at your home with your pet(s) so they can stay in their own environment comfortably and provide them with all the care and love until you get back! We will go over their needs and schedule beforehand so everything will be all set.
About: I have experience with all animals from reptiles to cats and dogs. all sizes. I have a german shepard mix and used to have a pitbull as well. I also have a cat which has helped me broaden my pet experience! I love making sure all furry friends are happy,healthy and taken care of! Its apart of my everyday life with a dog and lizard at home. making furry friends happy and keeping them healthy is important to me I have a fenced in yard, making sure all animals stay inside at all times. When outside it is important to me to watch what my furry friends might be doing making sure they aren’t getting into anything they aren’t supposed to
About: I’ve grown up with dogs in the house my whole life, including while living with roommates as an adult. I am now the happy owner of a 2 & 1/2 year old pup named Bucky. Who I shower with hugs and love every chance I get. I would be thrilled to love on your sweet pup and help with anything you need! I currently have a pretty open availability. That may change as I am looking for a new job. I am able to take them on walks throughout the day and can board throughout the week and weekend. I have a fenced in yard attached to my house that they are able to run around in. Bucky loves dogs of every size so he will make them feel right at home.

“Can I give 6 stars? Karen was great to work with. Very communicative and flexible. My dogs stayed for 2 weeks. Karen sent pictures and updates regularly. I loved her setup for the dogs. My dogs love to sit in the yard and watch the world. She's out in the country with horses nearby. I think they spent a lot of time there. Plus she has a special area in her house set aside for the dogs with beds and water. Overall a great experience”
