I work full-time and my little pup was having really bad separation anxiety, but now I can relax and get my work done because I know she is well cared for. Additionally, I had a last minute work trip come up and had to be on a plane out of town within 48 hrs. and Tifaney was able to help out and watch her over the weekend. About: Current work schedule: I go in office 3 days a week but I can possibly I can flex my days. Available for services with that in mind! I need at least a week for new clients to schedule a meet & greet! I do not accept daycare & boarding without one because I require our pets to meet ahead of time so we can assess if they would be a good fit together. Aside from growing up with small dogs all around, I have solo cared for my senior rescue for the last 6 years up until his passing of old age. I have experience with both puppy and senior dog care, and am very careful with any physical concerns such as arthritis. I have experience administering oral medication both through treats and syringing food. I will love to hang out with your baby whether it’s going on walks, playing, or just coexisting - I’ve done it all. The best feeling I have is knowing I’ve given my dog a life full of love and enrichment, and I’m happy to help as you do the same for yours. I also have owned a cat and cat sit for friends and am more than happy to drop in on them and show them some love! I am definitely also a huge cat lady. About: My husband and I work from home and would love to host your fur baby! We have a 7-pound maltipoo, Gizzie, who would love to snuggle with your pup in our bed. Our three cats are used to dogs being boarded in our home and don't mind the extra company. When dogs stay for overnight visits, they have breaks every 1-2 hours and receive lots of cuddles and playtime. Each day they can enjoy long walks in the neighborhood. I also do drop-ins and dog walks so your pups can stretch their legs when you're not around. About: I have 5 dogs that are my kids. I am a stay at home dog mom. Your dog will be my dog while in my care. 4 are small and 1 medium sized. They are all fixed, UTD on shots and heart worm. All adopted from different states and shelters. They are between the ages of 10 and 12, and 1 senior who we believe is about 16. They are only crated at night if I go out for an extended period of time, except Charlie, the old man, he is out 24/7. We live on a half acre, fully fenced back yard (5 ft aluminum with puppy pickets). They can get on the furniture if they want and I have dog beds throughout the house. My dogs typically get on very well with other dogs. I dog sit 2 dogs in my home a few times a year for a few days to a week at a time. 1 medium and 1 large. I have fostered various dogs for Big Fluffy Dog Rescue in the past and I have helped and run adoption events at Petco for about a year for Simpson County Animal Shelter/Friends of the Shelter in Franklin KY. I am a stay at home dog mom. I can pet sit any time of the day or week, for just a few hours, a day or overnights. I only leave the house to go to the store or run a few errands. Typically not out for extended periods. If I am dog sitting, I prefer to be at home as often as possible. I am always around my dogs. I have dog beds in all areas of the house. I keep an eye on them when they go outside. I play with them regularly. When I get a new foster dog, I usually will keep them leashed for a little while until they get acclimated and used to the other dogs. I've had the privilege of volunteering at a shelter with all kinds of dogs who need love, working as a veterinary nurse learning the ins and outs of pet health, nannying a sweet bloodhound, and working at a pet boarding site. The large fenced yard was his playground while we were away and we could attend to family business and travel without any worry whatsoever! After returning to the U.S. from Cape Town, South Africa—where I worked as a pediatric HIV specialist—I’m eager to provide the same devoted care to your furry family members as I would my own. Your dog will have plenty of chances to take regular potty breaks throughout the day to stretch, burn off energy, and enjoy fresh air. I know every dog has their own personality and needs, so I customize my care to fit each one perfectly. My home in Franklin offers plenty of space for supervised play and exploration, with easy access to both front and back lawn areas, plus nearby greenways that are perfect for walks and adventures. Dogs here are treated like family and welcome on the furniture (and even on the bed) if that’s their usual spot. I’m comfortable caring for all breeds, as well as cats, and have lots of experience with senior pets, energetic dogs, and those needing special medical attention. I’m excited to meet you and your companion soon! I can tailor and align your pet’s routine with mine. I am living alone in a spacious home and also work 7 minutes away (wwith flexible hours) at a local nonprofit. When caring for pets in my own home or in a client’s home, I make sure to follow any specific instructions about safety, feeding, exercise, medication, or behavior. I keep the environment safe and comfortable, providing companionship, potty breaks, and exercise as needed. My goal is to give each pet personalized care that suits their unique personality and needs, so they feel happy and secure while you’re away.
