“I was a bit wary leaving my “fur baby” Willow with a stranger, however, A’Briana made me feel at ease, she came by the house prior to the booking to meet with me and my dog, and I sensed that I could trust A’Briana to take good care of my dog while I was away and she did. She communicated with me multiple times a day, and although I did not have access to my phone during certain hours, when I was able to check my messages there were always several messages from A’Briana with pictures of Willow and little status updates to let me know when she was with her and that Willow was doing well. I admit I was VERY nervous that first day, ready to run home to my dog if I felt she was being neglected or mistreated, but thanks to A‘Briana’s professionalism, patience with the “nagging” owner lol, and constant communication, I quickly felt that Willow was in good hands. The only thing that still concerned me was the time and interval of her visits. When we first met, and I might have misheard, A’Briana had informed me her daily visits would be at 7 A.M., her second around 3ish and her last around 10ish. Instead, the first morning text I would receive made it appear that Willow was not getting her first meal until late morning. However, the good thing with A’Briana is that she is receptive, anytime I brought something up I had a concern with or was confused about she was good at working together with me to alleviate any of my worries and to ensure me that I had no reason to be concerned, and she visited Willow multiple times a day, which overrode my concern for the late meals. What matters most, when I arrived home, Willow looked well, she was happy, didn’t look neglected, and A’Briana was kind enough to bring in my mail and put my garbage out even though I hadn’t asked her to. All in all, I would definitely book her again, and I actually did for the following week when I had to go out of town for training again. She’s an awesome dog sitter, kind, patient, and reliable. Definitely worth booking and should I need a dog sitter again, she’ll be the first person I ask. **Same review on second booking because they were back to back (consecutive weeks)**”

About: I have taken care of pet’s since I was a kid from family pet’s to friends to walking neighbors dogs. Whether your pup is wanting to take a nap on its bed, or chase squirrels in the back yard or take a stroll around the block I’m here to accommodate his/her needs. I work from home majority of the time, the most I’m out of the house is 4 hours consecutively. When I am away and at night I lock the pet’s in their own crate ( unless they have a “thunder-buddy”) to ensure their safety so no accidents happen. Your pet’s health and safety is my top concern. I have a child in home so his safety is also my concern. I know new places and people can give some pup/s anxiety and not all dogs do well with kids. If your doggo is anxious around kids please let me know so that way I can ensure my families safety while also accommodating and ensuring your pet is at ease while in my care. I have a fenced back yard for your pet to get adequate outside time, If your pet likes walks I am happy to take them for a stroll around the block, I am firm on sticking to your pet’s feeding times and will accommodate that to my best ability. I’ve had dogs in my family my entire life and Im currently a dog mom to a handsome Belgian Malinois and a beautiful german shepherd. I’ve had experience caring for dogs of all shapes and sizes. About: Hi! My name is Zoey, I am 19 and a current sophomore at Austin Peay State University studying g Veterinary Technology. I worked at a doggy daycare in Knoxville for just about 2 years! I am able to read body language, groom and care for dogs, and also bond with any dog regardless of temperaments! I care for a high energy dog of my own so my daily routine includes making sure my dog has plenty of exercise each day, while also making sure she has the right amount of rest. I always make sure to bond with a dog and make sure their comfort comes before mine! I never want a dog to feel scared or uncomfortable around me or my other animals.

About: My wife Diana and I run the Barksville Pet Waggin here in Clarksville. We have been growing our pet/home sitting business steadily for the last 15 years. We moved from Texas 4 years ago. Before that we served as pet sitters in the Austin, TX area for 3 years. Prior to moving to the Austin area, we had numerous clients throughout El Paso and Las Cruces, NM. We have experience caring for animals of all sizes, varieties and ages, administering pet medication including shots, walks, and caring for animals with special needs. My wife works but helps out and we often share overnight duties. Having two of us does often help with flexibility in scheduling. We also do have a team of background checked and trusted pet sitters who work for us who help fill in the schedule when we can’t. These sitters are trained, insured and supervised by us. You will get the same Barksville Pet Waggin quality from all of our sitters and you will know, meet and approve in advance of who will be in your home if we are unable to do your sitting. You will know BEFORE you book if we are not available. Anyone booking for a holiday period must pay one month in advance and these reservations are non refundable. Half of the reservation amount can be credited towards a future booking. ** If you are booking an overnight pet sitting we do require an actual bed to sleep in. An air mattress in the living room or couch surfing is not going to work for us. If you want older more reliable people you get older bad backs that require a real bed. If you would like care in our home we could take small dogs there. We have a fenced yard and one small dog of our own. Diana’s mom is home full time so pups would have supervision all day.

About: I've cared for dogs big and small since I was eleven. I've watched pets, dogs and cats, for my neighbors and family who needed a caregiver while they're out. I've given the animals baths, walked them around their neighborhood, kept them fed and cared for, and I've stayed the night at my relatives for their dogs. They're typically calm and happy around me, despite separation anxiety. I love animals more than most people! I have full open availability with no other pressing school or work obligations. Sitting and dog walking fits perfectly into my routine as a very active person who needs a lot of walking and stimulation myself. It depends on what the client has provided for me at their home and what they have instructed me to do. I'll take them outside or keep them in per the owners' requests.

“I was a bit wary leaving my “fur baby” Willow with a stranger, however, A’Briana made me feel at ease, she came by the house prior to the booking to meet with me and my dog, and I sensed that I could trust A’Briana to take good care of my dog while I was away and she did. She communicated with me multiple times a day, and although I did not have access to my phone during certain hours, when I was able to check my messages there were always several messages from A’Briana with pictures of Willow and little status updates to let me know when she was with her and that Willow was doing well. I admit I was VERY nervous that first day, ready to run home to my dog if I felt she was being neglected or mistreated, but thanks to A‘Briana’s professionalism, patience with the “nagging” owner lol, and constant communication, I quickly felt that Willow was in good hands. The only thing that still concerned me was the time and interval of her visits. When we first met, and I might have misheard, A’Briana had informed me her daily visits would be at 7 A.M., her second around 3ish and her last around 10ish. Instead, the first morning text I would receive made it appear that Willow was not getting her first meal until late morning. However, the good thing with A’Briana is that she is receptive, anytime I brought something up I had a concern with or was confused about she was good at working together with me to alleviate any of my worries and to ensure me that I had no reason to be concerned, and she visited Willow multiple times a day, which overrode my concern for the late meals. What matters most, when I arrived home, Willow looked well, she was happy, didn’t look neglected, and A’Briana was kind enough to bring in my mail and put my garbage out even though I hadn’t asked her to. All in all, I would definitely book her again, and I actually did for the following week when I had to go out of town for training again. She’s an awesome dog sitter, kind, patient, and reliable. Definitely worth booking and should I need a dog sitter again, she’ll be the first person I ask. **Same review on second booking because they were back to back (consecutive weeks)**”

About: I have 2 of my own dogs that are very much like children to me! I have been around dogs my whole life and have always loved them like they were my own. I have also taken courses on dog training and understanding their behaviors. I will give your dogs a loving and relaxed experience just like I would want for my own! I currently stay at home full time with the dream of having my own dog boarding business so you will never have to worry about your pets being alone! I am a huge dog person so my dogs get treated almost like humans and so would yours! We have plenty of area for your dog/s to roam and be relaxed. I am also able to separate my dogs from others if the situation requires it.
