“My dog is a very skittish and cautious boy. He had loosened up from the stress of being brought 45 minutes away from home so much when I picked him up 7 days later that he didn’t wanna leave the back yard. They were fantastic about updates and he obviously had tons of fun 👌👌”

“We were heartbroken when our normal sitter we found on here moved away! We tried a few others on here and none loved them like Jessica did… until now! She has become our new favorite dog person!”

About: My name is Annabell, and I'm a self-proclaimed animal lover with years of pet sitting experience. I grew up surrounded by pets of all shapes and sizes, and I've always had a soft spot for furry friends. I’m currently working part time at the animal shelter I specialize in caring for dogs and cats, but I'm also comfortable with small mammals, reptiles, and even the occasional exotic pet. I'm always up for a challenge, and I love learning about new animals and their unique needs. One of the things that sets me apart from other pet sitters is my ability to connect with animals on a deeper level. I pride myself on being able to read an animal's body language and understand their needs, even if they can't tell me in words. I'm also experienced in administering medication, so you can rest assured that your pet is in good hands. I know that pets are more than just animals - they're family members - and I treat them with the same love and care that I would want for my own pets. When I'm not pet sitting, you can usually find me exploring the great outdoors with my own furry friend. I'm an avid hiker and nature lover, and I believe that spending time in nature is just as important for pets as it is for humans. If you're looking for a fun-loving and experienced pet sitter who truly cares about your furry friend, look no further. I can't wait to meet you and your pet! I understand trust is a big factor in finding the right sitter. I always do meet and greets beforehand to make sure you and your pet are comfortable with me. In my time of being a pet owner myself and professionally sitting I have a developed a high understanding of the care, temperament and just fun activities for the the doggos and cats to enjoy! ( and of course all your farm, exotic and aquatic friends)
“Elizabeth took good care of my dog while we were on vacation. We felt comfortable leaving her with Elizabeth after a meet and greet with her pups! I recommend Elizabeth for your pet needs.”

“Cassandra was AMAZING with Boo! She sent me updates and pictures everyday— I could tell my doggy was very happy and safe! Can’t say enough good things about Cassandra. Will definitely be requesting her dog sitting services again… highly recommend! 🫶🫶🫶”

“Erica did amazing with our baby Zeus. He was so tired from playing with her dogs that he went to sleep as soon as we got him home. He loves playing in water and she has a kiddie pool that he basically stayed in while he was there lol. She was a very sweet and gentle person. I would definitely book again. I text while we were away to check on on him and she always got back to me promptly and even sent photos which made me feel so much better. We hope to be able to leave him there again soon.”

“Kayla was amazing with my cats, Turbo and Loki! She came for drop-in visits and took such great care of both of my cats. Turbo loved the extra playtime, and Loki, my shy one, felt completely at ease with her, which says a lot. She sent detailed updates and adorable photos after every visit, which made me feel so reassured while I was away. I always knew exactly how the cats were doing. When I got home, everything was tidy, the food/water areas were clean, and Turbo and Loki were relaxed and happy. I highly recommend Kayla. She’s reliable, communicative, and truly cares about the pets she watches. I’ll definitely be booking her again!”

“WOW! What more can I say? We have never left our cats with a pet sitter and we were really nervous about it, but Jada put us completely at ease. She explained the whole process, and bonded well with both of them. While we were gone, she sent pictures and kept us informed about how they were doing. She was very reassuring and knowledgeable. Will definitely use her again.”

“Ashley was a fantastic pet sitter! I needed a sitter last minute and she was available! She even drove 15 minutes for a 5 minute meet and greet! My kitties loved her!! I would highly recommend her!!”

About: Hello! My name is Natalie and I have always been drawn to all types of animals my entire life. We had multiples cats in our home growing up. At the age of 13 I volunteered at a local pets store, started working on a farm at 15 which then lead me to being AKC showmanship trained and traveling to show Shetland Sheepdogs professionally. After that, I ventured off to college and started my professional life. Along the way I have always had a pet or 2 by my side and would have had a zoo if my husband would have allowed it! I have rehabilitated and re-homed dogs and cats who either had some type of illness or behaviors. I love animals and will love yours too! I work from home throughout the week and have a cat and dog if my own. I am available any day of the week for drop off and pick up. Sundays we attend church and will not be available for pick up or drop off before 1:00PM. I have a large 6 ft fenced yard with plenty of space for exercise. I have a dog and cat in my home so if they play well together, they will be very entertained. If I need to keep them separate, that is not problem and I can easily alternate yard times so all have plenty of time out.
About: Hi, I’m Hayley! I’m a fur mom to a 8 year old golden retriever and two 4 year old kitties. My favorite thing to do is to encourage each of their personalities through play and cuddle sessions. I am a huge animal lover, and I am constantly inspired by animals to be a more caring and patient human being. I have various experience in dog-handling and walking from volunteering at animal shelters, handling at adoption events, and caring for clients here on Rover. I also have learned many pet care tips and skills from being a pet owner and an employee at animal oriented retail stores. Each animal has their own personality and special needs that needs to be taken care of, and I am here for the job! I look forward to meeting you and your loved one 🐾 I have open availability throughout the weekend to take care of your babies! I am available to provide walks and check-ins! As I am currently renting, I will not be able to provide services at my residence. However, I am happy to provide services at your residence, neighborhood, or local park! I want to make you and your pet as comfortable as possible with me providing for their care while you are away. Your residence and privacy will be respected as your pet will be getting all the attention from me! Your pet will be safely restrained and watched during all walks and adventures. Your rules and care guidance for your pet and residence will be strictly followed while they are in my care. Please let me know of any feeding schedules, temperament levels, and tips for providing the best care to your baby.
“Annabell did a great job taking care of my two cats! She was friendly and communicative and left detailed notes after each visit. I would absolutely ask Annabell to watch my cats again in the future!”

About: I have two cats and one dog myself who I love with all of my heart, so my care for animals is always 100%. I have recently had roomates with dogs I would take care of whole they were away, so on top of my animals I made sure to take care of my roomates dogs. So multiple animals is not a problem with me. The more the better I always say. My whole life I had an interest in animals which is why I went to school and currently hold a B.S degree in agriculture with a concentration of animal science . Including my prior knowledge in HS from many vet tech classes and etc. I also currently work at doggies day out and deal with all types of breeds. My knowledge and care for animals is a very strong feature I have and am proud to have.
About: I love cats and dogs. I have two of each at home. I am a donator to ASPCA. I clean litter boxes and puppy accidents. I understand shift work because I have done it for so long before retiring. I understand the importance of you fur babies need for relieving themselves or getting in side during bad weather or needing medication schedules. I live your needs everyday and feel the importance of fulfilling that caring need. I will not leave your babies unattended. I enjoy playing with them especially in a fenced in yard. I can send you photos of your babies while you are working.
About: I’ve stayed in houses caring for multiple pets such as dogs and cats. One home had 5 dogs, 2 whom were blind, and all puppies used pads to use the restroom. All puppies had a specific eating regimen that I had no problem taking notes on and catering to. I’ve dropped in to feed cats, but being a cat mom myself, I do not mind spending quality time with the kitties! I’m a middle school teacher, so pet sitting is reserved for after school hours, during Fall, Winter, and/or Summer breaks. I’m flexible and communicate often and quickly! For my personal cats, I spoil them like crazy! They have all of the toys they could ask for and I play with them often. I can tell when they’re ready to cuddle and relax, and I love this time! They take a nap on my lap and I get to crochet! I love on others pets the same way. If there’s a treat station and a favorite toy, let me know so I can spoil the clients pets too! I’ve watched plenty of older pets who just need a companion to sit on the couch with them, so I always bring my crochet things to fill the time.

“Hands down the best experience I have ever had with a dog sitter! Natalie was so dedicated to my sweet Heidi. I will have to admit, I felt some kind of way with how eager my sweet girl was to hop out of the car to go see and spend the day with Ms . Natalie 😂😂. This truly has been a perfect match for our family .”

“Carly was amazing with my two Pomeranian's. This was my first experience with Rover and was instantly drawn to Carly’s profile. She has a wealth of experience with dogs of all types. She was sending me pictures throughout the day and made sure my babies got lots of experience in her spacious fenced back yard. One of my poms even ran back inside at one point when I was picking them up - I was shocked in the best way. They felt at home in just a short period of time. I can’t wait for their next visit.”

“Jennifer and her family were so nice. Our dogs had the best time with them and their pups. It was so nice being able to relax knowing our dogs were in good hands. Thanks Jennifer!”

About: We've always had fur babies until now. We had to let our last pet cross the rainbow bridge at 17 yrs old. We rescued him when he was 5. Such a sweet boy!! We've also had German Shepherds, a Beagle, Rabbits, and Guinea pigs. Experience with Puppies and Senior dogs. FYI--I tend to be a bit over protective. I was able to retire early, so I'm home ALOT! Home is my happy place. My husband of 31 yrs still works a few days a week but is also home often and loves animals. We have a fenced in backyard with grass areas, and a pool. I'm very protective and would take your baby out front on leash, and out back on leash or under strict supervision, whichever you dictate. I’m patient, attentive, and genuinely enjoy getting to know each dog as an individual. Whether your pup needs playtime, companionship, structure, or just someone who understands them, I’ll care for them the way I’d want my own dogs cared for. Basic experience in some training. I’m available after 4 pm most days and all day on weekends. I’ll have more availability starting in July! If you’re interested, ask and I’ll see if I can accommodate! I care for every pet according to their individual needs and routine. In my clients’ homes, I work to keep things as normal as possible by following feeding schedules, exercise routines, medication instructions, and any household rules. I also provide plenty of attention, affection, and updates so owners can feel confident their pets are doing well. When caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, comfortable environment with supervised play, regular potty breaks, exercise, fresh water, and lots of companionship. I take time to learn each pet’s personality, energy level, and preferences so they feel secure and cared for while their family is away. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, loved, and stress-free, whether they’re in their own home or mine.

“My dog is a very skittish and cautious boy. He had loosened up from the stress of being brought 45 minutes away from home so much when I picked him up 7 days later that he didn’t wanna leave the back yard. They were fantastic about updates and he obviously had tons of fun 👌👌”

“Jennifer was wonderful about sending photos and keeping us informed! She provided a safe and fun atmosphere for Boo to play. We loved seeing her children playing with him and holding him. He’s a very affectionate dog and I could relax knowing he was getting the attention he loves.”

“Natalie and family were amazing! She took exceptional care of our fur babies! I would recommend her for anyone looking for their babies to feel 'at home' while they are away.”

“Eric did an amazing job watching our dog! Quick communication for our last minute booking and fun picture updates to let us know our dog was having a great stay. Highly recommend!”

“We were heartbroken when our normal sitter we found on here moved away! We tried a few others on here and none loved them like Jessica did… until now! I felt completely at ease as soon as we walked in and Lucy made herself right at home. Alexa has kept me updated the whole time and loved her like she was her own. She has become our new favorite dog person!”

“Can’t recommend Hannah enough! She has been SO great to work with, has the best yard for playing, sent lots of pictures/updates, and our dog loves the whole family! We’re so happy to have found her, and are looking forward to more stays in the future!”

“Jacqui was wonderful with our doodles! They had the perfect weekend! She texted and sent pictures often and was quick to respond! 10/10 will definitely use her for our future needs!”

“They watched over my dog and they did amazing sending updates on her following her schedule and making my trip much more easy on me know she is in good hands I would recommend them to watch over your fur babies and they are really amazing people”
“Excellent experience with David. He was more than welcoming with our pup… mind you our pup has an insane amount of energy and he was able to handle her just fine. I’d absolutely use David’s service again and would also recommend. He truly seems to have a knack for animals and truly enjoys them..”

“Miss Ritta took great care of our Dolly, while we were away. We got daily photos of our sweet pup playing with her and other puppies. Miss Ritta was detailed and wanted Dolly to feel right at home with her. She took great care of Dolly.”

“Very polite and punctual when picking up my fur baby. She communicated very well and sent pictures showing how much fun my baby was having!!! Will definitely be reaching out again when we need another sitter!!”

“Thom was the absolute BEST dog sitter I have ever had. And I have been using rover for years! He sent me frequent pictures, videos, and updates of my girl while she was there. He took amazing care of her and handled her high energy so well! He is extremely knowledgeable about dogs and so kind. I have never felt more comfortable leaving my girl with a new sitter. I recommend him to everyone!”
