“Mikayla & Skyler we’re absolutely great with my Sheltie, North! I could tell from the time of drop-off to the pickup that they loved dogs and North got adjusted and settled right away. I received daily updates while I was away and was never concerned for a minute because North was in very good hands. I will definitely rebook with them for all my dog sitting needs!”

“Ashley was amazing with Sadie!! It was an emergency situation for us and Ashley made me feel so comfortable leaving our fur-toddler with her and her family! Ashley was so kind and had nothing but great photos and updates to send us throughout the week. We will definitely book with Ashley when needed in the future!”

“We were heartbroken when our normal sitter we found on here moved away! We tried a few others on here and none loved them like Jessica did… until now! She has become our new favorite dog person!”

About: My name is Annabell, and I'm a self-proclaimed animal lover with years of pet sitting experience. I grew up surrounded by pets of all shapes and sizes, and I've always had a soft spot for furry friends. I’m currently working part time at the animal shelter I specialize in caring for dogs and cats, but I'm also comfortable with small mammals, reptiles, and even the occasional exotic pet. I'm always up for a challenge, and I love learning about new animals and their unique needs. One of the things that sets me apart from other pet sitters is my ability to connect with animals on a deeper level. I pride myself on being able to read an animal's body language and understand their needs, even if they can't tell me in words. I'm also experienced in administering medication, so you can rest assured that your pet is in good hands. I know that pets are more than just animals - they're family members - and I treat them with the same love and care that I would want for my own pets. When I'm not pet sitting, you can usually find me exploring the great outdoors with my own furry friend. I'm an avid hiker and nature lover, and I believe that spending time in nature is just as important for pets as it is for humans. If you're looking for a fun-loving and experienced pet sitter who truly cares about your furry friend, look no further. I can't wait to meet you and your pet! I understand trust is a big factor in finding the right sitter. I always do meet and greets beforehand to make sure you and your pet are comfortable with me. In my time of being a pet owner myself and professionally sitting I have a developed a high understanding of the care, temperament and just fun activities for the the doggos and cats to enjoy! ( and of course all your farm, exotic and aquatic friends)
“This is our 2nd time using Erica & we're just as pleased. When we found out we were going to need to board our dogs last minute, I was thrilled to see her calendar was open. She really worked with us on drop off & pick up and she keeps me posted about all of the fun they're having. She'll always be our go-to!”

“Ms. Rita was fantastic! She was very welcoming. She sent many videos and pictures throughout the day and was very responsive. We were late getting back from our trip and she was very accommodating to that as well. Rex was happy and I think he would have stayed and ran the yard longer if I would have let him. Haha. She also sends home a cute little treat bag. Would highly recommend trusting Rita with your fur babies.”

“Love that we have someone we can trust with our fur baby! Cassandra is so good with our Pepper who is always so excited to see her. Cassandra was even great about being flexible with time for us. 💯 recommend her!”

“Elizabeth last minute took my request to watch my brand new puppy. I really needed to work out of town after Christmas expenses. She immediately replied back and was accommodating due to this last minute decision. She sent me updates pictures and always replied immediately when I checked in. Thank you again Elizabeth for taking such good care of my Henry!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Mount Carmel
Carly was an excellent choice for our dog Sandy. Carly provided pictures and updates daily which put our minds at ease during our vacation. We had previously used boarding kennel businesses which were loud and smelly. Sandy seemed so much more at ease with Carly and seemed to be right at home there. It was a very positive experience and we will definitely use Carly's pet sitting service again.

Jennifer and her family were absolutely amazing. She's very obviously a dog lover and our two dachshunds almost seemed reluctant to leave when we picked them up. We were so pleased with the care and attention our pups got staying with Jennifer and we would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you so very much, Jennifer and family. Brian and Brenda Greenleaf
Natalie was amazing! Super nice, knowledgeable about dogs and boarding, and so welcoming! Our doggo Jordi took a liking to her immediately and we were so happy to leave him in the care of a loving family instead of a nameless/faceless boarding facility. Jordi only stayed one night, but we received multiple photos and videos and messages about his activities and it was such a relief knowing he was so well cared for. We will definitely use Natalie to board Jordi in the future when the need arises again and we will be recommending her to any friends in need of pet sitting as well. Thank you so much, Natalie!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
