“I was traveling in the area and needed a place to leave my dog for a week. Cassy was great. She responds quickly to email making communication easy. She sent plenty of pictures showing me the space. The kids were an extra plus because they seem to love dogs and promised to give River lots of attention. The only down side is the back yard is very small so I'm not sure how much running River could get in each day. I would use Cassy again if I return to the area.”

“Ryan’s availability and quick response time was so helpful. He loved on our babies just like we would and gave great updates. Through the wonderful pictures I knew our babies were having a good time and were well looked after.”

“Ann was always available when I needed reassurance that Izzy was ok. First time ever boarding my puppy and she warmed up fast to Ann. Will definitely use her again!”

“Our first time ever using Rover and Krystal made this process so easy and was an absolute life saver after last minute needing someone to keep our doggy! She kept us updated on Mav everyday… sent pictures AND videos!! Maverick was very nervous being in a new environment and scared of the bad thunderstorms but Krystal definitely did it all to keep his mind occupied and let him know he was safe… that made us feel so good! Thank you for caring our pup❤️❤️❤️”

“Highly recommend! Kristy was absolutely incredible with our girl Star! This was our first time leaving her with someone other than family, so we were a bit nervous. Kristy sent us multiple updates and pictures. She was very accommodating to our shy girl. Star was skiddish at first, but by the end of the stay she bloomed into her playful, loving self! We are so thankful for Kristy and will definitely book with her again in the future!”

“Shawna, has done an excellent job with my two Shih Tzu poodles. She has had them longer than expected and accommodated me through a major surgery that had some hiccups. Her attention to detail with your dog is outstanding. She is an hour and a half for me and his well worth the drive for me to leave them there because I know they’re taking care of. She sends plenty of pictures so you’ll know how much fun your dog is actually really having with her.”

“Luna had the BEST time with you, and you definitely spoiled our sweet girl!❤️ thank you so much for taking care of her, we will DEFINITELY be booking with Shannon again!”

“Elizabeth has always been great and very accommodating! Her family has been a great place for us to leave our dog Lexi. We have left our dog there multiple times and will definitely again when we are back in the area.”

“Kathy is truly amazing! My hound dog is not like other dogs and needs a lot of reassurance, love and space to feel space! Kathy provides just that environment. She responded to me promptly each time I check in on keepsake and made sure he was happy and well cared for! I can’t thank her or recommend her enough!”

“Our dog took to Joan immediately and we picked up a happy fur baby. The regular updates with pics (including holiday-themed) were much appreciated. Everything was cleaned and ready to go when we arrived. Jasper will be back to enjoy time with Joan. Thank you!!”

“Viviana is amazing with my dogs. I’ve used her several times now. They get so excited when we pull in the driveway. I love getting pictures from her throughout their stay and she is always quick to communicate with me. I would highly recommend booking a stay!”

“Kat was more than amazing! We left our pup with her for 10 days and she not only took amazing care but also documented all of her food intake and stool health. Constantly took pictures! I’m sure this will not be the last time we leave our pup with Kat. We couldn’t have chosen a better sitter!”

“Erin was graciously able to help me out on a short notice. She sent photos of the dogs to let me know how well they were setting in - that was very comforting to see they were doing well. Thank you for being so kind and helpful. I highly recommend her.”

“Mort thoroughly enjoyed his time hanging with Dexter, Nicole & the rest of the gang. New to the area and happy to have found a great sitter with frequent updates to help alleviate any angst.”

“Tracy has to be the best Rover sitter we have ever had!!! We were lucky to find Tracy as we needed next day pet sitting for our pup. She was quick in communication and gladly accepted our last minute request. Upon drop off she clarified on his routines and any special dietary needs. Throughout the stay, she sent sooo many cute pictures of our pup having the best time (tongue out is a great indicator)!!! She even checked in asking if it is unusual if he does not eat all his kibble during a meal. All around best dog lover and also the kindest human being. I would definitely entrust and recommend Tracy to anyone needing a Rover recommendation in the area!”

“If you are looking for a reliable, responsive and trustworthy sitter, look no further! Breanne showed up on time for drop in visits, sent a lot of pictures and was super caring. Even very detailed in how each drop in visit went which was amazing to hear when out of town. I would recommend her to any of my personal friends and family and use her again. Scout also is a 82-83 pound ball of energy, couldn’t have asked for anyone better to look after and play with him.”

“Rachel was great with our cat Skippy! He’s a little high maintenance but she was a total pro. This was our first time using rover and we were nervous but Rachel came over for a pre visit and after talking with her we knew Skippy was in great hands. Will be booking with her in the future!”

“Krystal was absolutely amazing! I had a cross-country move during which everything that could go wrong DID go wrong. Krystal was compassionate and flexible, and the one thing I didn’t have to worry about was whether Max was safe and well cared for. He is a city cat, so he gained a new appreciation for chicken watching, and her kiddos kept him snuggled and loved. They are a good distance from my new home, but I will make the trip for Krystal to keep him when I go out of town. She and her family were a true blessing when I needed help caring for Max. I will always be grateful.”

“She was so great to our 3mo pup who had to come on vacation because she’s still too young for boarding. She was easy to communicate with, came to our cabin, and was very kind to our babe.”

“She stepped in for us last minute and was incredible! Our dogs were so well taken care of, and she kept us updated the whole time which meant a lot. It’s not easy trusting someone with your pets, but she made it completely stress-free. We’re so thankful she was able to help on short notice and would absolutely book with her again!”

“Jen was fantastic with our three cats. We recently moved to the area and didn’t know anyone. We trusted Rover and we were able to go on vacation with no worries at all. Thank you Jen. We’ll be back!”

“As always, Vanessa does a great job looking after my cat. She’s responsive and friendly and sends me pictures of my cat while I’m away. When I was away this week, she even opted to stay a little longer with him, just because. 👍🏻🐈”

“Tracy is absolutely amazing, and I highly recommend her! We were in Pigeon Forge for a baseball tournament and had booked a pet-friendly hotel. Unfortunately, our sweet Grayson experienced severe anxiety at the hotel, and I quickly realized he couldn’t be left alone in the room. Since this was my first time using Rover, I scheduled a meet-and-greet with Tracy. Grayson immediately felt comfortable with her, and so did I. She took him home with her for the day, and he did great. Tracy kept in constant communication and sent pictures throughout the day, which gave me so much peace of mind. We could not have asked for a better experience!”

“I had a church event to attend, but my plans for my dog Gibbs didn't work out. I reached out to Ryan for last-minute daycare, and he responded within 15 minutes saying he could take care of him for the day. I dropped Gibbs off and felt very at ease knowing he was with Ryan. Throughout the day, I received seven updates and pictures showing how Gibbs was doing. When I picked him up, he seemed happy and had been well looked after. I'm planning to drop Gibbs off again in two days. This is the second occasion that Ryan and his family have taken care of my dog, Gibbs. When I got there to drop him off, Ryan came out to greet him, and Gibbs was thrilled to see him. Throughout the day, I received both pictures and a video showing the fun he was having with the family's dogs. I believe that Gibbs really enjoys his time with Ryan and his family. He always seems joyful when I come to pick him up. I can easily tell he has had an exciting day since he sleeps very soundly at night.”

“Megan was amazing with Benji! She really cared and Benji warmed up to her right away. While we were gone, she kept us updated with check-ins and photos. It was clear that Benji had a great time. He was happy, relaxed, and was well cared for by Megan and her family. She is reliable, kind, and genuinely great with dogs. I’d definitely recommend Megan to anyone looking for someone trustworthy to watch their pup!”

This is a nightly performance review of my hospice management skills. “Shyann was so kind and patient with me as the owner and absolutely doted on Charlie. She sent me multiple updates and photos through the day so I knew Charlie was having as much fun away from me as possible. I felt so safe leaving Charlie with her. I highly recommend her!”

“Zach was great! He watched Sadie during the day for 2 days while we hiked. Dogs just sense things and I felt confident when she was wagging her tail when she walking in. And she was happy to be left there the next morning. Wish he lived in Iowa so I could have him care for Sadie more often. Thanks Zach your the best!”

“Kristy was amazing!! My times got all wonky and I dropped him off and picked him up a little later than we originally planned, and she was SO kind about it! Communicated very quickly and did wonderfully with Banjo. He came home nice and wore out from all the playing he did with Kristy:)”

“Sarah was AMAZING! She saved us on our trip to the smokies when we had nowhere to leave our 2 pups on the last day. She was super accommodating and best of all, our boys had the best time! If we’re in the area again, I would use Sarah again for sure knowing my babies are safe and happy too!”

“I highly recommend Tracey, she took such wonderful care of my girl, Roxy. About: I provide low-volume, personalized boarding for dogs who deserve more than a kennel experience. I intentionally accept only a small number of dogs at a time so every pup receives plenty of attention, supervision, affection, and individualized care. I’ve cared for animals my entire life, including dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, parakeets, and reptiles. As a dental student, attention to detail, communication, and responsibility are a huge part of who I am. One of my favorite parts of pet sitting is getting to know each dog’s unique personality. Whether your pup is energetic, shy, cuddly, food-motivated, or has a very specific routine, I take the time to learn what makes them comfortable and happy so they can truly enjoy their stay. A typical day includes plenty of outdoor playtime in my large fenced backyard, lots of attention, couch naps, treats (with owner approval!), enrichment, and quality one-on-one time. Every dog is different, so I tailor the day to their personality and energy level. Some dogs want to spend hours running around the yard, while others are happiest curled up next to me while I study. Either way, they’ll be included in my daily routine and treated like part of the family. My goal is simple: I want your dog to be excited when they arrive and exhausted from fun when they go home! Your dog’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I have a large fenced backyard for secure outdoor play and closely supervise all interactions. Before every stay, I take time to learn your dog’s routine, feeding schedule, sleeping preferences, medications, and any special needs so I can provide the smoothest transition possible. I also provide frequent photo updates and communication throughout the stay because I know how important peace of mind is when you’re away from your pet. My goal is for both you and your dog to feel completely comfortable and cared for.

About: I was raised in a household where dogs and cats were always part of the family, which helped me develop a deep passion for their well-being from an early age. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience in caring for both species, understanding their unique needs and personalities. My knowledge extends to administering oral medications safely and effectively, always ensuring the animal is comfortable and stress-free during the process. I make it a priority to provide plenty of comfort and affection, as well as engaging playtime tailored to each pet’s preferences, helping to keep them both happy and healthy. This lifelong experience has made me attentive, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting the health and happiness of dogs and cats alike. With my flexible schedule, pet care easily integrates into both my daily and weekly routines. I am able to adjust my availability to meet the needs of each animal, ensuring meals, medication, exercise, and affection are provided at consistent times that suit their habits. This flexibility allows me to devote focused attention during morning, afternoon, and evening hours, whether it’s feeding and playtime or walks and grooming. On a weekly basis, I plan for deeper cleaning and enrichment activities, such as refreshing litter boxes, rotating toys for stimulation, and scheduling longer walks or social outings for dogs. My adaptable approach ensures that every pet receives the care and companionship they deserve, regardless of my other commitments, making their well-being a top priority throughout each day and week. Providing a safe environment for the animals is fundamental to their well-being and peace of mind. This includes ensuring that the living spaces are free of hazards, such as toxic plants, accessible electrical cords, or small objects that could be swallowed. Safety measures like secure fences for dogs and proper window screens for cats help prevent accidents and escape attempts, allowing pets to relax and feel protected in their surroundings. The importance of a safe environment extends beyond physical safety—it also reduces stress and anxiety, which can impact both behavior and health. When pets know their space is secure, they are more likely to thrive, exhibit positive behaviors, and form trusting bonds with their caretaker. By prioritizing safety, I create a nurturing atmosphere where every animal can enjoy comfort, companionship, and the freedom to play and explore without worry.

I live in absolute terror. I am a combat medic and hostage negotiator. I’ve seen it all. I am fully prepared to administer any specialized food, sketchy medicine, or spiritual exorcism required. What can I do for you?
“Wonderful. Communication was key- sends updates and pictures! Our dogs were very happy and exercised! Rachel is willing to jog/run with your dogs, not just walk them!! She made us feel very comfortable. We will definitely be asking Rachel to care for our pets again in the future.”
About: I have experience with all different types of pets and have paid experience the past six years. I will make sure your pet stays on their routine and feels happy and loved while you’re away. During sits my wife tends to join me. She’s also very experienced with animals and has farm and exotic animal experience. If this is something you are not comfortable with, I am happy to adjust this. I am taking some time to start my own business with my wife. So there’s plenty of time and attention to go around. Most of my work can be scheduled around Rover. If I am housesitting however I may have to leave for a few hours at a time but usually no longer than 3 or 4 so that your pet gets the maximum amount of attention possible. Safety is always a top priority and your pups will always be kept on the same type of schedule they have when they are with you to ensure they aren’t thrown off their routine when you return.
About: I’ve cared for all kinds of pets throughout my life and often helped friends with theirs as well. Animals have always been a big part of my world, and I truly love spending time with them. I’d be honored to give your pet the same love and care I give my own, and I hope to be the one you trust with your best friend! I am currently unemployed so I am almost always available. I have a dog of my own that I will have to go home and see sometimes if I am house sitting. Just give me a message and we can discuss details and figure out what works best for both of us. At my home, pets are treated like part of the family with lots of love, playtime, and snuggles. I do my best to keep their routine close to what they’re used to so they feel comfortable and happy. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow your instructions carefully—whether it’s feeding, walks, meds, or just extra belly rubs to make sure your pet feels safe and cared for while you’re away.
“Jennifer Grace was amazing! Everything from the initial communication and booking to meeting ahead of time to the actual dog sitting with A+. She’s very accommodating, flexible, and personable. The pups loved her. Thank you!”

“Jasmine was great! I had a last minute request for a long walk / play date for my husky and she was not only quick to respond to my request but she really took my request to heart by ensuring my husky was nice and tired afterwards and she sent lots of pictures and videos of her dogs and my husky having a great time. Would definitely work with her again.”

About: I'm a veterinarian out due to an injury. Missing the interactions with fur babies! I'm slowly getting back to work but until I'm full time again I'd like to help people out by caring for their beloved pets! I will treat them as my own and communicate with the owners as often as they want! No animal is off limits! They will be in great hands. I'm home most of the time aside from occasional doctors appointments and occasionally work shifts (currently very part time) I have 3 cats and 1 dog myself. Other than working with animals as a veterinarian, my own pets are a full time job. They bring me such joy and entertainment. Even as an adult, if I pass someone with a pet I will always stop to ask to pet it. I'm extremely detail oriented. I'm always observing behavior and their regular routine. If something seems off I will address it and communicate it immediately. My love for animals is my life's work.

“Ann was always available when I needed reassurance that Izzy was ok. First time ever boarding my puppy and she warmed up fast to Ann. Will definitely use her again!”

“Luna had the BEST time with you, and you definitely spoiled our sweet girl!❤️ thank you so much for taking care of her, we will DEFINITELY be booking with Shannon again!”

“Viviana is amazing with my dogs. I’ve used her several times now. They get so excited when we pull in the driveway. I love getting pictures from her throughout their stay and she is always quick to communicate with me. I would highly recommend booking a stay!”

“Elizabeth was the most lovely dog-sitter for our 2 English Springer Spaniels!! It felt like we were leaving them with a family friend. She let us do a meet and greet to answer any questions beforehand, and she was attentive to their unique needs all throughout their stay. Drop off/pick up was easy, and bonus - her home is v close to the airport. Our dogs are our babies, so it feels so good to know they were safe and happy at Camp Elizabeth! They especially loved their walks with her along the greenway. Elizabeth is a true dog lover - her thoughtful care of our babies gave us peace of mind. Her partner also enjoyed lots of love from our silly noodle pups. Excited to book another stay with her for our next trip!”

“Lauryn has a wonderful dog-loving heart. My Minnie had not been away from me much, but Lauryn was patient with her and did everything she could to try to make her comfortable. Lauryn has a sweet family that is so kind and accommodating to dogs!”

“Joseph was wonderful with taking care of our girl! He provided daily updates and made sure Tilly was active and entertained. Already have another booking with him!”

“Mojo loves socialization, so he really seemed to enjoy his stay with Kiki's 6 dogs, cat and toddler! The sweet photos were so reassuring. I was concerned because the fence on the property was a corral type used for horses and was not secure for an escape artist dog and runner such as Mojo. But Kiki took him out on a leash several times throughout the day as she does with some of her own dogs and it worked out fine, especially with lots of rain. Bottom line is that Mojo was well cared for and loved on like by experienced dog handlers who treated him like a furry family member. Unless your dog requires free runs, Kiki's is a perfect place to board your dog.”

“This was my first time using this service. I was a little nervous but Sydney made it so easy! She is wonderful. I would completely trust her with any of my animals. She was able to watch our puppy with very short notice. I definitely wish we lived closer because we felt very safe dropping our baby off to her!”

“Somer did an amazing job looking after my 14-year-old beagle mix. It’s hard leaving a senior behind but Somer put my mind at ease. I’d recommend her to anyone and will definitely be booking with her again!”
