“Rocky had a wonderful time with Sasha and Kyzua. Sasha was very communicative and sent lots of cute pictures. It was very comforting to know he was being well loved and taken care of while we were gone. Rocky is looking forward to his next stay.”

“Jennifer is an amazing sitter. Our pup adores her and she is our first choice when we need to leave our little guy. We highly recommend your pet to her loving and efficient care. 🐶❤️”

“Sheila and her family took amazing care of my dog this weekend. She was great about sending updates and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. My pup came home happy and clearly well-loved. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter. Will definitely book again!”

“Goose was well taken care of! She came back happy and tired after lots of play and snuggles! Had to change times last minute and Jennifer was super flexible!”

About: I always took care of dogs for family and friends while they travel. We don’t have pets of our own currently, so know that your pet will get a lot of love from us. I am currently working from home and usually just leave the house to take my son to daycare and pick him up. I can take your dog out as many times needed for walks and bathroom breaks during the day. We live in a townhouse, with no fence. So we will always need to go out on a leash. I do have a 2 year son, so your pet needs to be good and/or used with kids. We don’t own any pets so you can rest assured they won’t have any problems with that.

“Morgan and Matthew were amazing!! We truly cannot recommend them enough! Morgan sent us SO many updates and pictures and we knew our Rex was being so well loved while we were away!! If they’re available, you would be hard pressed to find better sitters for your dog!!”

“Courtney did such a great job taking care of Rip for the night and watching him for a day while I was away at work. Took him out on lots of adventures and provided lots of pictures and feedback the whole time he was with her. Will definitely use her again!”

“Abi is such a great sitter! Even if she has 3 golden retrievers at the same time she makes sure they all got the attention, walks, potty breaks and treats they all need. She made sure they all had a golden time and she deserves a golden review!”

“Absolutely phenomenal! This was one of the best rover experiences we have ever had. She was so amazing with the dogs but even more than that Amanda was beyond helpful and kind with handling our wonky weekend with changing plans. She sent photos of the doggies throughout the stay and was great with updating us over the weekend. Could not recommend enough!”

“Kathy was great! Kept us up to date on how Sadie was doing - it was her first time staying with Kathy too so we greatly appreciated it. Our dog was safe and happy for her entire stay :)”

“Thank you Diane for taking such great care of my dog. Charlie is a skittish miniature poodle mix that does not connect with everyone. Diane made her feel at home and sent pictures. I would definitely recommend Diane and we will be using her again.”

“Amber did an amazing job watching my dog Reese’s. So much so that my dog is bored now at my house. Reese’s got to hang out with ambers dogs, go on tons of walks, and visit the park. Amber also sends a “report card” of sorts with info about bathroom breaks, meals eaten, and photos from the day. Overall, amazing caretaker!”

“Bijayata was amazing! She kept me updated daily and sent adorable pictures multiple times throughout each day. Prue was clearly happy during her stay and had the best time. It eased my nerves knowing she was being well taken care of and was comfortable while I was away. I will definitely book Bijayata every time I’m out of town, no question.”

“Mary Anne was so sweet and my dog was well taken care of. Daily updates and I could tell that Kimmy was calm and stress free when I picked her up. Would definitely trust Mary Anne to take care of my dog again. Also her home is in close proximity to the airport so it was quick and easy to pick up my doggie after my flight home. You can tell that Mary Anne loves dogs and will treat yours well.”

“Leigh Ann and her family took wonderful care of my pup Hugo. I was able to book a last minute stay and she was very accommodating to schedule a meet and greet within 2 days of me needing a sitter. She sent steady updates of my pup’s stay with pictures and activity updates. They played with Hugo, took him for walks and played with him in the fenced in backyard. I could tell when I picked Hugo up he was very well taken care of and would have loved to have stayed longer! I look forward to having Leigh Ann and her family watch Hugo in the future.”

I love all pets and do all that is required to care for pets of all ages, breeds, sizes, and temperaments.
“Casey Anne is literally the best Rover sitter I’ve had, and I’ve had quite a few. She was so helpful and accommodating to my needs and my cat loves her. I will be using her again and highly recommend anyone to use her. Thanks so much!”

“Desiree was a great sitter for our two cats. She checked on them daily while we were away and shared cute pictures. We know they were well cared for over our long trip. Even better as cat owners, we came home to a very clean cat area which isn’t easy to maintain given how quickly litter can track. We would absolutely request Desiree again and 10/10 recommend for anyone else looking for a sitter.”

“Khara is soooo kind and easy to work with! My pets absolutely loved her and she was so good with them, I have a high energy german shepherd and a cat. I’d highly recommend her if you need any help with your animals and you want someone you can trust 😄”

About: Hi! I'm Rachel, a recent College of Charleston graduate with a B.A. in psychology. I have spent the last 16 years raising and caring for dogs. Animals have always been a significant part of my life, as my family dog even helped me take my first steps. I started dog sitting in my neighborhood when I was 10 years old and haven't stopped since. One neighbor invited me over every Tuesday to meet her new foster puppy of the week, which is how I adopted my first puppy, Rocky. During my senior year of high school, I got my second dog, Sadie, who has taught me as much as I have taught her. My experience extends beyond my pets, as friends and family come to me for help with training their new puppies and to take care of their pets while they are away. Whether you have a playful puppy or a sweet senior, I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all ages. If you're looking for a sitter who truly understands dogs and will love your pet as if they were my own, I’d love to help! I am currently looking for job opportunities so my schedule is wide open. Let me know what works best for you and your pet, and I will be happy to accommodate your needs. I live in a two-bedroom condo with my 9y/o dog Sadie, who loves having new friends around. I also have a neighborhood dog park just a short walk away, where I take her to run around and get her energy out. We also have lots of great walking paths and parks around us to explore. Whether your dog stays with me or I care for them in your home, I can follow your routines and will prioritize their safety and comfort above all else.

About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was little. We always had a dog growing up and he was primarily my responsibility. Once I moved out of home, I immediately got a dog of my own - he has since passed of old age, but, about a year ago, I adopted a little puppy from a rescue and she is the absolute light of my life! I still look after my parents 2 doodles, and my brothers 2 huskies from time to time. I have a tun of experience with dogs of all temperaments and sizes, and truly have a bleeding heart when it comes to these precious animals. What did we ever do to deserve them? I work part time from home so I have pretty decent open availability! Which my pup loves - more cuddles!! I love having more time to spend with her and look forward to spending it meeting new 4 legged friends 🧡 At my apartment I have a fenced in dog area that I take my little one to. She loves to be able to just run around and let loose. She is great with other dogs and is always looking for a new friend. She definitely gets lonely sometimes here all by herself. We go over to my dads a lot so she can play with his dogs. It's basically her world and I'm just living in it. I let her on the bed and furniture, because life is too short for these guys - and I don't mind doing laundry a little more often!

“Alyssa could not have been more wonderful. She was great with Shay, came through in an emergency like a champ. We are so grateful for her, and will request her if we return to Charleston.”

“Rebecca truly loves animals cat and dogs. She sent pictures every day. I think my 2 dogs through they were at Disney World. They loved staying with Rebecca and her family.”

“Cali had a great stay with lots of walks and meeting new friends. We were sent tons of pictures with Cali on walks and hanging with friends. We were delayed on our way back and Richard was great and understanding of our situation and was happy to keep Cali until we could pick her up. Would definitely go back and would recommend to friends and family!”

“Vilma is what you call a dog whisperer! Our dog, Boss came home the same way we dropped him off. Boss was clean, happy, safe and fulfilled. We never experienced anyone providing Boss with the same love and care as Vilma. Thanks Vilma for everything and we will definitely be back!”

“Jack had a great time with Natasha for a weekend! We had something fall through and she was able to take us on a late notice. She was great with communication as well. We will be rebooking!”

“Danielle loves my dog Lady like her own. I know Lady is well cared for when she is with her. I love seeing all of the photos and videos she sends of their adventures and cuddle time. Highly HIGHLy recommend Danielle for anyone needing a sitter!”
