About: In my general pet-care description I included some brief information about my experience caring for cats, however, I believe this is my speciality. I am a very empathetic, thoughtful, and patient person and feel as though kitties can sense that. I have won over many strays, whom were difficult with any other humans. I have helped a stray mother birth her 5 kitties, including helping her push and cutting two of the umbilical cords. I have cared for many sickly kittens of my own and fostering, including bottle feeding and bathing and medicine administration. I feed and spend time with the 5 outdoor kitties (strays) in our neighborhood daily, simply because I enjoy it and feel as though they deserve love also:) Caring for cats is not just a hobby or a part of my life, it is something I go out of my way to spend my time doing and is a deep passion I feel as though I am called to partake in.
About: Tiger is my personal cat. I have shopped for her food, taken her to the vet, and fulfilled all her needs since I got her. I have her maintenance schedule to fill all her needs, cause no pets are low maintenance, it just means they aren't getting the care they need. Every four months her litter box gets deep clean, the box itself and scoop get washed. The litter box gets scooped twice a week. She also gets brushed twice a week, because not only does she enjoy it, but it reduces hairballs and promotes fur health (and less fur in the house!). I play with her a minimum of once a day, twice is the average though. She gets fed three times a day from wet food, and has a water fountain that gets a monthly deep clean. I do have experience giving her medication in her food along with her probiotic. Occasionally she goes for a leashed walk in the yard for extra stimulation. I have only cared for my own cat, but I am willing to go up and beyond for any cat.
About: Although I don’t have cats of my own, I’ve cared for cats for friends, family, and neighbors over the years. I’m comfortable with feeding, cleaning litter boxes, and making sure cats feel safe and cared for while their owners are away. About: I currently have 4 husky pups that are very well socialized and would love more friends to play with. I also work with rescue groups to help pups in need. I have never met a pup I didn’t love! I currently work from home. Your pet will hardly be in a create and will be treated just like one of mine. Many potty breaks throughout the day. I often get on the floor and play so they know I am part of the pack. Toys? Well let’s just say there is not a shortage of toys in the house. Every room we visit has a “toy box”. Treats? No shortage of those here either but, I like to make them earn them - like enforcing commands they already know and rewarding them for going potty. I have almost a half acre with a fully fenced in back yard. Your pet will go out multiple times a day. I also foster and rescue pups so I am very good with socializing new pups with mine. They have previously lived with smaller pups such as a Jack Russell and Yorkie and they loved them to pieces. They also attend “daycare” and “overnight camp” in order to keep them socialized. I also feel like meet and greets are important to ensure your pup(s) interact well with mine. Safety is my number one concern. As I have stated mine are well socialized and I want nothing more to help others socialize theirs as well. Safety is a top priority in my home. I do accept puppies you well you just need to message me separately is we can discuss. My yard is fully fenced in and almost a 1/2 acre. I stop my work day to play fetch it for them for about an hour.

About: We have experience working with pets since we have a small senior dog of our own. We also have experience working as a dog bather as well as having dog sat previously. one of us currently works part time leaving mornings and nights available for any walks and feeding need. The other works occasionally and is there when needed. weekends we a both available. We live on a dead end so not many cars pass by. We also have 1 senior dog who is small and tranquil. About: I have two male dachshunds. I have had the. since they were puppies. I had three, but my oldest passed away on Dec. 16, 2025. He was 13 years old and I have had him since I was 21 years old. My second oldest is 12 years old and the youngest is 4 years old. The dogs are allowed on furniture. We have ramps to help them onto the couch and they have a nice ramp up to a comfy window bed area. Our dogs love sleeping there and looking out the window. I am used to dogs with health issues. My oldest dog, Odie, had a very sensitive stomach and had to have a strict diet or he got pancreatitis. Our youngest has had back surgery and was paralyzed and slowly regained mobility. Taking care of dogs with health issues is not a problem for me. When booking with me. Let me know about your pets personality. Be specific with eating schedule. We have a big backyard that is perfect for exploring and running around. When the dogs get hot, we have a small pool that my dog Oscar loves to jump in to cool off. I am 35 years old and live with my husband, 40 years old. We have 2 kids. I taught Elementary School for 12 years and beginning 2026 resigned to stay home with my youngest. I will be home all day to make sure your dog is loved on and gets plenty of outside time. My dogs have a ramp leading up to the window where they also sleep on a platform. The perfect spot for small dogs to look out the window and sleep. I have 5 dog beds. Plenty to pick from. I do allow dogs on the couch. If it's okay with you. We have a BIG backyard and your dog will get lots of loves at my house. We are big dog lovers. I live with my husband and two children. I have a 6 year old and a 3 year old who are gentle with dogs. My 6 year old actually has her own dog. The youngest dachshund, Jack, is hers. They have a great bond and he always sleeps in her bed at night. Oscar likes to sleep in our bed.

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover based on a 10-acre homestead in Pageland, SC. I specialize in structured, safe boarding with supervised outdoor time and secure indoor accommodations. We have a brand-new 6-foot wooden privacy fence enclosing our backyard, providing a secure area for dogs to exercise, stretch, and explore during supervised potty breaks and play sessions. Guests stay in our large climate-controlled sunroom outfitted with seven kennels, giving each dog their own secure space to rest comfortably between outdoor time, meals, and enrichment. Crate rotation and routine breaks are built into our daily schedule, ensuring dogs have consistency and predictability. Crate & House Access Policy • Crating is standard when we are away or sleeping, and during rest periods. • Potty breaks are offered approximately every 2 hours during waking hours. • For older, calm, fully house-trained, non-destructive, and cat-friendly dogs, free-roam house access may be considered on a case-by-case basis with owner request and compatibility assessment. • Dogs with separation anxiety, destructive tendencies, or unsafe habits (counter-surfing, door-bolting, etc.) will remain on our structured crate schedule for their safety. Whether a pup thrives with structured crate rest or enjoys calm, supervised sunroom naps, we tailor stays responsibly rather than one-size-fits-all. I work full-time as an insurance producer in Monroe, NC from 8–5, Monday through Friday. I’m home all day on weekends, and during the week, my husband is at our homestead full-time and helps provide care and supervision. Since we work as a team, your pets will never be left alone for long periods. I’m also available for morning or evening drop-ins and walks depending on location and schedule! We live on a peaceful 10-acre homestead. We do not allow free play with other pets - so you know that your furry friend is safe and sound the entire stay! They will have supervised playtime with other pups from the same household, or with just our staff! Our top priority is a safe stay.
About: I’m the owner of Barnyard Pet Retreat. I do dog/cat boarding out of my own home. It’s my full time job so I’ll be with them at all times. I have multiple dogs of my own and I am home full time. So, your fur babies will be monitored and loved at all times! I have a great potty routine that my dogs are currently on. I have anywhere from small dogs to big dogs in my household so your fur baby will have a lot of company. I can cage your dogs if needed or my own for your fur baby’s comfort.
About: I have been raised with a pet by side. When I have born we had two brittany spaniels that have since passed on. In 8th grade, after they passed, we adopted another puppy brittany. A year later, we adopted another, to have our current pair of brittanys. So I have experience raising puppies as well. I play with them outdoors and indoors, brush them, clean up their poop, bath them, feed them, and train them. They also get taken on walks at the local forest preserve for stimulation. I have experience in caring for fish and snakes. Between dogs, I had my cat to keep me company. She is solely my cat, so she got the same attention as the dogs, plus I bought her toys, treats, litter, and food. Outside of my dogs I have pet sit goldens labs, goldendoodles, springer spaniels, and many other breeds. As in my headline, I don't think any animal is low maintenance. That just means the pet isn't getting the care it deserves. I had my cat at my dorm first semester, and I fed her breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I made sure to play with twice a day and we played birds on the tv for stimulation as well. I had a weekly schedule to brush her twice a week, and clean the litter box every Sunday and Wednesday. At home I would alternate playing with my dogs, training, and brushing them whenever possible. I can play indoors and outdoors. I can take the animal for walks. Clean up any potential messes, such as muddy dogs or if a cat has a hairball. I can accompany senior pets that need help eating. I can brush the animal. And feed them, and do basic training.

I was born and raised in Orlando, Florida, played baseball for 16 years both Varsity Highschool as well as Travel ball and in 2019 moved up here to North Carolina for my dads retirement and to be close to his side of the family. About: I’ve taken care of animals for 15+ years now, which include dogs, cats, birds, lizards etc. I thoroughly enjoy watching their personalities develop as I get to know them. My favorite thing to do is watch my own German shepherd running to catch frisbees or playing catch with our football. I have cared for puppies/kittens up until senior age. Your pets will have a separate room with or without a crate during any short errands that I may need to run. My teenaged son will assist with the care of your pet/pets. Your pets will have individual attention during part of the day with walks on my quiet neighborhood circle. Feeding time will be individual as well. They will enjoy play with my dog during supervised play time in my fenced back yard.
