You will receive many updates, photos, and videos. We highly recommend Daniel!”

She and her children treated my baby as part of their family, showering her with affection and attention. About: In my general pet-care description I included some brief information about my experience caring for cats, however, I believe this is my speciality. I am a very empathetic, thoughtful, and patient person and feel as though kitties can sense that. I have won over many strays, whom were difficult with any other humans. I have helped a stray mother birth her 5 kitties, including helping her push and cutting two of the umbilical cords. I have cared for many sickly kittens of my own and fostering, including bottle feeding and bathing and medicine administration. I feed and spend time with the 5 outdoor kitties (strays) in our neighborhood daily, simply because I enjoy it and feel as though they deserve love also:) Caring for cats is not just a hobby or a part of my life, it is something I go out of my way to spend my time doing and is a deep passion I feel as though I am called to partake in.

About: Although I don’t have cats of my own, I’ve cared for cats for friends, family, and neighbors over the years. I’m comfortable with feeding, cleaning litter boxes, and making sure cats feel safe and cared for while their owners are away. I understand that every cat has a different personality, so I’m patient and take the time to build trust, whether they’re playful or more shy. I’m reliable and always make sure pets are well taken care of.
About: I currently have a 4 year old Belgian Malinois. I used to accompany my sister when she started dog sitting, and as I have gotten older, I've branched out to dog sit on my own. I have gained recognition for my attention to detail, being compatible with most dogs, dog sitting for multiple breeds, caring for senior dogs, and handling pet medication with care. I have an incredibly flexible schedule to be there for your loved pets anytime! Being an owner myself, it feels second nature to care for your pets with love and care. Pertaining to my everyday schedule, I currently work remotely with an incredibly flexible schedule. I will care for your pets with consistent love, care, and attention. If you book with me, I appreciate your trust to allow me to be in your home and to take care of your loved pets.

About: My parents were both raised with cats but my mother’s allergy to their fur has kept my encounters limited. I started really understanding cats when my sister lived in an apartment with 3 cats. I now have a lot more experience with cats but I still find myself a little extra cautious because it isn’t second nature since I wasn’t raised around them. I have lots of experience with rescue animals because my family helps transport, foster, and support them. I have handled newborn kittens with their umbilical cord still attached, helped care for lots of goopy eyes, and handled cats & dogs of all temperaments, abilities, shapes, and sizes. I look forward to meeting your family and learning all their lovable quirks!

About: I grew up with two cats—A Maine Coon and Domestic Shorthair who lived into their twenties! More recently I’ve cat-sat for family on vacation on multiple occasions. I absolutely love cats! Working to hopefully afford to adopt one soon. :)

About: I've personally taken care of cats as long as I can remember, between my family members as well as my own cats! I currently have four rescue cats who have plenty of toys and treats in their own personal sunroom. Your cat will have the opportunity to play with other kitties, sunbathe, play with toys, and get treats.
About: Hey y’all! I’m Chloe, an experienced pet sitter and walker who loves caring for animals. Whether it’s daily walks or just some quality playtime, I’m here to keep your pet happy, safe, and comfortable. I tailor my services to meet your pet’s needs, and you can always count on me for reliable, loving care. Reach out to schedule a meet and greet! As a recent graduate from Clemson University, I have plenty of time to play with, walk, and take care of your pets before I start a masters program here! I will care for your pets in the same loving way that I care for mine! While watching them, their safety and happiness is my priority. If you choose the sleepover option, they will enjoy the company of both myself and my son (a friendly large cat).

About: I may only have 5 years of cat car experience but I’ve been taking care of cats since I was 9. I have always had a pet cat all throughout my life sometimes even up to 10 at a time so I truly do love working with cats.
“Our German shepherd (Zeus) is a very anxious, does not like other dogs, does not take treats from people either, some may say aggressive but really, he’s just scared.we needed to find a person that could handle him, in other words know how to take the lead, show him “it’s okay” . We were amazed at how quickly she created a bond with him! Jack has the talent/skill and knowledge for taking care of big anxious dogs and sassy ones too. Recommend 10 out of 10. Now we can take vacations!!”

About: Hi there! I am a loving, active dog sitter with years of experience caring for dogs of all shapes and sizes—from energetic little pups to gentle giants. Dogs aren't just pets for me; I love "working" with them, playing brain games, and practicing fun tricks to keep them happy and engaged. I have my own beloved 13-year-old female White Swiss Shepherd. Because my sweet senior lady is getting older, I'm not ready to bring a new dog permanently into my life just yet—but I have so much love to give, which is why I would love to help you out with yours! My Home & Routine: Always Supervised: I work from home, meaning your dog will have constant company, plenty of bathroom breaks, and endless attention. The Yard: I have a great garden for fresh air and stretching legs. Please note: It is currently unfenced, so I always supervise outdoor time and use long training leashes for safety. Special Care: Because of my experience with my own senior dog, I am completely comfortable and experienced with administering medication if your dog needs it. What I am looking for: Since I have kids, it is very important for me that your pup is fully comfortable and friendly with kids. I can't wait to treat your dog like a member of my own family! As a long-time Rover user, I know exactly what goes into providing excellent care. To give you peace of mind, I would be happy to meet you before you book! And! As a photographer, I also offer a mini-photoshoot for your dog—in addition to the regular updates and photos. I am always at home. Our children are at daycare during the day. But they are already looking forward to playing and cuddling with your dogs and my husband works from home. I have a garden, but no fence. Your dog is free to roam throughout the house. I will go for three walks: in the morning, at noon, and in the evening. If it is very warm at midday, I extend morning and evening walks so that your dog doesn't burn their paws. Our dog will be kept separate from yours.

“Boonie was very attentive, friendly and communicative. We did She sent me update and photos all day long to letting me know how my Barry was doing. This is new for us and I wanted to make sure my buddy was okay and having funny day. I highly recommend and we will use her again for sure. Thank you so much Boonie 🌺”

I treat every pet like part of the family and always follow their routine to help them feel at home while you’re away. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. “I was very happy with the care Sam received. Brenda is very patient and knowledgeable. Sam was very shy and she worked with that. He loved running with her. Her daughter was amazing with him. He followed her everywhere. He also got along with Brenda’s pets. I have already booked her again.”

“I have never left my 8-year old beagle, Cody with anyone other than immediate family, and I couldn't have been happier of the way Karlee and her dogs "kept a good eye" on Cody. Karlee got to experience how much of a cuddler Cody is, and it gave him a much-needed opportunity to interact with other dogs, especially dogs that are bigger. Karlee is a very "upbeat" and positive person, and a real dog lover, so I would recommend her to anyone in the Charlotte area.”

“Freddy had a great day with Monie along with her 2-legged and 4-legged family members! He made friends with everyone, enjoyed belly rubs, treats, adventures in the back yard and treats! Everything went really well - he will be back! I highly recommend Monie!”

“Sheila was awesome with my dog Walter. She was very patient and eager to learn about him and his quirks. She was very patient and gave Walter time to acclimate to the environment slowly. I would definitely recommend her to care for your pup!!”

About: I currently have 4 husky pups that are very well socialized and would love more friends to play with. I also work with rescue groups to help pups in need. I have never met a pup I didn’t love! I currently work from home. Your pet will hardly be in a create and will be treated just like one of mine. Many potty breaks throughout the day. I often get on the floor and play so they know I am part of the pack. Toys? Well let’s just say there is not a shortage of toys in the house. Every room we visit has a “toy box”. Treats? No shortage of those here either but, I like to make them earn them - like enforcing commands they already know and rewarding them for going potty. I have almost a half acre with a fully fenced in back yard. Your pet will go out multiple times a day. I also foster and rescue pups so I am very good with socializing new pups with mine. They have previously lived with smaller pups such as a Jack Russell and Yorkie and they loved them to pieces. They also attend “daycare” and “overnight camp” in order to keep them socialized. I also feel like meet and greets are important to ensure your pup(s) interact well with mine. Safety is my number one concern. As I have stated mine are well socialized and I want nothing more to help others socialize theirs as well. Safety is a top priority in my home. I do accept puppies you well you just need to message me separately is we can discuss. My yard is fully fenced in and almost a 1/2 acre. I stop my work day to play fetch it for them for about an hour.
“Sarah and her family have a beautiful home and an amazing backyard for the pups! Her dogs are very sweet and Gracie had lots of attention and play time. Communication was also excellent. I highly recommend Sarah and her family. Thanks guys!”

About: I’m a 19 year old student at UNC Charlotte and have grown up with dogs my entire life, so caring for animals comes very naturally to me. I’ve also dog and cat sat many times for friends, family, and others, including feeding, walking, playing, and overnight care. I’m comfortable with pets of different sizes and personalities, and I always make sure to follow routines closely so pets feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I’m reliable, attentive, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine. I have classes in the mornings until around 12, which leaves me free for the rest of the day and evenings. I’m available for check-ins, feedings, walks, and overnight stays with pets throughout the afternoon and night. I’m also flexible with my schedule and can adjust to meet a pet’s specific routine, whether that means multiple visits a day or staying longer to make sure they’re comfortable and cared for. When caring for pets in my clients’ homes, I always follow their specific instructions closely to keep their pet’s routine as consistent as possible. I make sure pets are fed on time, have fresh water, get plenty of attention, and any other care they need like walks, playtime, or litter box cleaning. “Alison came to our rescue with a last minute booking and she was great with both of my pups. One is very anxious and slow to warm up to people but warmed up to her really quick! Will definitely use her in the future :)”

“Hannah was excellent with our animals. Whenever we had to make different accommodations she was very responsive and able to meet our needs. I will definitely be rebooking with Hannah as she took great care of our animals and they enjoyed her company as well.”

About: Loving and dependable dog walker with a big heart for furry friends and a true passion for what I do! I adore spending time with dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities, making sure each pup gets plenty of attention, exercise, and tail-wagging fun while their humans are away. Whether it’s a leisurely stroll or an energetic adventure, I focus on creating a safe, happy, and stress-free experience for every pet in my care. With a natural understanding of canine behavior and open, friendly communication, I build strong bonds with both dogs and their owners—so you can feel completely at ease knowing your beloved pet is in caring, trustworthy hands. I am currently self-employed as a furniture refinisher so my availability is pretty flexible. All I ask for is a little advance notice, if possible at least a day, for a booking or cancelation. I'm more than happy to send you photo/video updates of our adventures while your away so that you know your loved one(s) in good hands!
About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover based on a 10-acre homestead in Pageland, SC. I specialize in structured, safe boarding with supervised outdoor time and secure indoor accommodations. We have a brand-new 6-foot wooden privacy fence enclosing our backyard, providing a secure area for dogs to exercise, stretch, and explore during supervised potty breaks and play sessions. Guests stay in our large climate-controlled sunroom outfitted with seven kennels, giving each dog their own secure space to rest comfortably between outdoor time, meals, and enrichment. Crate rotation and routine breaks are built into our daily schedule, ensuring dogs have consistency and predictability. Crate & House Access Policy • Crating is standard when we are away or sleeping, and during rest periods. • Potty breaks are offered approximately every 2 hours during waking hours. • For older, calm, fully house-trained, non-destructive, and cat-friendly dogs, free-roam house access may be considered on a case-by-case basis with owner request and compatibility assessment. • Dogs with separation anxiety, destructive tendencies, or unsafe habits (counter-surfing, door-bolting, etc.) will remain on our structured crate schedule for their safety. Experience & Approach I’ve owned and cared for everything from hedgehogs and geckos to chickens, horses, and working-breed dogs. I’m comfortable with: • Medication administration (oral or topical) • Senior dogs • Puppies & house-training stages • Reactive or shy personalities • High-energy dogs who require clear routines • Multi-dog coexistence and safe rotations My husband runs his own business and is home most of the time, ensuring someone is almost always present for supervision, potty break intervals, and routine care. I am home evenings and weekends, and we work together to provide structure, security, and consistent monitoring. What You Can Expect • Individual crate spaces (no shared kennels) • 6-ft fully fenced private yard • Consistent potty break schedule (≈ every 2 hours) • Supervised outdoor time only • Optional house freedom only if fully compatible • Daily updates, photos, and communication We focus on safe, predictable, and tailored care based on each dog’s needs and the comfort level of their owner. Whether a pup thrives with structured crate rest or enjoys calm, supervised sunroom naps, we tailor stays responsibly rather than one-size-fits-all. I work full-time as an insurance producer in Monroe, NC from 8–5, Monday through Friday. I’m home all day on weekends, and during the week, my husband is at our homestead full-time and helps provide care and supervision. Since we work as a team, your pets will never be left alone for long periods. I’m also available for morning or evening drop-ins and walks depending on location and schedule! We live on a peaceful 10-acre homestead. We do not allow free play with other pets - so you know that your furry friend is safe and sound the entire stay! They will have supervised playtime with other pups from the same household, or with just our staff! Our top priority is a safe stay.
About: I’ve taken care of animals for 15+ years now, which include dogs, cats, birds, lizards etc. I thoroughly enjoy watching their personalities develop as I get to know them. My favorite thing to do is watch my own German shepherd running to catch frisbees or playing catch with our football. I have cared for puppies/kittens up until senior age. Giving medication, feeding, walking and loving on them. I’m currently working part-time to take care of your animals and will have fun playing and loving on them while being there. I work Monday- Friday. Mornings until mid afternoon preferred. I take high precautions when taking care of a dog in someone else’s home by playing with them, letting them potty or taking them for a walk when needed. As well as communicating with clients to ensure their animal is in great care.

About: My experience comes from owning my own pets (goats, chickens, ducks, dogs, cats, bunnies, guinea pigs, hamsters) and petsitting (yes, even even horses, pigs, snakes and bugs). In previous years, I fostered for countless animal rescue groups and shelters, whether it was just volunteering or fostering puppies or senior dogs in need. I currently own a pitbull/lab rescue, Cali, who I trust with few people. I completely understand the anxiety when it comes to trusting someone new to watch over your pup. This is why I prioritize communication, forming relationships with both pets and parents, sending frequent updates and paying close attention to details/routines provided to me. After each visit, you can always expect to find water bowls to be clean and full, leashes hung up and everything just as you left it except this time with a happy and tired pup! Please reach out with as many questions as you'd like, I look forward to hearing from you! I have a dog of my own, so pet care is already built into my routine and something I look forward to everyday. I'm also available for last minute needs and do my best to be as flexible as possible as I understand plans can change :) How I care for your pet depends entirely on the instructions you give me, I strive to follow your directions as closely as possible to ensure you, your pet and myself all have a great experience that is as similar as can be to your routine with them. With that being said, each pet I care for is treated as my own and will have my full attention when I am with them.

“Thanks for watching Finn for us again! One of the few sitters that we feel comfortable leaving Finn with. We enjoy the updates and pictures throughout his stay. We can always tell if Finn was treated well and had fun when we board him - and he came back super happy and excited today when we picked him up!”

“Elizabeth and Kevin did a spectacular job caring for Gil while we were on vacation, with regular daily updates and photos; it was evident that Gil was getting plenty of love and attention! All parts of the boarding and communication process were exceptionally well organized, from a meet and greet to drop off and pickup, and could not have gone more efficiently or smoothly. Highly recommended!”

Although Daniel doesn't have any pets of his own, he is very comfortable and experienced with all types of dogs. You will receive many updates, photos, and videos. We highly recommend Daniel!”
