“Our two older boys came with us to Charleston for a family vacation. Our accommodations were not pet friendly but I wanted them to be nearby as they can be anxious when alone for extended periods. Anna and her husband were great and kept us updated on our boys all week. I could tell they felt right at home. She made sure they had what they needed and her home was great for my boys and similar to what they were used to at home. She sent me frequent updates and photos throughout the week. About: I grew up with 2 dogs in the house and got my fur baby 11 years ago. I’ve been taking care of my own and helping other for over 10 years. Love being outside and letting our four legged family members get their much needed play time! Stay at home mom with a flexible schedule to help with walks/potty breaks during the day. Available most weekends to help sit and possible weekdays depending on how long of a stay is needed. I have an 11 year old Shepard mix who loves the company of another fur friend. We’re pros at beach zoomies, exploring trails at John’s Island County Park, and playing with our friends at the dog park. While we’re in the process of building a fence, our yard is tucked away off the road, next to a quiet driveway leading to a storage facility—plenty of space to play safely! Our dog (and yours, if you’re comfortable) then heads to work at the bicycle shop, where she’s the official greeter and mood booster, soaking up love from coworkers (furry ones and human ones) and guests. Midday breaks are all about chasing tennis balls and soaking in extra snuggles. After work, the real fun begins! We head to John’s Island County Park’s dog park or Beachwalker Park for epic sunset zoomies on the beach. Your pup will enjoy endless playtime, love, and adventure with us—it’s a tail-wagging good time every single day! Your dog(s) can join in on all the fun with the other pups and people or can be kept separate while still being comfortable, getting lots of play, and all the love they need!

My home is very clean, non-smoking, and your dogs will have free reign of the house as long as they are completely house trained/potty trained. If not (puppies), I love to help train them and they could either stay in a comfortable crate while I am away or at work or in an enclosed play pen if they are larger than my crate. They can't talk but always by your side, depend on you and love you like no other. Who wouldn't enjoy working working with them ! I'm very patient, loving and observant with animals. I believe after a while they just get comfortable with me because I'm not scared and I have the confidence that I'm a animal whisper lol. About: I’ve taken care of many kinds of dogs ever since I was 14. My neighbors, friends, and roommates have relied on me to take them on walks, feed them, and play with them. At my previous job I trained border collies and as well as some dogs at home. I’m currently full time, but I have a set morning and night schedule that I can easily work around to be able to care for your pets! I am also free to stay overnight as well. While I cannot offer to care for your pets in my home, I can easily care for them at your home by allowing them to see that I am a safe and friendly person. Each pet is differently and so I like to let them decide if they trust me and to read and determine what their behavior means. You know your pets best and I will make sure to adapt to the training you have set in place!

About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was little. We always had a dog growing up and he was primarily my responsibility. Once I moved out of home, I immediately got a dog of my own - he has since passed of old age, but, about a year ago, I adopted a little puppy from a rescue and she is the absolute light of my life! I still look after my parents 2 doodles, and my brothers 2 huskies from time to time. I have a tun of experience with dogs of all temperaments and sizes, and truly have a bleeding heart when it comes to these precious animals. What did we ever do to deserve them? I work part time from home so I have pretty decent open availability! Which my pup loves - more cuddles!! I love having more time to spend with her and look forward to spending it meeting new 4 legged friends 🧡 At my apartment I have a fenced in dog area that I take my little one to. She loves to be able to just run around and let loose. She is great with other dogs and is always looking for a new friend. She definitely gets lonely sometimes here all by herself. We go over to my dads a lot so she can play with his dogs. It's basically her world and I'm just living in it. I let her on the bed and furniture, because life is too short for these guys - and I don't mind doing laundry a little more often!
About: I’ve trained dogs to be crate trained, potty trained and leash trained. Haven't met many dogs who don't like me, especially after interacting with them more than once. Even the little chihuahuas that are ankle biters. Our doormat says "dogs welcome, people tolerated". Let me love your floofer, pupper, doggo or whichever term you use. Flexible career where I can make time to take care of your pups. Whenever I am needed or if they’re used to a specific schedule I can make happen. Treat your space and dogs as it’s my own. About: I grew up with 2 dogs in the house and got my fur baby 11 years ago. I’ve been taking care of my own and helping other for over 10 years. Love being outside and letting our four legged family members get their much needed play time! Stay at home mom with a flexible schedule to help with walks/potty breaks during the day. Available most weekends to help sit and possible weekdays depending on how long of a stay is needed. I have an 11 year old Shepard mix who loves the company of another fur friend. I also have a medium size dog crate if needed.
