“Our two older boys came with us to Charleston for a family vacation. Our accommodations were not pet friendly but I wanted them to be nearby as they can be anxious when alone for extended periods. Anna and her husband were great and kept us updated on our boys all week. I could tell they felt right at home. She made sure they had what they needed and her home was great for my boys and similar to what they were used to at home. She sent me frequent updates and photos throughout the week. “This was the first time I used Kim & Dylan for doggy daycare for Reba & Willow. We did have a meet & greet prior to our first day of doggy daycare & They were amazing with my dogs. Kim & Dylan were very accommodating & attentive to Reba & Willow. Reba can be a bit nervous and Willow can be a bit over excited and they made both dogs feel comfortable. I ALWAYS pick up the dog waste so no one gets hit with fees by your apt complex or an HOA. CATS Cat services include a drop-in visit with your cat(s). While there, I'll feed and check water supplies and clean feeding area as needed. The rest of the time will be spent on play time and cuddles so your cats are getting attention while you have to be away. I am American Red Cross certified in Pet CPR and First Aid and carry a pet first aid kit to all drop-in and visits.

Because of my flexible schedule, I’m able to adjust to each pet’s specific routine and provide consistent attention rather than long periods alone. Whether it’s regular potty breaks, medication timing, or just extra snuggles, I’m able to be attentive and responsive to each pet’s needs. Creating a safe, calm, and loving environment is my top priority. In my home, pets have access to a large, fully fenced backyard for supervised outdoor time and a medium-sized doggie door for easy potty breaks. I have two friendly small dogs who are well-socialized and do great with visiting pets. I also have four teenage children who love dogs and are gentle, respectful, and experienced around them. All interactions are supervised to ensure every pet feels comfortable and secure. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their routines closely and respect their space, keeping things consistent so pets feel safe and relaxed. About: Caring for animals has always come naturally to me. From a young age, I was the one looking after our family pets, and that love only grew over time. In 2020, I welcomed my own dog, Hoss. He quickly became my best friend and a true part of my family. Because of that bond, I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pets in someone else’s care, and I treat every dog and cat I watch with the same love, patience, and attention I give my own. Hoss now has a younger brother, Dooley, an English Springer Spaniel with a sweet and easygoing personality. Together, they help create a calm, welcoming environment for visiting pets. They love to play when another dog is interested, but they are also very respectful of dogs who prefer space, rest, or a quieter visit. My husband and I own a house in West Ashley with a doggy door that leads to a big fenced in backyard that allows the dogs to romp around. Both the greenway and a park nearby are within walking distance for our walks around the neighborhood. One of the things that sets me apart is the range of care I can provide. I have hands-on experience with puppies, including the patience and consistency needed during teething, house-training, and early routines. I also have experience caring for senior dogs, including administering medication, monitoring comfort levels, and making sure they feel safe, supported, and relaxed. Whether your pet is energetic and playful or older and in need of extra attention, I tailor my care to meet their individual needs. My husband and I also foster for local rescues, including Journey Home Alliance and Lowcountry Lab Rescue. Through fostering, we have worked with dogs who have separation anxiety and need extra reassurance, structure, and patience to come out of their shell. Helping those dogs feel secure and comfortable in a temporary home has been one of the most meaningful parts of my experience, and it has strengthened my ability to care for pets with different personalities, backgrounds, and emotional needs. I'm currently working from home, so I have more flexibility during the day for drop ins, walks, and boarding. I also have availability on the weekends. Between me and my husband, someone is generally almost always home. We have a fenced in yard with two animal friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. They are used to having animals come and go in our house through fostering rescue animals. Animals are treated like family in our home and are allowed on furniture. I can also easily crate your dog if needed while I am away from the house.

About: I don't have any professional experience aside from having pets of my own. I used to have two German Shepherds and have always had a cat. I currently just have one cat, but miss bonding with dogs. I am looking to do this part-time only. I do work full-time but find that it would be enjoyable to do this on the side. The cat I have is indoors only. She is regularly spoiled with treats, lots of affection, and often loves to jump on my kitchen countertops.
About: I grew up with dogs as well as volunteering at my local SPCA shelter. I’m a RN, so my schedule varies week to week. On my days off, I’m looking forward to making sure that your pets needs are met. I’m happy to spend extra walking and play time, and give medications if needed.
