Millie stayed with them for 5 days/4 nights so that we could visit relatives in MA. They bonded with her immediately at our Meet and Greet and nothing was too much for them during her stay; they made sure she got lots of tummy rubs and couch time combined with frequent games of fetching balls in their great backyard, sending frequent photos. Millie and their Heidi ended up being happy companions - after an early spat when Millie thought her dogfood was in danger - but Shannon and Mike quickly got that sorted out. They are very careful about dog safety which I really appreciate. Millie will definitely be returning!”

About: Our family raised and cared for our 15 year old Miniature Schnauzer baby until she recently passed the rainbow bridge. We have opened our home to puppies and adult dogs since her passing and have loved spoiling all of the babies big and small, young and old! I work from home and am able to provide constant love and attention to your babies inside the home. I also am extremely flexible and can come visit your babies at the times you request in your home and spend time with them outside or out of their crate. I have a fenced back yard and a neighborhood with sidewalks where I can walk with your babies if you want them to stay with me. About: I’ve owned multiple disabled dogs and can care for them. I’m also experienced in giving medicine to animals that may need it. grew up around a lot of different animals and I love spending time with new animals and seeing all the different dog and cat breeds. 😁 I stay at home and my schedule is very flexible, so the fur babies will get plenty of attention and love! About: I just moved to Charleston, but have been a pet sitter for many families in Georgia, Florida, and Colorado. I was a live in nanny for 2 years, and during that time, the family got a puppy that I helped take care of. I also have a senior cat who I rescued as a kitten. I absolutely love animals and have had many different pets throughout my life (bearded dragon, dog, cats, fish, bunnies, geckos, snake, turtle, etc.). I am a part time wedding planner and substitute teacher, so I make my own schedule. I have a 5 year old daughter that I drop off at school at 7:15am and pick up at 2:30pm, so I have the whole day to do whatever I need to do without her. She also loves pets, so if your pet likes children, she may join after school! I have a screened in patio and am on the first level in my apartment building. We have lots of trees/greenery in the complex and there are many parks nearby. If I am in your home, I will treat it just like mine. I do ask that my 5 year old daughter is welcome in your home for overnights, and she can stay in the same bed as me.

Kim & Dylan were very accommodating & attentive to Reba & Willow. Reba can be a bit nervous and Willow can be a bit over excited and they made both dogs feel comfortable. My home is very clean, non-smoking, and your dogs will have free reign of the house as long as they are completely house trained/potty trained. If not (puppies), I love to help train them and they could either stay in a comfortable crate while I am away or at work or in an enclosed play pen if they are larger than my crate. I have 2 pugs, Bentley & Bruiser. Bruiser is 9, and Bentley is 2. Both are sweet and love other dogs. Feel free to contact me with any questions! I’d be willing to have one more (well-behaved, house broken, and friendly) medium or small sized dog stay in my home for overnight visits. If your dog is well trained, they would be free to roam, sleep on the couch, etc. My neighborhood is perfect for long walks and I usually take my pups on about a mile long walk every day.

About: I’ve been around dogs for as long as I can remember and have had a dog of my own for most of my life. Growing up with dogs has given me plenty of experience with their everyday care, including feeding, walking, playtime, and giving them lots of attention and affection. I take my cats very seriously, if there is any sign of anything I’m immediately take them to the vet, I feed them twice a day with a mixture of wet and dry food and some probiotics! And I play with them for at least an hour a day!

“I can only really know how things went for my cat Teacup when she is boarded by how she behaves once she’s back home. After her 2 night stay with Natasha she seemed happy to be home, but otherwise very calm. Unlike other times when she meowed non-stop for 2 days as if she were trying to tell me all was not as it should have been. This time she hardly meowed at all. Natasha and her 2 daughters seem comfortable with both cats and dogs which of course reassures their guests that they are safe and loved. For Teacup that is everything. I think Teacup wouldn’t mind a return visit in the future. I can recommend Natasha for cat boarding.”

“Carla and her family were incredible hosts for our dog Arnold! She was very communicative, kind, and they have a lovely home with plenty of yard space for him to run around. We hadn’t left our dog with a sitter in quite a while, so I was nervous about leaving him, but Carla and her family left me feeling confident and excited about Arnold’s time there, and we were able to enjoy our trip without worrying about him! I don’t think Arnold wanted to leave! We will definitely rebook with Carla the next time we need a sitter.”

They clearly are very comfortable with all types of dogs (including our very high energy guy), have an incredible dog friendly home and neighborhood, and were so hands on engaging with our pup. Even though we were traveling across the country, we felt completely comfortable with him in their hands- they were super communicative with tons of pictures, videos and updates that made us smile. About: I have always had a home full of fur babies. Cats & dogs all rescued. I love animals and have been taking care of them for as long as I remember. “Amber did an amazing job watching my dog Reese’s. So much so that my dog is bored now at my house. Reese’s got to hang out with ambers dogs, go on tons of walks, and visit the park. Amber also sends a “report card” of sorts with info about bathroom breaks, meals eaten, and photos from the day. Overall, amazing caretaker!”
