“Sarah was so loving and thoughtful. She cared for our 3 special-needs dogs for a few days. They require a lot of work, especially since 2 of the 3 dogs are 15 years old. She did a fantastic job! We got daily photos and updates. The girls had long sniff sessions in her private fenced in yard, and they seemed to love every second. We love Sarah and couldn't recommend enough!! 5 ✨✨✨✨✨”

“Our three dogs stayed with Amanda and her family for ten days and had a great time. Plenty of play time outdoors with Amanda’s dogs and children. All three came home tired but happy. We felt very comfortable leaving pups with her and hope to book with Amanda again next time we travel. An A+++ experience from start to finish.”

In the past, we had a dog walker who loved on our dog just as much as us and it gave us so much peace of mind! I have a large yard in a quiet neighborhood with lots of walking trails. Please reach out! I am available every day for mornings, afternoon and night visits, walls and boarding! I am also available for last minute check ins late at night. I am available mornings, afternoons and evenings to check in on and/or stay with your pet. I can be available on an on call basis as well. About: I’ve loved dogs my whole life and grew up with a golden retriever and chocolate lab. During college, I worked for a family for three years who had a dog (pomski) that I regularly helped care for, and over the years I’ve also helped friends with dog sitting, walks, feeding, and keeping their pets company while they were away. I genuinely enjoy being around dogs and love getting to know each dog’s personality. I currently rent and can’t have a dog of my own right now, which makes spending time caring for other people’s dogs even more rewarding. As a remote worker with a flexible schedule, I’m able to provide dependable attention, companionship, walks, and care throughout the day. I work full time in a flexible remote position with limited meetings. This enables me to spend large chunks of time, take several walks a day, play with, and love on your pet. My flexible schedule allows me to give dogs consistent attention, supervision, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. I love to take pictures and give updates on your dog throughout the day.
“This was the first time I used Kim & Dylan for doggy daycare for Reba & Willow. We did have a meet & greet prior to our first day of doggy daycare & They were amazing with my dogs. Kim & Dylan were very accommodating & attentive to Reba & Willow. Reba can be a bit nervous and Willow can be a bit over excited and they made both dogs feel comfortable. Both dogs were very happy & tired when I picked them up. I highly recommend Kim & Dylan and I would not hesitate to use them for doggy daycare (again) or boarding.”

“Auntie Kelly took such wonderful care of my baby. I never had to question if he was ok the whole time. I received lots of pictures and plenty of updates. He was so happy when I picked him up. If we're ever in the area, she will be our go to sitter. Thanks Kelly!!”
“I swear Robert and Savannah might be the nicest people in all of South Carolina. The yard is great, their dogs are sweet, and I feel so good about having my boy Buck there all day. 5 stars all around!!! Thank you guys!”

“Alyssa watched my Goldendoodle, Roscoe yesterday. She was super communicative, sending me pictures and videos throughout the day. I could tell he was being very well cared for. He is scared of new people and other dogs, and she followed all of my directions on helping him through his big feelings. Thank you so much, Alyssa! I will definitely be using you again!”

About: I have been caring for pets my entire life! From the obvious dogs and cats, to obscure pets like snakes and hermit crabs, and everything in between! I am a huge animal lover, and believe in spoiling my pets with the best life possible. I currently have 3 fur babies of my own, and when your fur baby is with me, you can rest assured that he/she will be treated like family! I currently work from home fully remote, so I am home almost 24/7 to look after my own dogs and yours. They will get unlimited potty breaks and lots of supervised play time in the fenced back yard. They will also receive lots of love and snuggles of course. I have a large, 1/2 acre, fully-fenced backyard for your dog to run and play in. I also have 3 very friendly dogs of my own to keep your dog company. They love other dogs of all sizes and temperaments! My dogs are kept fully up-to-date on vaccines and flea medication, and don't go to dog parks or daycare so aren't exposed to contagious illnesses. We live in a very safe neighborhood and our house is protected with multiple security cameras.

“Rachel took great care of Snowy for the day. She was responsive and flexible when we arrived a bit early on both ends. Snowy loved playing with Bear and Panda, an added bonus!”

About: I am a teacher who LOVES animals, especially dogs. They will be treated like my own and will be in a safe and very comfortable environment. I tend to spoil them a bit. My home is very clean, non-smoking, and your dogs will have free reign of the house as long as they are completely house trained/potty trained. If not (puppies), I love to help train them and they could either stay in a comfortable crate while I am away or at work or in an enclosed play pen if they are larger than my crate. I have 2 pugs, Bentley & Bruiser. Bruiser is 9, and Bentley is 2. Both are sweet and love other dogs. Feel free to contact me with any questions! I’m a teacher and about to be off for the summer, so my schedule is pretty flexible for drop ins or walks. I’d be willing to have one more (well-behaved, house broken, and friendly) medium or small sized dog stay in my home for overnight visits. I have a very clean, smoke-free home, where my pets have free reign of the entire house, even while I am out. If your dog is well trained, they would be free to roam, sleep on the couch, etc. My neighborhood is perfect for long walks and I usually take my pups on about a mile long walk every day.
“Anna is the absolute best!! we have a very quirky dog and she knew exactly how to handle him, exactly how to care for him and treated him like gold! She is incredibly kind, has a great spirit and super positive attitude. We loved having Anna watch Wrigley and will always be our first call when we need a sitter! I can't recommend her enough, she's amazing!!!”

About: I spent several years working at a veterinary hospital and for a professional pet sitting company, so I’ve cared for just about every animal you can think of: dogs, cats, turtles, fish, goats, horses, you name it! I’m comfortable with all ages, from tiny newborns to wise seniors, and even those who require special care. I take a lot of pride in getting even the shyest, most skeptical animals to warm up to me. That’s honestly one of my favorite parts of the job! At home, I have a senior Shiba Inu, a cat, and three planted aquariums full of fish, shrimp, and snails, so animal care is truly a way of life for me. I’m available any day of the week, as early or as late as you need. Last minute requests are always welcome! I know how hard it can be to leave your babies with someone new. My goal is to make the whole experience as comfortable and stress free as possible. Pet sitting is my full-time focus right now, so my entire schedule is built around it. Early mornings, late evenings, weekends, whatever you need! I provide care in your home, so your pet stays in their own space with their own routine. I’m experienced with medications, special diets, and pets with various medical needs from my years in veterinary care.
About: Caring for animals has always come naturally to me. From a young age, I was the one looking after our family pets, and that love only grew over time. In 2020, I welcomed my own dog, Hoss. He quickly became my best friend and a true part of my family. Because of that bond, I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pets in someone else’s care, and I treat every dog and cat I watch with the same love, patience, and attention I give my own. Hoss now has a younger brother, Dooley, an English Springer Spaniel with a sweet and easygoing personality. Together, they help create a calm, welcoming environment for visiting pets. They love to play when another dog is interested, but they are also very respectful of dogs who prefer space, rest, or a quieter visit. My husband and I own a house in West Ashley with a doggy door that leads to a big fenced in backyard that allows the dogs to romp around. Both the greenway and a park nearby are within walking distance for our walks around the neighborhood. One of the things that sets me apart is the range of care I can provide. I have hands-on experience with puppies, including the patience and consistency needed during teething, house-training, and early routines. I also have experience caring for senior dogs, including administering medication, monitoring comfort levels, and making sure they feel safe, supported, and relaxed. Whether your pet is energetic and playful or older and in need of extra attention, I tailor my care to meet their individual needs. My husband and I also foster for local rescues, including Journey Home Alliance and Lowcountry Lab Rescue. Through fostering, we have worked with dogs who have separation anxiety and need extra reassurance, structure, and patience to come out of their shell. Helping those dogs feel secure and comfortable in a temporary home has been one of the most meaningful parts of my experience, and it has strengthened my ability to care for pets with different personalities, backgrounds, and emotional needs. Our home is a friendly and flexible space for pets of different temperaments. Both Hoss and Dooley are dog-friendly and know how to read another dog’s energy—if a guest wants to play, they are happy to join in, and if a guest prefers to relax, they are equally content to give them space. They are also cat friendly, so we are comfortable caring for households with feline family members as well. Our goal is always to make pets feel safe, loved, and at home while their owners are away! I'm currently working from home, so I have more flexibility during the day for drop ins, walks, and boarding. I also have availability on the weekends. Between me and my husband, someone is generally almost always home. We have a fenced in yard with two animal friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. They are used to having animals come and go in our house through fostering rescue animals. Animals are treated like family in our home and are allowed on furniture. I can also easily crate your dog if needed while I am away from the house.
About: I’ve had dogs in my life since I was 8 years old and have cared for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. Caring for animals is something I’m truly passionate about, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or simply providing companionship, my goal is to make every pet feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. I currently work full time as an ER nurse on the weekends and I’m trying to fill my time off by doing something that I’ve loved to do since I was a child. I’ll do my best to accommodate each family’s needs. Whether your pet needs a daily walk, or a drop-in visit, I’ll provide dependable, attentive care and make sure they receive plenty of exercise, affection, and one-on-one attention. Your pet’s safety and happiness are always my top priorities. I carefully follow each owner’s instructions, maintain a calm and secure environment, and provide constant supervision. I believe every pet deserves patience, kindness, and personalized care, and I’ll always treat your furry family member with the same love and respect I give my own pets.
About: As a former vet tech, I have a lot of experience caring for many types of animals (cat, dog, small and large animals). Which means I can administer medications, provide senior or special care services, and access any emergencies accordingly. I also have equine and farm animal experience and for those searching for help beyond the typical pet! My son aspires to work with animals as well, and so we decided to start a pet care business! Many pets are pleased to have the attention of multiple people when they’re missing their owners, however, if your pet is not a fan of children please let me know and I will attend to your pet without my son. We look forward to caring for your pets and building relationships with our community! We are available evenings and weekends, and because I am a teacher, we do have more availability during the holidays and summer and are generally in town. Because we have our own furry babies in the home (dog, cats, Guinea pigs), we currently do not offer in home care. We also do not offer overnights in another home. Sorry!
About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over 10 years, including my own, and I truly treat every pup like family. I’m comfortable with dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities, and I understand that each dog has unique routines and needs. One of my own dogs has diabetes, so I have hands-on experience with insulin injections, medication schedules, and closely monitoring health and behavior. I know how important consistency, patience, and attention to detail are when it comes to medical care, and I’m confident providing that level of care for other pets as well. Whether it’s walks, playtime, meals, or quiet companionship, I focus on making pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I work from home, which allows me to be present throughout the day for walks, meals, playtime, and companionship. Because of my flexible schedule, I’m able to adjust to each pet’s specific routine and provide consistent attention rather than long periods alone. Whether it’s regular potty breaks, medication timing, or just extra snuggles, I’m able to be attentive and responsive to each pet’s needs. Creating a safe, calm, and loving environment is my top priority. In my home, pets have access to a large, fully fenced backyard for supervised outdoor time and a medium-sized doggie door for easy potty breaks. I have two friendly small dogs who are well-socialized and do great with visiting pets. I also have four teenage children who love dogs and are gentle, respectful, and experienced around them. All interactions are supervised to ensure every pet feels comfortable and secure. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their routines closely and respect their space, keeping things consistent so pets feel safe and relaxed. I’m attentive to feeding schedules, walks, medications, and any specific instructions to provide dependable, trustworthy care

About: I’m a lifelong animal lover and proud cat + dog mom who truly treats every pet like my own. What sets me apart is my deep, hands-on experience with dogs of every life stage — from tiny puppies to wise seniors. I used to breed dogs, so I’m very comfortable with young litters, potty training, socialization, and all the playful chaos that comes with puppies. On the other end, I cared for my own dog through her golden years until she was nearly 14, so I know how to give seniors the gentle care, extra patience, and comfort they deserve. Whether it’s a bouncy puppy who needs structure, a senior who just wants soft bedding and slow walks, or a cat who prefers calm companionship and playtime on their terms, I bring patience, consistency, and genuine affection. I’m based in Charleston and love exploring local spots for safe, enriching walks and adventures. Most importantly, your pets will feel safe, loved, and well-cared for — because to me, they’re family too. I am currently working but I have off every Wednesday and a few Monday and Fridays. I would love to do this full time eventually. I will make sure to follow your specific instructions for your individual pet needs. Every dog and/or cat will be treated like my own.
“Mara was wonderful in walking my big gentle giant Great Pyranee (Cooper). A few weeks ago I needed someone quickly to fill in to walk him, and she replied quickly to meet and greet walking him a day later. I would strongly recommend her to anyone.”

About: Hi I’m Jordyn, I’m a 27 year old looking for a second job, I have had dogs and cats in my family since I was a child and I just don’t believe a house is a home without animals running around. I would love to meet your pets and give them as much love as I can while you are away. I currently live in west ashley. I have always had a love for animals and it makes me so happy to think I could care for others animals while they are away on vacation or out of town. I can’t wait to get to know each and every animal :) I will need atleast 3 days in advance to book due to having a day to day job. Thank you I work full-time T-F as a Medical Assistant, so I have an open weekend schedule, but I can also go drop ins after work (4pm) I believe a house isn’t a home without a animal companion. Animals are a real part of the family and I have always treated my pets like they are my family.
“Amy did a great job walking Murphy. He is high energy and Amy was able to keep him focused on his walk around the neighborhood. I definitely would book with Amy again. Thanks!”

“Vanessa does a wonderful job and takes great care with my Great Pyrenees. (Cooper). She is a life saver in that while I am at work she comes by and spends time walking him during the middle of the day. She provides pictures, updates, and looking at them Cooper looks very happy. I would recommend to anyone,”

“Lea always takes the best care of Charlotte, and Charlotte always have so much fun with Luna and Cooper. We love here so much and will be returning! Always 100% recommend!”

“Alyssa was amazing!! I was very happy with her great communication and how well she took care of our senior german shepherd pup ! She was super caring and attentive to make sure our dog had the best possible care. I recommend her highly and can’t wait to continue to use her for our future stays.”

“Axel had such a great time during his stay with Kimmie and Dylan! Plenty of time to chase his ball in the yard and definitely made some new friends. It was great to receive notes and photos throughout his stay. We will book again!”

Amanda was flexible in terms of scheduling and attentive to our dogs needs. She sent pictures and updates throughout the stay. We felt very comfortable leaving pups with her and hope to book with Amanda again next time we travel. An A+++ experience from start to finish.”

“Another great stay with Jamie and Alec! They are really great about sending pics to calm my fraying dog-dad nerves! Frankie really seems to enjoy the experience as well.”

“My first time using rover with my pit bull mix puppy. Very good communication and sent lots of pictures to me of him playing! Would recommend her for your pup. Backyard is made for dogs!”

“Sunny was well taken care of and I loved the pictures Ashley sent to me! i’m not sure if Sunny was really happy that I picked her up because she looked like she was having so much fun. I really appreciate the great environment and care provided for my pup! Thank you so much!”

“I have used Rover a lot over the years and I am not exaggerating when I say that Taylor is the best Rover we have ever used! She took incredible care of our two dogs while we were out of town. She sent so many thoughtful updates with pictures and took them on long walks. I could tell they were happy and relaxed by how much they loved snuggling with her on the couch! Taylor is a true dog lover and so kind, I can’t recommend her more!”

“Michelle took such great care of our two dogs. Our big mutt is kinda weird with other dogs & needs someone to care for him who understands his body language and nuisances. Michelle was incredibly qualified for Rip’a “weirdness.” She sent several pictures and checked in frequently. She also had great advice for training and information I should look into to better care for Rip. If you’re looking for a very knowledgeable caregiver, look no further! Michelle is wonderful.”

“Andrew and Frank were absolutely amazing! They watched our two pups, Nova and Wren, for a week during the holidays. We received daily updates and pictures (the best photos we have of the dogs now!). They really went out of their way to put our worries at ease. We will definitely be booking with them again in the future. Thanks Andrew and Frank - You guys are the best!!”

“Could not say enough positive things about Winnie’s stay!! She was well cared for, loved on and I received daily updates and pictures and she was always smiling! Beyond 5 stars!!!!”

“Monica took such great care of our Zoe! She was relaxed and happy when we picked her up and Monica made it drop off and pick up super easy. It looked like Zoe had a wonderful time from all the pictures. Thank you!!”

“Yvette is such a caring, loving pet sitter for my little Havanese, Mia. During Mia’s stay with Yvette I received daily photos and messages about how Mia was doing. It was clear from the photos and when I picked her up that Mia felt very loved and cared for during her stay with Yvette. I read other reviews about Yvette and that’s why I chose her to take care of my little furry friends. She’s awesome! 🐶❤️”

“Absolutely phenomenal! This was one of the best rover experiences we have ever had. She was so amazing with the dogs but even more than that Amanda was beyond helpful and kind with handling our wonky weekend with changing plans. She sent photos of the doggies throughout the stay and was great with updating us over the weekend. Could not recommend enough!”

“Rebecca took amazing care of our two dogs for 7 or 8 days. She kept us so Informed, and made sure they got lots of love, playtime and even a bath! I can’t recommend her enough. We will Be using her every time now.”

“Kathryn was fookin amazing! She went above and beyond on taking care of our dopey golden, Dug. Bonus points on that our puppies were the same age and have now become best friends for playing and napping. Would book with Kathryn 11/10 times.”
