“Margery (and her pup Chica) are the absolute best!! My dog stayed with them for 8 days, the longest I had ever been away from her. I felt no mom guilt, I knew she was having the best time while I was gone! Margery sent pictures and updates every day, which I absolutely loved. And I could tell she treated my little lady as one of her own. I highly recommend her for any dog sitting needs!”

Hunter loved playing with Her dog Maple and cuddling with her daughter at night. Hunter seemed like he had a great time. Thanks Jessica.”

“Andre and her family did a fantastic job caring for our mini bernedoodle! Andre was prompt with all communication and scheduling was easy. Her home is welcoming and Biscotti really enjoyed playing with their sweet lab and snuggling her kids. We could tell Biscotti was well-cared for when we brought her back home- she was calm and happy and jumped right back into our family routines- like she had a great vacation too! Thanks, Andre and fam! We’ll definitely book with Andre again.”

“We could not be happier with our experience with Harry and Jeremy. They were so flexible, kind, organized, and professional in watching our little dog. Their home is lovely and I truly felt like our dog was part of their family. Would always book again!”

About: Hi! I’m Kate, a dog owner based in Greenville. My own dog, Isla, is an active German Shepherd mix, so I’m very familiar with daily exercise, enrichment, training practice, and the patience that young or energetic dogs sometimes need. As a lifelong animal lover, I am comfortable caring for all types of pets, from dogs and cats to reptiles and rabbits, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know each pet’s individual personality and keeping their routine as familiar as possible. I’ll treat your pet the way I would want someone to treat mine because I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else’s care. I am comfortable with energetic dogs, larger breeds, and dogs with special needs. I pay close attention to each animals body language and personality will never force interactions. Whether your pet needs an active walk, playtime, or calm companionship, I’ll follow your instructions carefully and help them feel safe and comfortable. I’m also happy to send plenty of photos and updates while you’re away! I currently work part-time, which gives me flexibility for walks, drop-in visits, and boarding throughout the week. I plan my bookings carefully so each pet receives plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and rest while staying as close as possible to their usual routine. I provide a safe, non-smoking home with a fenced yard and one resident dog. For boarding, introductions with my dog or other residents are supervised, and pets can be separated for meals, rest, or personal space as needed. I carefully follow all feeding, medication, walking, and crate instructions. During walks and drop-ins, I double-check doors and gates, use secure leashes or harnesses, respect each pet’s boundaries, and send regular photos and updates.
“I loved that we kept in contact through the weekend. This was my girls (2 Chihuahuas) first time ever being away from me. They have always stayed with my family but since moving to a new state, I don't know anyone. After meeting her, I felt comfortable with leaving my baby girls. She communicated very well and sent me a picture of my girls. Thank you so much Karen.”

“Anna was amazing with my two girls. I myself was extremely anxious leaving my girls with a stranger, especially when I haven’t been away from one of them since I rescued her and wasn’t sure how she would be. Both also have attachment anxiety. Both warmed up to Anna and her husband almost instantly, and I felt comfort when I left them for a work trip. I got updates throughout the day, and pictures showing my girls having fun and relaxing. I highly recommend Anna, and will use her again in the future if I ever need someone to watch my girls for me.”

“Wendy and her family took amazing care of our little dog. She was very organized and responded quickly to my booking request and text messages. It’s so nice to go on vacation and know that your pet is well and happy.”

“We just moved to the area and into an apartment from a house. This was our very first time using Rover - having always had personal recommendations for previous pet sitters. I was a bit nervous, not being 100% sure how it would all work in a secure building and with this being the first time our cat had been in the apartment alone; however, it all turned out really well. We had a meet and greet with Jay prior to our trip and he seemed very comfortable and familiar with cats and navigating the building. We got daily photos of Hannah and Jay was always willing to respond to any additional questions I had about how she was faring. We've already booked additional visits with him. I'd highly recommend him.”

“Harriette took amazing care of our cat again… she is very communicative and easy to work with. It makes us so happy to know our cat is well cared for while we’re away! We would definitely recommend Harriette!”

“We absolute love Lisa! This is our second time booking with her and we can’t speak highly enough of how well she does. She goes above and beyond every time, and our picky pet loves her.”

“Cody was quick to respond and easily accommodated my last minute request to visit with my cat. He did everything on the list without question. Would definitely book with him again! Thank you!”

“We appreciate Meegen accepting our last minute booking & an extra drop-in visit we added. She was so understanding of our kitties needs and appreciated how communicative she was. We felt our kitties were in safe hands. Thank you again, Meegen!”

“Catherine was excellent! Very communicative and sent pics of all the completed tasks. Was always on time and always stays the full 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend and use her again.”

“Chester is the best! They were super attentive and cared about the details. Our kitties clearly had a blast hanging out with them. (: We appreciated all of the updates and loved all of the silly pics we got!”

“Emily really came through for us last minute on a holiday when our previously scheduled sitter did not follow through, and we are very grateful. She was easy to communicate with. She also went above and beyond. I definitely recommend using Emily to care for your pets. We plan to use her again in the future thanks Emily!”

“Lauren did a fabulous job with Alvin. I was so nervous to leave him for so long , but immediately felt at ease when we met her. Alvin loved her and she was very good at communicating!”

“Hannah was so kind and playful with my little Salem! This was my first time I took a trip and left my cat at home, but felt very safe knowing Hannah would be there for her. And she sent the CUTEST pictures of my fur baby. I couldn’t be happier with this experience.”

“Devyn did an amazing job watching my kitties while I was out of town. Her communication was excellent and the pictures she sent were great! I highly recommend her for any pet needs!”

“Morgan was friendly and enthusiastic about looking after my puppy! She was flexible with arrangement and so pleasant to deal with. I will absolutely use Morgan as my go to and highly recommend her!”

About: I have had dogs all of my life. I have my own fur baby as well. I’m a school teacher, so I have the summers off to take care of your fur babies! I would love to meet and love on sweet doggies when you are away. I offer boarding and drop in services. They will be in great hands! I definitely understand how dogs are not just pets, but part of the family. I treat my puppy like he’s my child. My closest friend works at a vet office. If something bad were to happen, she’s only a phone call away for me. I would love the opportunity to care for your fur baby! Toy, hound or herding; I love them all (even cats)! I am a teacher so I am free during the summer, holiday breaks and early afternoons! I can also do evening visits. I am very flexible! In client’s homes, I will follow directions to a tee. I understand how important it is to listen to who knows their baby the best!

About: Work from home and previously a 7 year dog mom. Love to take pups on as long of a walk as they need and make sure they are happy. I work from home in a downtown apartment so I can come over to check on or walk your dogs whenever you need me to. I can check on or walk your dogs in their home where they are most comfortable. If you will be gone a long time and want them to hang at my apartment with me, we can arrange for that.
About: What sets me apart from other sitters is the genuine love and care I bring to every dog I meet. I see each pet as an individual with their own personality and needs, and I make it my priority to make them feel safe, happy, and loved—just like they would at home. I have two sweet rescue dogs of my own who are incredibly friendly with both people and other dogs. Living with them has taught me so much about patience, trust-building, and how to read a dog’s body language. It’s also given me real experience in creating a calm, playful, and secure environment, especially for dogs who may be shy, energetic, or still adjusting to new surroundings. Whether it’s playing fetch, going for walks, or simply being a calming presence, I put my heart into giving every pup the attention and affection they deserve. You can feel confident that your dog will be treated with kindness, respect, and lots of love while they’re with me. I work from home about 12 hours a week, which gives me plenty of time and flexibility to fully focus on caring for dogs. My schedule allows me to provide consistent attention throughout the day—whether that means extra potty breaks, playtime, or just keeping a close eye on your pup to make sure they feel safe and comfortable. Because I’m home most of the day, I can easily adapt to each dog’s routine and needs. Whether your dog requires a little extra care, more frequent walks, or simply loves companionship, I’m here to provide a calm, loving environment with lots of one-on-one time. At home, we follow a balanced routine that includes a mix of long and short walks throughout the day to keep dogs active and happy. I also have access to a dog park in the apartment complex, which is great for safe playtime and socializing in a controlled environment. I live with my boyfriend, and while I’m the primary caregiver during the day, he also helps out with the dogs in the mornings, evenings, and on weekends. We both love spending time with animals, and your pup will receive plenty of attention, love, and care from the two of us throughout their stay. Inside, I love incorporating little training moments during the day to encourage good behavior—like practicing “sit,” “wait,” or calm greetings. It keeps their minds engaged and helps create a positive, structured environment. If your dog is crate-trained or feels more comfortable having their own space, I’m happy to accommodate that as well. I can provide crate time for rest, routine, or safety—whatever works best for your pup’s needs. Overall, I aim to create a peaceful, enriching, and loving home where every dog can feel secure and cared for.
“Katherine was great. She took such good care of Hank and sent pictures. She was very responsive and we felt very comfortable leaving Hank in her care. We'll definitely book again. Thanks Katherine!!”

“Wonderful place four our four legged family member to stay while we attended the Clemson football game. Copper took right to their place and came back to us exhausted.”

About: I have an 11 year old rescued and very mellow plott hound dog. I have been watching friends dogs for over 5 years and have no issues with any type of dog in my past experiences. I work from home so I am able to take your dog to the bathroom and walks to unity park throughout the day. Your dog will be in good hands and it will be an enjoyable day for them I work from home and will have a relative easy way to drop off your pet. Your pet will go on at least 2 walks per day and go outside to the bathroom at least 3-4 times a day and more if needed. I have one dog and we will be in an apartment by ourselves. Have plenty of room for 1-2 additional dogs. I can communicate at mostly anytime of the day if any issues arise. Your pet will have a safe space inside and I do have an enclosed balcony if they would like to sunbathe.
“Friendly, warm atmosphere. We left our two pups for two full day events. Our dogs are anxious and normally can’t wait to leave a sitters. Erika was excellent from start to finish. Our pups didn’t want to leave and the next day happy to be back. Highly recommend!”

About: Growing up I had a dog named Toby and Kallie the cat! We’d be responsible for taking Toby on walks, feeding him, administering medication, and of course showing both of them major love and affection. My work schedule is very flexible so I’m able to adjust according to your pup’s needs. I work from home on occasion and would be happy to have some canine company in the house. I live in a pondside home in a safe suburban neighborhood. It’s a wooded area with all kinds of critters, much to explore! I’ll set up a bed with blankets in the sunroom for my doggie guests :)
About: The son and grandson of veterinarians, I've spent my whole life around animals of all kinds, and I would love the chance to take care of your dog! I grew up with dogs, cats, and horses as pets, and while working for my dad I helped take care of pet boarders at his hospital for many years and assisted him and other vets while providing medical care. I also had a spunky Jack Russell for 17 years (!), and to tell the truth, I created this account mostly for the chance to spend time with some doggy friends because I miss that companionship very much, but I'm also still not ready for another one myself. You will be doing me a favor by letting me hang out with your dog! I obviously have experience with elder dog care, and giving medication, but I also have experience with dogs of all different types and energy levels. I work from home most of the week. I only have to leave the house for work on Tuesday and Thursday. My partner, Sofia, works from home full time, however, and is a pet lover like me, so your dog will never be without companionship, and we can accommodate any pet's needs for walks, bathroom breaks, feeding, and medication. I have a fenced in back yard to let your dog out in for quick bathroom breaks or just to get fresh air, and I live in a great neighborhood for walking. I'm happy to walk your dog as much as you'd like! I'm also close to Unity Park and the Swamp Rabbit trail if your dog needs some more serious play time! Lastly, I have two sweet kitties who are comfortable around dogs in the sense that they will likely ignore your dog, lol. But I don't board cats because they don't like strange kitties.
About: I have been dog setting for the past 23 years. It all started when I watched my boss' 3 chihuahuas when I was about 17 and then I just have had many request ever since. I have had the privilege of caring for many beloved pups. Throughout my pet-sitting days, I have provided a loving and safe environment for dogs of all shapes and sizes. My two personal dogs were an integral part of my life for 12 wonderful years. They both passed in the Summer of 2020. It took me awhile to get another dog, but I did finally get our Elvis (a bloodhound) in October 2022. He is almost 5 years old with a giant heart! He loves to have a fur-friend over and gets along with any age pup. I have a son who is 10 years old and absolutely loves helping out with the dogs. My son has learned so much about dogs and loves having them around as well. I also prioritize the emotional well-being of the dogs I sit for. I recognize the profound impact that loss and change can have on a dog’s mental health, and I strive to create a nurturing environment where they feel safe and supported. Through patience, empathy, and a deep understanding of canine behavior, I work to alleviate any anxiety or stress that may arise during their time with me. Above all, I approach dog sitting as a privilege and a responsibility. I hold myself to the highest standards of professionalism and compassion, ensuring that each dog receives the love and attention they deserve. My goal is to provide a pawsitive and enriching experience for both the dogs and their owners, fostering a sense of peace of mind for all parties involved. I am a stay at home dog-mom! “Jay is great! He has walked my dog consistently for the last few weeks and she gets excited to see him. I had a family emergency which meant I had my mother’s dog here too and he was understanding and walked both dogs. He also shifted my dogs walks and visits after her surgery to provide what I asked (no interaction with dogs, shorter walk, hanging out inside). He is a good communicator and flexible.”

I highly recommend Helen for all of your pets needs!”

About: Hi! I’m Kennedy, a 26-year-old animal lover who has grown up surrounded by pets my entire life—from dogs and cats to hamsters and birds. Caring for animals has always been a natural part of who I am. Over the years, I’ve also helped care for and pet sit for friends, family members, and neighbors, giving me experience with pets of different personalities, sizes, and needs. I now have a dog of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family member. Whether it’s long walks, playtime, belly rubs, or simply keeping your pet company, I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and making them feel loved and comfortable while you’re away. I’ve always believed that dogs are one of God’s greatest gifts. They bring so much joy, loyalty, and unconditional love into our lives, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. I would love the opportunity to care for your pet and give you peace of mind while you’re away! Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I have a flexible schedule and plenty of availability throughout the week. This allows me to give pets the time, attention, exercise, and companionship they deserve. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or simply keeping them company, I enjoy making pets a part of my day and ensuring they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. When caring for pets in a client’s home, my priority is always safety, trust, and maintaining their normal routine. I make sure to follow all instructions exactly as provided, whether that’s feeding schedules, walk routines, medications, or house rules. I’m very attentive to keeping pets safe on walks and in the home, making sure doors and gates are secure at all times. I also take time to understand each pet’s personality so I can make them feel comfortable, calm, and cared for while their owner is away. I treat every home with respect and keep everything clean and in order, so you can feel confident your pet (and your space) are in good hands.

“Abby and Dustin took great care of Iris during her stay. They were very easy to communicate with and sent great updates. I can tell they are dog lovers and would definitely book with them again.”

“Shireen is awesome. She helped me out in a pinch over a holiday. Benny loved playing with her dogs and had a great time. I would highly recommend her for sitting service.”

“Ben was great to give us updates on our dog Yuki as she stayed with him and his family over a weekend. She was well taken care of and it was great to have some peace of mind knowing Yuki was in good hands. I would certainly recommend Ben for anyone needing to have someone look after their pet!”

“Vanessa was absolutely wonderful with my Terk. She kept me posted with updates and pictures while I was away. I came home to a happy pup who had a blast with her pup as well. I will definitely be taking Vanessa as a sitter in the future. Not only was she great with Terk but so pleasant to communicate with.”

“Matthew and Heidi were really easy to contact and booking was a breeze. When reaching out to them they were quick and responsive and even sent us a picture of our pup.”

“Stephanie was great with our puppy! She was available last minute which was a huge help for us. She communicated with us and sent us picture updates throughout his stay. Highly recommend using her!!”

“Judy and her family were so easy and fun to work with! Our pup was so worn out from playing with her boys! I really appreciated that she actually sent us a picture and update everyday on how Misha was doing. Would definitely recommend Judy!”

“We are glad that we entrusted our dog to Megan.Thank you for your concern and kindness. We will be happy to use Megan's services in the future and recommend them to our friends.”

About: I have grooming, training, & boarding experience. I’m experienced in administering medications; pills, eye drops, shots, etc. Animals are my peace so I’d love to give a peace of mind to others😊 I’m available full time, there are currently 6 dogs & 2 cats in my house & the pups get outside about 3-5 times a day depending on the weather. I also have a 3 year old whos with me 3 days out of the week. I have a fenced in yard, all of my pups & my sisters are crated when not supervised. I would prefer crates brought when staying with me just for safety reasons! & if I were to watch your pup in your hone they’d get the same love & care they receive from you😊
“Lauren was super friendly and very accommodating! She kept me updated and sent lots of pictures. Would highly recommend and will be reaching out again next time I leave town!”
