“Margie is awesome! She kept us updated daily with pictures and videos, and I could see that our dog was having a great time! She was so kind to take extra special care of him through thunderstorms and fireworks. Five stars for sure! We will book again!”

“I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dustin and Abby truly love dogs and our Teddy did great with them. They sent us so many fun photos and updates and made the whole experience very comfortable. We will absolutely use them again!”

“We had a great experience with Sarah! I was a little nervous about leaving my dog with someone new, but Sarah was very reassuring and sent me updates and pictures. When I came to pick Milo up, he was excited to see me, but it was obvious he had enjoyed his stay, being able to run around in the fenced in yard and play together with Sarah’s dog. I would absolutely recommend Sarah to any other pet owner and I’m sure Milo will be paying her another visit soon!”

“Amber was so great! Our Maple dog is older and suffers from a lot of anxiety and Amber made her so comfortable. She had so much fun playing outside and in the water that she didn’t want to leave. I highly recommend Amber watching your fur babies and I will definitely reach back out to her to have her watch our dog again!”

“All I can say is WOW. We were so at ease throughout our entire trip abroad because we knew our boy was in such good hands. Carrington treated Remy as he was her own and sent us so many wonderful updates. We cannot thank you enough!! We will definitely be using Carrington for all future boarding needs!”

About: Hi! I’m Kate, a dog owner based in Greenville. My own dog, Isla, is an active German Shepherd mix, so I’m very familiar with daily exercise, enrichment, training practice, and the patience that young or energetic dogs sometimes need. As a lifelong animal lover, I am comfortable caring for all types of pets, from dogs and cats to reptiles and rabbits, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know each pet’s individual personality and keeping their routine as familiar as possible. I’ll treat your pet the way I would want someone to treat mine because I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else’s care. I am comfortable with energetic dogs, larger breeds, and dogs with special needs. I pay close attention to each animals body language and personality will never force interactions. Whether your pet needs an active walk, playtime, or calm companionship, I’ll follow your instructions carefully and help them feel safe and comfortable. I’m also happy to send plenty of photos and updates while you’re away! I currently work part-time, which gives me flexibility for walks, drop-in visits, and boarding throughout the week. I plan my bookings carefully so each pet receives plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and rest while staying as close as possible to their usual routine. I provide a safe, non-smoking home with a fenced yard and one resident dog. For boarding, introductions with my dog or other residents are supervised, and pets can be separated for meals, rest, or personal space as needed. I carefully follow all feeding, medication, walking, and crate instructions. During walks and drop-ins, I double-check doors and gates, use secure leashes or harnesses, respect each pet’s boundaries, and send regular photos and updates.
“Vanessa did an amazing job with my two girls! She was extremely easy and flexible to work with, and understood each of their individual quirks & needs. One of my dogs is very scared of people and she even was cuddling next to Vanessa by the end of their stay. Both of my dogs loved her and I will definitely be using her again in the future!”

“My family and I were going away for an extended period of time and needed a sitter for our doggy while we were away. I checked out some Rover options and decided on a sitter and she quickly accepted my request. I went to her house to visit prior to leaving my dog with her, and she and her husband were very welcoming opening their home to me to show me where my doggy would be housed for the extended period of time. That made me feel very comfortable leaving her there under their care in that as most of you know, our doggies are like our children and that’s most definitely the way we feel about our dog. Mary and her husband took great care of our dog while we were out of town. She sent lots of pictures and I could tell that she was being loved and that she was comfortable and happy throughout the stay which made me feel very good and at ease during our trip, Thank you Mary for taking such great care of our dog, and I would highly recommend her to other dog owners looking for someone that is compassionate about dogs snd has a beautiful home that is very well suited for pets to be really comfortable and safe.”

“Judy put my mind at ease! First time I was away from my pup and she made it easy. 18 days and she sent me pictures all throughout the trip. Couldn't recommend more”

“James and Sofia were so amazing! Communication was difficult for us since we traveled outside the USA, but they did an amazing job. We got regular updates from them with pictures and even videos of our sweet girl. They were flexible with drop off and pick up times when our travel plans shifted on us. We felt very secure having her at thier house. Their fenced in yard is a good size and has places for a curious pup to explore safely. Shelob had such a good time with them and their cats that she seems to miss them a day after us being home. They made a big impression on her in the best way. We will definitely use them the next time we need to board our baby!”

“Wendy and her family took amazing care of our little dog. She was very organized and responded quickly to my booking request and text messages. It’s so nice to go on vacation and know that your pet is well and happy.”

“I can see why Jessica has amazing reviews. We boarded our lil precious pup for a work trip and we got updates and pictures twice daily. Maple her golden doodle and her daughter were amazing with our lil Pup. The sweetest moment was when we picked her up her daughter was standing there with a lil card and toy for her new friend. I have the precious card on my refrigerator. It’s so nice to find good people to leave your pup with. We moved to area recently and we got lucky with finding Jessica and her family. We 100% recommend Jessica and her family to board your furry family member. Thank you:)”

“Apollo had such an amazing time at Ben’s playing with their dog, Lily, this weekend. I really enjoyed receiving photos of them playing throughout the weekend. We will definitely book stays with them again in the future!”
“We could not be happier with our experience with Harry and Jeremy. They were so flexible, kind, organized, and professional in watching our little dog. Their home is lovely and I truly felt like our dog was part of their family. Would always book again!”

About: I have experience taking care of all types of animals (dogs, cats, bunnies, etc.). I have medically complex cats myself, so I am comfortable giving medication or other medical treatments include IVs. I also have two dogs so I am comfortable with caring for multiple pets at a time. I know how important it is to have complete trust in the person watching your fur-babies. I’m here to build community! I start work mid morning so I am available for early morning starts. I can work my schedule to your time. I am local to downtown Greenville and happy to travel. I will follow instruction to a T so that you feel comfortable knowing your babies are in good hands. About: I've always loved animals and have found their presence is therapeutic. I've owned and cared for many pets throughout my life including dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, and more. I was hired from a young age to work on farms feeding and caring for animals. I have lots of experience caring for senior dogs and I can accommodate their needs. I have experience with cats and dogs in all life stages and understand how to care for them. I believe that pets are part of our family as mine cuddle up in my bed each night (except for my chickens, haha!) I look forward to meeting and caring for your furry friends! I am a mom that works from home with ample flexibility in my schedule. I can come care for your pet within a window that works best for them without any issues. I am available for dog walking, scooping the litter box, anything your pet requires is no problem. I have experience giving medications, crating, training and clean up.

“Amber has checked on our cats a bunch this year and she always does a great job! Lots of pictures and updates. She always makes sure to always check their food, water, and litter box. Would definitely recommend her.”

“I went on vacation and my mind was at ease knowing Cherie was taking care of my cat. Her daily updates were very detailed and made me laugh, so I knew that my baby was in great hands. Will definitely be rebooking when I go out of town again😊”

“Brenna is the absolute best! She walked our dog everyday for several months and was always very communicative and reliable. I always felt safe with her at my house and with my dog. Will definitely rebook again!”

“Cindy was an absolute dream helping me out by dropping in on my two very old schnauzers. They bonded with her quickly and trusted her for hugs and snuggles. She was kind and cleaned up their little messes and joined them in the yard to walk around. I felt very comfortable with Cindy in my home and she was so lovely and flexible. I know I will be using her again.”

“Rhiana did such a brilliant job. Our cat immediately loved her which is out of character for him as he doesn’t normally love new interactions! She came several days early to meet us and our cat and learned about our space and listened attentively to our instructions. She stayed longer than the requested 30 minutes each day and kept us informed through pictures. I cannot recommend Rhiana more. She was affordable, available, kind, and did a very good job taking care of our cat and our home. We will definitely be contacting Rhiana as our first choice for future out of town trips!”

“I have been using Jaylin and Charles for about a month. They have been very professional and kind. My dog, Riley, loves going to Daycare. Definitely recommend ?”

“I was after meeting Erika I felt calm and happy leaving Cachito with her for the day. I feel she did a really good job with him and will use her for sure next time we are visiting Greenville.”

“Hannah was great. We needed someone to watch our large, high energy puppy and found Hannah. We wanted our dog to have the chance to play with another dog if possible, so she arranged for our pup to meet her dog prior to the stay. Hannah and Conan (her dog) were both awesome. Hannah clearly has a lot of love for dogs and and her experience handling dogs was evident. She sent us updates and pics throughout the day of Charlie (our boy) playing the yard and with her dog, Conan. Hannah even walked Charlie to help get some of his energy out. We will be using Hannah again!”

About: I have been dog setting for the past 23 years. It all started when I watched my boss' 3 chihuahuas when I was about 17 and then I just have had many request ever since. I have had the privilege of caring for many beloved pups. Throughout my pet-sitting days, I have provided a loving and safe environment for dogs of all shapes and sizes. My two personal dogs were an integral part of my life for 12 wonderful years. They both passed in the Summer of 2020. It took me awhile to get another dog, but I did finally get our Elvis (a bloodhound) in October 2022. He is almost 5 years old with a giant heart! He loves to have a fur-friend over and gets along with any age pup. I have a son who is 10 years old and absolutely loves helping out with the dogs. My son has learned so much about dogs and loves having them around as well. I also prioritize the emotional well-being of the dogs I sit for. I recognize the profound impact that loss and change can have on a dog’s mental health, and I strive to create a nurturing environment where they feel safe and supported. Through patience, empathy, and a deep understanding of canine behavior, I work to alleviate any anxiety or stress that may arise during their time with me. Above all, I approach dog sitting as a privilege and a responsibility. I hold myself to the highest standards of professionalism and compassion, ensuring that each dog receives the love and attention they deserve. My goal is to provide a pawsitive and enriching experience for both the dogs and their owners, fostering a sense of peace of mind for all parties involved. I am a stay at home dog-mom! Ich bin mit Hunden aufgewachsen und besitze selbst einen Hund. Momentan habe ich keinen Job, da wir vor kurzem aus der Schweiz nach Greenville gezogen sind. About: The son and grandson of veterinarians, I've spent my whole life around animals of all kinds, and I would love the chance to take care of your dog! I grew up with dogs, cats, and horses as pets, and while working for my dad I helped take care of pet boarders at his hospital for many years and assisted him and other vets while providing medical care. I also had a spunky Jack Russell for 17 years (!), and to tell the truth, I created this account mostly for the chance to spend time with some doggy friends because I miss that companionship very much, but I'm also still not ready for another one myself. You will be doing me a favor by letting me hang out with your dog! I obviously have experience with elder dog care, and giving medication, but I also have experience with dogs of all different types and energy levels. I work from home most of the week. I only have to leave the house for work on Tuesday and Thursday. My partner, Sofia, works from home full time, however, and is a pet lover like me, so your dog will never be without companionship, and we can accommodate any pet's needs for walks, bathroom breaks, feeding, and medication. I have a fenced in back yard to let your dog out in for quick bathroom breaks or just to get fresh air, and I live in a great neighborhood for walking. I'm happy to walk your dog as much as you'd like! I'm also close to Unity Park and the Swamp Rabbit trail if your dog needs some more serious play time! Lastly, I have two sweet kitties who are comfortable around dogs in the sense that they will likely ignore your dog, lol. But I don't board cats because they don't like strange kitties.
“Skylar is great with Trixie and Snoops. She’s watched them twice when we’ve been in Greenville from Atlanta to see events at the Peace Center and we can always rely on her. She answers communications timely and the dogs warm up to her right away. Thanks Sylar!🙏”

About: With over 15 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all breeds and temperaments, I provide a level of care that’s both attentive and genuinely personal. I was raised in a home where dogs were treated like family, and that philosophy still guides everything I do—your dog will be cared for with the same level of love, structure, and attention I give my own. I’m experienced in managing a wide range of care needs, including medication administration, specialized feeding routines, and accommodating unique behaviors or sensitivities. Whether your dog thrives on routine or needs a little extra patience and understanding, I tailor my approach to what works best for them. That same standard of care extends to every dog I welcome.

Your dog will be in good hands and it will be an enjoyable day for them I work from home and will have a relative easy way to drop off your pet. Have plenty of room for 1-2 additional dogs. I can communicate at mostly anytime of the day if any issues arise. Your pet will have a safe space inside and I do have an enclosed balcony if they would like to sunbathe.
“Vanessa is awesome. Had an emergency come up so I wasn’t able to pick up my pup at the expected time. She thankfully watched him for another few hours and was nice enough to feed him as well. Really helped me out a lot. Highly recommend.”

About: Growing up I had a dog named Toby and Kallie the cat! We’d be responsible for taking Toby on walks, feeding him, administering medication, and of course showing both of them major love and affection. My work schedule is very flexible so I’m able to adjust according to your pup’s needs. I work from home on occasion and would be happy to have some canine company in the house. I live in a pondside home in a safe suburban neighborhood. It’s a wooded area with all kinds of critters, much to explore! I’ll set up a bed with blankets in the sunroom for my doggie guests :)
About: Work from home and previously a 7 year dog mom. Love to take pups on as long of a walk as they need and make sure they are happy. I work from home in a downtown apartment so I can come over to check on or walk your dogs whenever you need me to. I can check on or walk your dogs in their home where they are most comfortable. If you will be gone a long time and want them to hang at my apartment with me, we can arrange for that.
About: What sets me apart from other sitters is the genuine love and care I bring to every dog I meet. I see each pet as an individual with their own personality and needs, and I make it my priority to make them feel safe, happy, and loved—just like they would at home. I have two sweet rescue dogs of my own who are incredibly friendly with both people and other dogs. Living with them has taught me so much about patience, trust-building, and how to read a dog’s body language. It’s also given me real experience in creating a calm, playful, and secure environment, especially for dogs who may be shy, energetic, or still adjusting to new surroundings. Whether it’s playing fetch, going for walks, or simply being a calming presence, I put my heart into giving every pup the attention and affection they deserve. You can feel confident that your dog will be treated with kindness, respect, and lots of love while they’re with me. I work from home about 12 hours a week, which gives me plenty of time and flexibility to fully focus on caring for dogs. My schedule allows me to provide consistent attention throughout the day—whether that means extra potty breaks, playtime, or just keeping a close eye on your pup to make sure they feel safe and comfortable. Because I’m home most of the day, I can easily adapt to each dog’s routine and needs. Whether your dog requires a little extra care, more frequent walks, or simply loves companionship, I’m here to provide a calm, loving environment with lots of one-on-one time. At home, we follow a balanced routine that includes a mix of long and short walks throughout the day to keep dogs active and happy. I also have access to a dog park in the apartment complex, which is great for safe playtime and socializing in a controlled environment. I live with my boyfriend, and while I’m the primary caregiver during the day, he also helps out with the dogs in the mornings, evenings, and on weekends. We both love spending time with animals, and your pup will receive plenty of attention, love, and care from the two of us throughout their stay. Inside, I love incorporating little training moments during the day to encourage good behavior—like practicing “sit,” “wait,” or calm greetings. It keeps their minds engaged and helps create a positive, structured environment. If your dog is crate-trained or feels more comfortable having their own space, I’m happy to accommodate that as well. I can provide crate time for rest, routine, or safety—whatever works best for your pup’s needs. Overall, I aim to create a peaceful, enriching, and loving home where every dog can feel secure and cared for.

I am an extra-communicator and will happily send all of the pictures so you can get updates on how we are doing.
About: I have had pets in my home since I was a child. I had a senior dog I took care of for six years. I am very comfortable with dogs at all stages or any handicaps. I am home throughout the day and all evening with a flexible schedule. My home is relaxing with plenty of space. The fenced in yard is big and a pile of perfect sticks are waiting to be played with. The neighborhood is away from main roads and safe. I do have cameras in the home to keep an eye on things if I run errands. I have a fenced in large yard for safety if your furry friend stays here. I also have a private inside area if they need some downtime. I only have a couple steps into the home. If I visit them then all rules are strictly adhered too. I provide a lot of love and care, making sure they are calm, happy and safe. I tend to care for 4-6 dogs at a time. Many are high energy so your dog should be comfy with that environment. Lazy, sleepy dogs do well with it. I love to have Meet&Greets. I want you to feel comfortable with my space. If it turns out you are not on board 100%, I understand and have no hard feelings. The safety and happiness of your pet is everyone’s focus. Taking care of pets is my full time job so I am home based. I have a couple day care dogs during the work week and spend most of my day with them. I will follow through with your training and rules. Pets are spoiled with attention. I have a box of toys and treats for them. I will provide photos and videos plus regular updates.
“Skylar was a huge help when I needed a dog walker the very next day due. She was quick to reply, asked all the necessary questions and was very easy to communicate with. Thank you so much! Hope to use you again soon :)”

“Kennedy was wonderful to work with. We booked her a bit last minute and she was able to make it work. She was very communicative and while we didn’t have a chance to meet in person I felt very comfortable having her walk my dog, Brewer, who is truly my favorite creature in the world. I will definitely be booking with Kennedy in the future. Thank you!!”

“She was great on short notice while we were at a hotel and they loved her! She came in and got to know them then they loving body slammed her everyday on arrival they were so excited!”

About: My love of dogs came when I was four years old. It took me only five years to convince my father that I could handle a dog and that was the beginning. I have always adopted from a shelter and have even adopted to re-home dogs who were to be euthanized. I currently have a Duck Tolling Retriever who likes to sleep more than play. She is my love but I want to be able to play with your lonely dog too! I joined Rover.com because I enjoy walking and playing with dogs on a regular basis. My professional experience includes working in a Vererinarian's office in high school and dog walking/sitting recently. I have experience walking, bathing, feeding specialty diets and sick animals, as well as administering medications, including IV's. I truly love all dogs and I am so excited to make this passion a career. I am available Monday through Friday, all day, from first thing in the morning through evening. I can help with weekly dog walking, drop ins for dogs or cats, playtime, or feedings. I believe that the clients schedule and routine is the most important for the animals and I will file that. I always let my clients know when I have arrived and when I’m leaving and at least one picture to let them know that their pets are taken very well care of.

“Jay is great! He has walked my dog consistently for the last few weeks and she gets excited to see him. I had a family emergency which meant I had my mother’s dog here too and he was understanding and walked both dogs. He also shifted my dogs walks and visits after her surgery to provide what I asked (no interaction with dogs, shorter walk, hanging out inside). He is a good communicator and flexible.”

“I'm so happy to have found Cherie! She is very responsive and reliable. She was wonderful with both my dogs and they took to her right away. One of my dogs is fearful and the other is a senior dealing with an injury. Cherie was great at dealing with both their unique needs. After the visit, she provided detailed notes with how everything went and I really appreciated that. It was obvious to me from the moment I met Cherie that she has a great love for dogs. I will definitely use her again. Thank you, Cherie!”

About: I’ve had a lifelong love for animals and hands on experience. I worked at Noble Dog Hotel for over a year and have been caring for my own pup, Roo, for the past three years. I have also spent the past 4 years pet sitting and dog walking for private clients and friends. I can help with basic training for dogs young and old, I believe no dog is past the point of learning a new trick or two. I can also follow any kind of schedule you set as far as feeding, walking, and naps/bedtime. A typical day with me is packed with physical exercise and mental stimulation! We’ll head out to explore local parks and enjoy long, sniff-heavy walks to let them catch all the neighborhood scents. Back at home, I love keeping pups engaged with fun games and play time. I always make sure to balance the high-energy fun with plenty of dedicated downtime, cozy naps, and belly rubs so your dog feels completely content and relaxed. Please let me know about your dog's unique personality, daily quirks, and any specific behavioral needs or triggers (like reactivity on leash or fear of loud noises). I use positive reinforcement methods, so knowing what motivates them most whether it’s a favorite treat, a specific toy, or physical praise helps me set them up for success. I’m also fully comfortable managing strict medication schedules, dietary restrictions, and specific household boundaries.

“Andre and her family did a fantastic job caring for our mini bernedoodle! Andre was prompt with all communication and scheduling was easy. Her home is welcoming and Biscotti really enjoyed playing with their sweet lab and snuggling her kids. We could tell Biscotti was well-cared for when we brought her back home- she was calm and happy and jumped right back into our family routines- like she had a great vacation too! Thanks, Andre and fam! We’ll definitely book with Andre again.”

“Can't speak highly enough of Jaylin and Charlie! Fantastic people and well educated on all things doggo. If you're shopping around for the perfect sitters, look no further! Roxie always leaves happy, healthy and tired!”

“I loved that we kept in contact through the weekend. This was my girls (2 Chihuahuas) first time ever being away from me. They have always stayed with my family but since moving to a new state, I don't know anyone. After meeting her, I felt comfortable with leaving my baby girls. She communicated very well and sent me a picture of my girls. Thank you so much Karen.”

“Fantastic Family and care. My baby loved it and wasn't excited about going home which is a great sign of top care. Appreciate the love and care she got while we were gone. 100% recommend and we will use them again.”
