Abi made sure he went to sleep the same time her daughter did. He even had a small playmate later in the week. Abi took great care of him. She took him on car rides to drop off and pick up her daughter from school; I'm sure he loved that as well. The only negative thing for me was I was unaware it wasn't a smoke free home. I could smell cigarette smoke when I dropped him off. I'm sure it didn't affect him time with Abi.”

I was comforted before even leaving my pup with her, as she had a list of questions we ran through, and the meet-and-greet with she and her dog Tony - who's a very sweet, playful pooch - went just as smoothly as I'd hoped. She takes the dogs on a good, long hike every day and has a beautiful yard and home for the pups to relax and play within afterwards. I received plenty of photo updates throughout the stay, which is always appreciated. Peace of mind can be hard to come by when leaving your dog in someone else's care, but with Ilana I was fully at ease. Can't recommend her any more highly, and I'm sure my pup will be happy to see her and Tony again soon!”

I have a whole house generator so in case of storms, there will be no interruption in service. I am a very active individual and typically walk at least 3-5 miles per day with my little toy fox terrier. I am a nature lover and frequent the area's hiking trails and love to get out on the beach. I prepare my dog's meals using all natural ingredients (whole foods) and make a very healthy bone broth and organic barley. With parental permission I can use this as topper for your dog's kibble. I am a retired school teacher and am available year round. I am basically home all the time when I am not out on the nature trails. I would prefer sitting for dogs that weigh 30 pounds or less. About: I have been taking care of my own 2 cats since I got them 7 years ago. I have been the main person responsible for grooming, feeding, cleaning out the litter box, etc. I also began volunteering at my local animal shelter 4 years ago. I learned a lot about training/walking dogs in addition to playing/socializing with the cats. I am very comfortable around pets from any background due to my time at the animal shelter. About: I'm Christina, let me start by saying I'm a HUGE animal lover and have had many pets of over the years. I am currently a member of PSI (Pet Sitters International). I've always been the "go to" for my friends and family when they’re going out of town, to watch their pets. Not only am I an animal lover and take great care of them, but I currently have 2 cats of my own, who are like my children...spoiled! Leaving your babies in others hands is often difficult, I know from personal experience, but I was honestly amazed the first time I booked someone on Rover to care of my pets. It was incredible how this brand new sitter cared for my babies, I felt instantly at ease, comfortable and worry free. My cats are skittish and not comfortable with new people right away, and by day 2 they were laying all over the sitter and out playing when she came by for her visits. I would love to be able to provide that same experience for someone in need. For you to rest assured that your pet(s) will be well taken care of, fed, hydrated, played with and walked plenty while you’re out enjoying your day. I’m notorious for being very affectionate to animals, so I hope they don’t mind lots of kisses, scritches and tummy rubs! I have one diabetic cat who requires insulin injections twice daily with each meal, so to administer any medications is no problem at all, as I do have the experience. I'd love the opportunity to get to know and spend time with your babies and care for them as I would care for my own. I want all my clients to feel 100% comfortable leaving their babies in my hands as I truly understand the importance of knowing they are safe and well taken care of. I have very flexible availability, I can easily accommodate clients during the week or on weekends. Morning, afternoon and/or night are no issue. I prefer to sit at the pets home, as there is more of a comfort level for them in their own environment. Also, I have cats and would not put my own pets in an uncomfortable or high stress position by introducing new animals into their personal environment. I’m experienced with different temperaments, energy levels, and routines, and I always aim to match your pet’s normal schedule as closely as possible. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or just extra love and attention, I treat every pet like part of my family. I am currently working remote so I have a very flexible schedule. I am available most days and times please just reach out to me! While I don’t offer drop off sitting because of my own two dogs. I will treat your home as if it is my own and I will treat your pet just like they are my own family.
About: I have had my animals my whole life. Also I am a dog groomer and have worked at vet clinics in the past doing pet care and being a vet assistant. I am currently working for a mobile dog grooming business. I currently work as a dog groomer during the day Monday-Friday. I’m usually out by 5. I am surrounded by animals everyday. About: I’ve been animal sitting since I was 15! When I turned 18 I started working at a animal hospital, working with all types of dogs and cats. Learning how to administer medicine and read dog body language. Since leaving that job I now work at a Doggy Salon and restaurant💚 I’ll dance with your dog(s) while taking them for a walk and giving them all the love I can I work part time in a busy pizzeria so I have a lot of availability for walking your pups in the morning and late evening. Available weekends and most holidays. I have a big backyard where I play with my 2 fur babies and a nice patio for my outdoor cats to lounge. “My dog Sterling had a wonderful time with Abi and her daughter. I went over all of Sterli's quirk's like his love of going to bed early. Abi made sure he went to sleep the same time her daughter did. He even had a small playmate later in the week. Abi took great care of him. She took him on car rides to drop off and pick up her daughter from school; I'm sure he loved that as well. The only negative thing for me was I was unaware it wasn't a smoke free home. I could smell cigarette smoke when I dropped him off. I'm sure it didn't affect him time with Abi.”

“Ilana is GREAT. I was comforted before even leaving my pup with her, as she had a list of questions we ran through, and the meet-and-greet with she and her dog Tony - who's a very sweet, playful pooch - went just as smoothly as I'd hoped. She takes the dogs on a good, long hike every day and has a beautiful yard and home for the pups to relax and play within afterwards. I received plenty of photo updates throughout the stay, which is always appreciated. Peace of mind can be hard to come by when leaving your dog in someone else's care, but with Ilana I was fully at ease. Can't recommend her any more highly, and I'm sure my pup will be happy to see her and Tony again soon!”
“Amy was great with our dog, Charlie. He suffers from separation anxiety which seems to be getting worse. He wasn't doing well at all in the hotel room so we decided to try a sitter. He was restless his first day, but that was to be expected. By day 2 he was having a great time with her pups! She saved our vacation and Charlie got to have play dates. Win win! Thanks again Amy!”

We were on vacation in Myrtle Beach with our Yorkies, the youngest didn't like being alone in the condo and was speaking his dissatisfaction continually when we were gone. Judy accepted our request to board while we were vacationing. Roscoe was taken very good care of, you can tell Judy loves animals. She provided us with updates and pictures so we didn't feel so far away from him. I truly believe Roscoe has his own little vacation too with lots of buddies to play with.
