I have a whole house generator so in case of storms, there will be no interruption in service. I am a very active individual and typically walk at least 3-5 miles per day with my little toy fox terrier. I am a nature lover and frequent the area's hiking trails and love to get out on the beach. I prepare my dog's meals using all natural ingredients (whole foods) and make a very healthy bone broth and organic barley. With parental permission I can use this as topper for your dog's kibble. I am a retired school teacher and am available year round. I am basically home all the time when I am not out on the nature trails. I would prefer sitting for dogs that weigh 30 pounds or less. About: I treat my dogs like my children. My dogs are living with my ex husband and I want to share my love for dogs with yours. My biggest fear was a dog sitter would not recognize if my dog got sick while I was away. My vet does not believe in kennels and we have followed his advice. Leaving your babies in others hands is often difficult, I know from personal experience, but I was honestly amazed the first time I booked someone on Rover to care of my pets. My cats are skittish and not comfortable with new people right away, and by day 2 they were laying all over the sitter and out playing when she came by for her visits. I would love to be able to provide that same experience for someone in need. For you to rest assured that your pet(s) will be well taken care of, fed, hydrated, played with and walked plenty while you’re out enjoying your day. I’m notorious for being very affectionate to animals, so I hope they don’t mind lots of kisses, scritches and tummy rubs! I have one diabetic cat who requires insulin injections twice daily with each meal, so to administer any medications is no problem at all, as I do have the experience. I'd love the opportunity to get to know and spend time with your babies and care for them as I would care for my own. I want all my clients to feel 100% comfortable leaving their babies in my hands as I truly understand the importance of knowing they are safe and well taken care of. I have very flexible availability, I can easily accommodate clients during the week or on weekends. Morning, afternoon and/or night are no issue. I prefer to sit at the pets home, as there is more of a comfort level for them in their own environment. Also, I have cats and would not put my own pets in an uncomfortable or high stress position by introducing new animals into their personal environment. About: I have always had a rapport with animals. They are drawn to me and they know they will be loved and protected when I am around them. I am also a licensed massage therapist. My work schedule is very easy to work around. I am available all hours of the evening and several hours during the daytime. When I'm with an animal I give them undivided attention. I am home most of the time, and typically only leave for 4-6 hours a day at most. I live in a pet-friendly neighborhood, and am patiently waiting the completion of the neighborhood dog park. For now, I leash walk all dogs every couple of hours. I also have a large back porch, and a spare bedroom full of light that are perfect for pets that love sunbathing! I am one mile from the local dog park, and am willing to take dogs there upon requests.
About: I have had dogs all my life. I currently have 3, all rescues. I am very good with dogs. Mine are very well behaved and they get along with other dogs very well. They are treated with love and discipline. My dogs are walked daily. I believe exercise is as important for dogs as it is for us! I also believe in a healthy diet. I will not overfeed any dog. I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. My experience so far with pet sitting has been with dogs and cats that belong to friends of mine. Because I have dogs and 1 cat in my home, dogs that come to my home need to get along with cats and dogs. I will love your dog like it’s mine.

It was very clean and by the vibes it was definitely the best place I could put my dog. She took pics everyday of my beloved puppers. About: My wife and I are animal lovers and have had pets all of our life. Now we are retired and have all the time needed to care for your beloved dog/dogs. Being retired we have all the time needed to spend time and care for your furry friend. We are available for short or longer term care as well . We have a fenced in yard.
