About: I have over 30 years of experience in pet care with not only my own pets but also family and friends. My wife and I enjoy walking dogs and spending time with all kinds of animals including reptiles, rabbits, ferrets and pretty much anything with four legs! Birds and fish too! I am retired so I'm pretty flexible and looking forward to filling my time with pet care. I can't think of anything else I would rather do with my newly found extra time. I am happy to follow in home care instructions. I won't be keeping dogs or cats in my own home but would consider other types of in home care for other animals like small reptiles.

“My boyfriend and I went to myrtle beach for a little weekend get away before we started up college again. We decided to take our dog, haezel with us, because she’d never been on a trio or saw the beach before. Sunday was our last day to finish up our plans before we had to leave, so we looked for a sitter. I searched and searched and searched for hours, until we ran into this sweet lady. My cats are skittish and not comfortable with new people right away, and by day 2 they were laying all over the sitter and out playing when she came by for her visits. I would love to be able to provide that same experience for someone in need. For you to rest assured that your pet(s) will be well taken care of, fed, hydrated, played with and walked plenty while you’re out enjoying your day. I’m notorious for being very affectionate to animals, so I hope they don’t mind lots of kisses, scritches and tummy rubs! I have one diabetic cat who requires insulin injections twice daily with each meal, so to administer any medications is no problem at all, as I do have the experience. I'd love the opportunity to get to know and spend time with your babies and care for them as I would care for my own. I want all my clients to feel 100% comfortable leaving their babies in my hands as I truly understand the importance of knowing they are safe and well taken care of. I have very flexible availability, I can easily accommodate clients during the week or on weekends. Morning, afternoon and/or night are no issue. I prefer to sit at the pets home, as there is more of a comfort level for them in their own environment. Also, I have cats and would not put my own pets in an uncomfortable or high stress position by introducing new animals into their personal environment. Being clear and concise regarding your pets needs, wants and routine is imperative when booking. I want to make sure they are as comfortable as possible with me and that they are sticking to whatever routine they follow. It's important to have the least amount of stress for them and for yourself and for everyone to feel secure.

I take safety seriously, including keeping pets properly supervised, being mindful of doors and gates, using leashes when appropriate, and paying attention to their behavior and surroundings while outside. I’ll also follow your instructions regarding feeding, medications, walks, routines, and any special needs your pet may have. I believe clear communication is important, so I’ll keep you updated and let you know how your pet is doing while they’re in my care. About: I’ve had animals in my home since I was born! My family and I have had dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, goats, you name it! I have a passion for animals and make sure they are treated with the love they deserve! My home consists of me and my dog Mabel! She’s energetic and gets along great with other dogs! I live four blocks from the beach, and have a yard in the Windy Hill area, so I can give your pup the exercise they need, and a comfy place to sleep! I am a licensed South Carolina Realtor, an online student, and work part-time so I have lots of time to spoil your pets! I am home most of the time, and typically only leave for 4-6 hours a day at most. I live in a pet-friendly neighborhood, and am patiently waiting the completion of the neighborhood dog park. For now, I leash walk all dogs every couple of hours. I also have a large back porch, and a spare bedroom full of light that are perfect for pets that love sunbathing! I am one mile from the local dog park, and am willing to take dogs there upon requests.
